First timers! Pizza and cheese sticks were good. Pizza was not oily which is a plus! The spot is very clean, and the service is good. They have 3 TVs inside, and you are able to request what you want to watch. It has an arcade room available for the kiddos, and outside seating. We will definitely be back. I have been coming to this establishment for years when I heard it was under new ownership I feared the family friendly environment would also be gone but I was absolutely mistaken. The new owners formally introduced themselves and the same cook who has been there for the last 20 plus years is still there. I'm going 4.5 out of 5. The pizza was delicious. Crust legit. Sauce good and plenty of cheese. Pepperoni wasn't overpowering either. I ordered a small 3.99 salad and it was massive. Maybe they gave me a large. Their Italian dressing was awesome. Reminded me of Giamela's in L.A. dressing. Ranch good too. The parking lot is sketchy. Was some irate homeless pacing around. After waiting an hour and 20 min giving them the benefit of the doubt I call the store they don't answer so I call Slice and they tell me the place never gave the order to the chef!!!! Terrible customer service... 1st time customer, ordered large pizza with chicken tenders. I asked before ordering if the tenders came with fries, I was told yes... The picture on the menu even has fries with the tenders. Upon receiving my order, the tenders had no fries. I immediately called back & told the cashier& even asked her again if the tenders came with fries, & she reassured me they did, & even offered a credit because the drivers were busy, but when I asked if someone could bring the fires because I have a child here that doesn't eat cheese & expecting fries, she told me she'll call bk when the manager comes in. I receive a call a minute later from another employee who then proceeds to tell me that the tenders don't come with fries & that the previous cashier said she never said they came with fries, & that they checked & nobody around her said they heard her say that. I don't appreciate being called a liar. Why would she even offer a credit if nothing was wrong... What happened to the customer being right? This type of service is unacceptable. I hope this isn't how you treat all your customers. I realize that mistakes happen but I will not tolerate or accept being called a lie because you're trying to protect yourself from being wrong. Follow up... The manager Bri personally came & delivered another order of chicken tenders along with fries this time with 2 cans of Pepsi & apologized for earlier. Like I said earlier, everyone makes mistakes, & the effort shown to rectify the situation does make a difference to me...
