Customer service over the phone was great. Delivery was as promised, pizza was delicious and reasonably priced! I ordered half pepperoni and olives and the other half cheese. So here's my review breakdown Walked in and was greeted right away, had excellent customer service, very attentive, and made sure I was satisfied with my order. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza and a Chicken parmigiana sandwich. loved that the pizza is hand tossed and the marinara gives it such a great flavor! I decided to try the chicken parmigiana sandwich. I am so glad I did, I am seriously hooked on it now. I gave this place 5 stars for the delicious quality and unique flavor of their food, really had my taste buds going I was impressed! It was affordable and not over priced which made it even better. Decided to try this place out again since I saw it underwent changes with new staff and I'd been hearing good things about it, but when I got my meal delivered it was the wrong order, called to try and get it corrected because I really wanted a calzone and even though I was promised it would be redelivered I never received it. The least they could've done was be truthful and let me know they couldn't redeliver it, I was even willing to go there to get it because I didn't care so much about the mistake but I wanted the meal I ordered. Instead I waited for a delivery that never came, I saw no point in calling again as it was only 30 min until closing and didn't want to deal with the headache anymore. came for dinner today at around 6:45-7. while the place was relatively empty, the ambiance in the restaurant was lovely. there was a cute outdoor dining area with little lights and ample seating. the inside was pretty empty too, just two other families eating. i loved the sports bar feel of the place. it was my first time there, and the two cashiers working were two sweet girls. both were super nice and the one that attended us was very kind and checked on us various times and offered ranch, water, more condiments etc. only reason i wouldn't give 5 stars is due to the lack of toppings added to my pizza. i ordered an 8" mini pizza with spinach. the pizza base itself is ~$7. each added topping is ~$1.50. i added spinach, and it came with 5 measly leaves on top. definitely not okay, but then again, that wasn't to do with the cashiers. the pizza overall was okay. kind of tasted like a high school cafeteria pizza, made me feel a little queasy after. would return for the ambience in the establishment, but maybe go for something else on the menu, like their abundance of salads, sandwiches, and pastas! read more

Ok who knocked this places 5 star rating? This little hidden gem is GOLD. I NEVER go thru this theatric of getting people to try a new place. I think its hard for the new owners given the area and past owners. Let me tell you this place has not one bad thing on the menu. In a weeks span we have eaten there 3 times and two were back to back days which has NEVER happened in my home. They use nothing but premium ingredients and boy does it show and not in the prices but the flavor all the way to the mustard on their pastramis. O.....M......G!!!!! The calzones were made by angels I swear. I dont even like crust but ate both the pizza n calzone crust. We have had the pizza, calzones, antapasta salad, the ranch is amazing btw, wedge fries, spaghetti, chicken alfredo, pastrami,italian sub and regular fries. oh and the boneless wings. The one thing I like is the consistency as well. Having this place in the neighborhood is such a breath of fresh air and such a treat. You can also order online for pick up. Oh and if the city of ONTARIO reads this......CLEAN UP THE AREA!!!!!! YOU NEED BUSINESSES LIKE THIS!!!! Who care about the food they put out and work hard to do it. They also show the UFC fights and all the games. Which is a major plus but if they didnt I would still eat here lol. We will be there to see a few future UFC fights for sure. Sadly they don't sell beer yet but I was told they were going to be selling beer in a couple of months . They have really good pizza deals , and the staff here is super friendly . We placed our order at 7:50pm in a Saturday night through postmates. I figure it will be a little bit of a wait seeing it is a Saturday night so I am more than willing to be patient. Postmates then sends us the ETA message "Your order is taking longer than usual to prepare" again no issue but I reached out to the restaurant to make sure our order was confirmed because sometimes we have issues when we order online. The first time I was on hold for 10 minutes. I called again and waited two minutes before I hung up a second time. I then called a third time and before the young girl answering the phone could ask me to hold a third time I proceeded to tell her I had already been on hold for almost 15 minutes. She then finally (and only after taking another call and telling them to hold) did she explain they had placed an hour timeframe on my order being ready and it should be ready no later than 8:50 (again still okay despite the holds on the phone and the hour wait) Well. My patience finally ran out once our food arrived and after an hour of waiting my family was unable to eat their UNDERCOOKED pizza dough. The French fries were burnt and crispy like chips! It was like rubbery and after my fiancé took the first bite he immediately jumped on postmates to report this.
