Definitely, prepackaged but had a beautiful display. The sauce was tart and seasoned but not overpowering or runny. I liked that. The ricotta allowed a richness to blend in each bite. I loved the visual. Unfortunately, I bit into foil or pan. I let the staff know and they replaced the dish. I tried the wood-fired Shishito peppers, with lemon tahini assuming they were spice or tart and they were neither. It was a large portion of peppers perfectly seared providing an aromatic invigorating experience. The tahini paired perfectly giving great flavor to a very subtle vegetable. I was pleasantly surprised. The Carolina Special was surprisingly good. I'm a default pepp girl but my friend only eats chicken. The 800º signature sweet & spicy base was good and sweet, and peppers gave a little spice. I was expecting vinegar based sauce but it wasn't tart at all.
