When a brewery's highest rated beer on Untapped is a 4.19 out of 5 and it's non-alcoholic root beer, it should tell you something about the place you're going. That said, this isn't a brewery. Sure. They serve beer from Bricktown Brewery. In Oklahoma City. Over 300 miles away. But...this is really just a restaurant chain pretending to be a brewery, so don't expect to go there and get any experimental or exciting beers. Now, as a restaurant, it doesn't do a horrible job. Everything we've ever had has been passable, but nothing to go out of our way to get. Food choices are just sports bar standards. And, simply put, there are better sports bars with better food in town. Frankly, this is a place we go when someone else suggests and pushes us towards it. Service was good. We were seated pretty quickly. Our waitress brought out our drinks pretty quickly. Food was terrible. The beer battered fried fish had very little flavor. The slaw was a joke. There was supposed to be a bread and butter pickling on it. It was just shredded cabbage. It didn't even have pepper on it! My sweet potato fries were the best. When we first got there, the restaurant was somewhat quiet but several large parties came in as time passed and it got really loud. I would not recommend this place for people with small kids or people that don't like loud crowd noise. I would recommend the his place to have a couple of beers and maybe an app at their beer bar (which was large) but for dinner, I would suggest somewhere else. read more

This is by far the best food we've ever had at a brewery! The chicken strips were amazing as was the gravy and Mac and cheese. They have a great brews selection, making it tough to choose. We always love it when we get to hit up this place! One of our favorites for food and atmosphere! The staff is always friendly, the food is always spot on, and the restaurant is always clean! The pretzel sticks are one of our favorites as is their dip trip for an appetizer. But really, we haven't had a thing on the menu that we have tried that we HAVENT loved and enjoyed! We came here for lunch on a Friday afternoon and had a nice experience. The atmosphere is inviting, and the restaurant was clean with friendly staff. We ordered the sweet potato fries with spicy caramel because we were intrigued. We were pleasently surprised when the flavor of the bacon, sweet potato and spicy caramel all came together. We ate the whole plate. They are definitely a must try! I ordered their crispy chicken Salad and it was plated beautifully. It also tasted good and the dressing was pretty yummy as well. The lettuce was a bit soft and could have been a bit more crisp but its not enough to complain over. My husband ordered the Buttermilk fried chicken Sandwhich with pepper honey. The Sandwhich had great flavor and the chicken was juicy and crispy. The fries were nothing to rave about but I think that's due to us falling in love with the sweet potato fries. Overall we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back next time we are in springfield read more

The food was nice and the service was great. I went here in March and it was a pretty great experience. The ambiance was great and acceptable for different groups and people. I had the Ruben as my entree and It was absolutely delicious! The sauce wasn't salty like i worried it might be and the meat was juicy and cooked well. The bread also didn't become soggy easily. I order the Mac and Cheese it was rancid. When I called the restaurant to let them know it was rancid I was told "don't talk to me like that" the female hung up. Rancid is the correct word to prevent food poisoning. The green chili was completely tasteless and the tomato on our daughter's kid-burger was better than on his. ‍ Kid food was good- sliders and chicken tenders. Kids were happy it came with a soda and cookie. I had a chicken, berries, goat cheese, and candied nuts salad with poopy dressing. I was worried the dressing would be too sweet, but it was delicious. The salad was just ok. Mostly greens with almost no fruit and a small amount of chicken. I didn't have a single candied nut on the whole salad. Sweet potato fries were amazing. After a day of travel, burgers and beer were just what we needed...or at least what I needed. Everyone was so nice, service was friendly and quick, and the food was great! Same goes for the Mac 'n Cheese. The restaurant prepared it well, but the taste was one of the worst I've ever had. The sliders were good, but the Burger was under seasoned. It tasted like straight up ground beef right out of the roll. It really needed salt and something else. The Hatch Chili watered it down. The burger itself was cooked well. I placed an online order to go today. I arrived 15 minutes after ordering and checked in on line. I waited for 15 minutes and called the store to check on the status of my order. The person who answered the phone said that they would check and placed me on hold. i waited, on hold, for another 15 minutes before deciding to go inside. I waited at the to go desk for 10 minutes being totally ignored. I finally went to the greeters station and asked for a manager. I will say the manager was a saving grace to this whole experience. She offered me coupons for a future visit, which I turned down. She offered to remake my order, I told her that after almost an hour, I was tired of waiting. I stated that I would rather have a refund and be on my way. She did offer me a refund and let me go ahead and take the meal that i had ordered. My interaction with the manager was very pleasant. OMG!!! I don't usually get to excited by a restaurant but hot damn bricktown Brewery is the real deal when it comes to the quality of their food and customer service. Seriously, if you haven't been, please do yourself and anyone you know a favor and go get some of their delicious food. They have many different options and none will disappoint. My lady and I ordered a ton of food so we could take some home for the next days lunch. For appetizers we ordered 3-lbs of the bone in wings- the mustard BBQ was phenomenal we also had the cheese curds and the chip trio, all the appetizers we fantastic! For our entrees we ordered the meatloaf which was nothing short of amazing we also ordered the chicken sandwich with spicy mayo, the meat lovers pizza and the fried chicken breast. These meals were all top notch, packed with wonderful flavor and perfectly cooked. We rounded out the dinner with the Apple crisp for desert. The dessert was 5- quality in every way you can imagine. Now, if the food wasn't enough the service from our server Adam made this dining experience a great pleasure. Adam delivered World Class service from start to finish. He was very positive, friendly and attentive while working quickly to make sure we had everything we needed. He brought us fresh drinks before we were finished with the drinks we already had, he brought out extra napkins without us even asking and moved a nearby table over to join with our table since we had so much food. He was personable, polite and put in maximum effort during the hour and a half we were eating. Bricktown Brewery is now our favorite restaurant in Springfield and we are looking forward to the next time we visit. My mom had been wanting to try Bricktown Brewery because my sister had raved about the meatloaf. So on Saturday after doing hair appointments and shopping we made the excellent choice to go to Bricktown for dinner. It was very busy on Saturday, early evening. At our table we had Big Mike's meatloaf, okra, mac & cheese, pepperoni pizza, fish & chips (both customized) one with extra fries, no cole slaw for my brother. My fish & chips with no fries, kept the coleslaw and substituted to get okra. We skipped the brewery options and all of us ordered iced tea. The portion sizes are generous and delicious. My mom wasn't a big fan of her green beans but other than that we enjoyed everything else. I would enjoy dining here again. We all liked it. read more

We ate here 4 times in 3 days for lunch and dinner during a ball tournament as this is by far the best and only large restaurant with a wide range of food options and a brewery in the area. I accepted the wrong drinks and paid for them. The wait for being seated, greeted and getting drink orders was over an hour. Then there was a long wait to get food, a refill, and then the check. My date and I sat on the outside patio portion and it was so cute with string lights and flowers hanging. I knocked one star because the service was really slow and it was not even busy. But I had one of the pumpkin ales, loved it. Then we shared a side of the house made chips and they were soooo good. I really enjoyed my food! I had the shrimp and avocado salad with goat cheese and it was sooo good! Fresh ingredients. My date did not have such luck, he had the chicken fried steak and said it tasted burnt. We had an excellent (first time) visit! The food and beer was delicious. Highly recommend the boom boom shrimp for an appetizer, if you have someone to share with! It isn't a small portion, so if not sharing, it could definitely serve as a meal. The shrimp salad was very good with big chunks of avocado, large shrimp, and poppyseed dressing. Took 20 minutes to get our appetizer and took an hour to get our food which was either too salty or too bland. We got no refills on drinks. The bar tender switched all the channels to one channel and was visibly upset when customers and employees complained about it. Other customers that came in before us (with bigger parties than us with was 3 people) got their drinks, appetizers, and food before us and their waitresses continuously took care of them. I'm so happy we stopped here during our trip to Springfield! It was busy on a Friday night. They seemed to tell everyone the wait would be 40-45 minutes but we only waited 30 minutes. They even offered little pizza slices during our wait, which was a nice touch. I had the Uber cheeseburger with the sweet potato fries plus sea salt,caramel and bacon . All of it was delicious! Came in here for a to go order and got selection of breakfast sandwiches. Of course we couldn't resist adding a few sweet breakfast pastries, a gluten free chocolate chip muffin and a hardy oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. Everything was delicious and tasted fresh. I will add that I did have quite the wait, but felt it was worth it because I didn't want greasy fast food. All the gals working behind the counter were kind and friendly as well. If you're in town I would definitely stop here for breakfast and good coffee! Went on a busy Sunday afternoon, hostess was pleasant and efficient. Told us an accurate wait time. There were 7 in the party and everyone said their food was great and plentiful. The service was consistently friendly & attentive from the hostess to the servers and wait staff. The menu was varied enough to appeal to just about any taste, except the pickiest of eaters. The menu descriptions were probably more stimulating than the actual food itself. I think the best description for the food is "satisfying" both in portion and taste. No one at our table of 4 raved about the food, but neither did they have any complaints - about anything! But that's really the proposition: If you want a "safe" experience at a reasonable price, in a pleasantly casual environment with good service, then this is your fallback. Its not going to "wow" you, but it's comforting enough to be a "go-to" when there is indecision. read more
