Their pizzas are so good even just the regular pepperoni is one of the most spectacular pizzas I've tried!! This place is a little off the beaten path as far as places to eat in Freeport. The pizza was alright and not really the star of the show. My partner and I had pepperoni pizza, the bacon poutine and sweet potato fries. The folks working though were very pleasant and even though they were out of wings (which was a bummer) they gave us a different free side on the house. I did really enjoy the beer I had (BH Golden Ale) which complimented the food really well. It was a nice break from shopping the outlets so I would say I would definitely go back there for a quick bite either during or after a shopping spell. Only thing keeping this from a 5-star review is the space it was in was a little unkept. Really good pizza! You walk in and can order the most popular pizzas by the slice. If you want a special pizza (like the blueberry one) you can order a small or large pie. They have outdoor seating in the back where we could bring our dog. Nice place to relax. read more

Frazzled staff and apparently serious system errors on the computer- my 30 minute wait for 2 takeout pizzas was actually over 1 hour and 30 minutes. The order was never put in and then the "rush order" wasn't rushed. The pizza was good but we were starving by 8:30 when we finally got it home instead of at 7:15 when we expected to eat. Sort of ruined my Friday night and I hear this happens a lot there. Really wish they'd fix whatever the problem is because i think it's the best pizza in town. We stayed in Freeport for a week and had this pizza 3 times. We stayed for a long weekend and had to order another pie. It is by far one of the best pizzas in the northeast. We live in New Jersey and have tried a lot of pies. They also have a small but nice patio for you to have a beer and hangout with your dog waiting for the pie. Love this place. read more

We went there late, after Bates-Bowdoin football game (Bates won!) on 11/6/21. Got the mashed potato/bacon/shallot pizza, and some beer to go - the 1901 Kölsch and the West Side Trail. All were EXCELLENT! We got there late, just before closing, and whoever was still on duty was very pleasant, and seemed quite happy to make us the last pizza of the night. Stopped in the freeport location. It was under renovation so the atmosphere was severely lacking. It was freezing cold inside. The bathrooms were dirty. We went for lunch with our family. There isn't much for service, and the menu at the counter doesn't reflect the menu available. I had the shrimp and grits, seeming like it must be a good local option. It was average. The salad my wife had was not super fresh Our daughters also were underwhelmed with their food. Stopped by here for a beer based on a recommendation from a local. It's a cool spot with lots of food options around the room. It was a calm reprieve from the hordes of people swarming around L.L. I placed an order with Door Dash that was said to arrive in 40-ish minutes. About 50 minutes later, I get a call from Greg who works at Brickyard saying that my order has been ready for a bit and that no one has shown up to pick it up. They tried to get in contact with my driver but he/she wasn't responding and Door Dash kept switching drivers apparently. He said they'll try to figure out a way to get it to me one way or another, remake my food so it's hot, and if I need to complain to Door Dash, he will gladly stand up for me if I encountered any issues with them. I respect the hell out of that. Greg, if you're reading this, thank you! Hell, you can share my foxhole any day! That's the kind of attitude that keeps customers coming back. All in all, I got my food in about 1.5 hours and it was warm. Door Dash's customer service called me immediately after the delivery to ask about my experience and hung up on me while I was explaining what happened. I wonder if Greg did something to have the CS team call me. Brickyard Hollow's potstickers and mashed potato pizza are delicious, but Greg really earned this place 5 stars. Their pizza is amazing. Short line when we went, got slices of strawberry chicken, sweet potato, cheese and pepperoni pizza! They were all so great, the cheese was pretty basic but still tasted great, strawberry chicken was amazing and the pepperoni was good but didn't get warmed up enough, but still decent. The sweet potato was out of the world, will definitely be going back here. read more

When the cashier that has been there 3 days and the kid who brings out the pizza are the highlight of customer service you are not doing great. The beer was not cold, rather lukewarm (great in England, not so much in Maine). Brickyard Hollow offers some delicious Pizza by the slice! During my visit I had a couple of slices of Buffalo Chicken Pizza that had some really good flavor with not to much sauce drenching the pizza like some other pizza places do. It also had small chunks of blue cheese that added to how great it tasted. Brickyard Hollow also offers some options for craft brew beer I tried some Session IPA to wash it down and it was very refreshing! The staff was also very helpful and pleasant in describing the different beers. Definitely would recommend if in the Freeport Area shopping or just passing through to stop in for lunch or dinner, or if a local I believe they deliver. read more
