I had the most incredible experience wedding dress shopping here and I'm so excited to have found my dream dress, largely thanks to Arianna. She made the whole process so easy and so special for both me and my guests. I ended up having 2 separate appointments to find my dress. Before the first, Arianna texted me to ask for what I was looking for and I sent her some pictures of dresses. When I arrived, she had several dresses waiting for me in the dressing room. She was so much fun and helped guide me as I narrowed down what I wanted. Never once did I feel like I was waiting around or not a priority, like I had felt at another store. I had an amazing experience at Bride to Be Couture! The process to schedule an appointment was super easy and convenient. A few days before my appointment, I received an email from my stylist asking me to submit a few inspo photos and photos of dresses I'd like to try on l, which was super appreciative! I spent a lot of time putting pictures and a list together so I'm glad they asked to see it. My stylist's name is Erin and she was hands down AMAZING. She made my appointment so fun and non stressful. I was super nervous about finding a dress because, I myself, already hate trying on regular clothes in a mall lol, let alone in a shop where I'd be on display to my family and friends... committing to an expensive dress that HOPEFULLY I'll still like in 9 months and not regret getting! I have to start by saying this was my first time ever trying on a wedding dresses. I also went into it thinking this was not going to be the only place I go to. After trying on 5 dresses I found the perfect one for me! Jaismeen was my stylist and she was the absolute best! Bride to be Couture had a gorgeous interior with a beautiful waiting area and floor to ceiling windows. It was nice and spacious so it felt safe in that sense due to COVID. I will however say, I can't give the store a 5 star rating simply because they didn't enforce the mask mandate- it was optional. They had the option to ensure your consultant was wearing a mask which was great, but again we felt a bit uncomfortable seeing employees and other guests that didn't have masks on. Other than that, my consultant Christiana was an angel! She was so calm, reassuring, and patient. She stayed well over her shift just to ensure I could find my dress. Came here yesterday for my first and only dress fitting for my wedding. I came here specifically since I kept getting drawn to Liz Martinez dresses and they are one of only 4 locations that have them anywhere in CA. I had the opportunity to visit Bride to Be Couture on two separate occasions. Prior to my initial appointment, I was given the option to mark a preference for my stylist. I picked Monica on a whim, and upon arriving to my appointment, I knew I struck gold in the stylist department. Monica was professional from start to finish. Right away she helped myself and my guests feel at ease and asked if there was anything we needed before starting. This was the first place I tried wedding dresses, so I was a bit all over the place about my vision. Monica brought out many gowns in a variety of styles (varying necklines, silhouettes, materials, strap options, and even a couple wildcards) within or below my budget. Throughout this appointment, she really helped me hone in my desires in a dress. I was a bit worried I'd feel somewhat childish- as if I was playing dress-up- but Monica did a great job at picking gowns that made me feel confident and bridal. She was just complimentary enough to where I felt she was being genuine, without seeming as if she was trying to make a sale. I always felt like she was on my side, and she helped to echo my feelings about certain dresses even when my guests didn't necessarily agree. I didn't end up purchasing a gown on my first visit, but knew I would love to come back for a second appointment now that I had a better idea of my style. Between my first and second appointment, I continued to scour Instagram and designers' websites. I ended up finding a dress I loved, so I emailed Monica to see if they carried the style since it was a new dress. She emailed back very promptly that B2BC carried it! When I arrived to my second appointment, she had the dress waiting for me. Because it was slightly above my budget, Monica and I discussed this higher price point prior to me trying it on, just so I didn't fall in love with a dress out of my budget. The dress was everything I wanted and MORE, and even though I knew it was the one, Monica put me in several more gowns just so I could be sure. The weekend of my appointment also happened to be a trunk show, and without me even asking, Monica pulled a couple of styles from this designer, as well. Nothing compared to the one I inquired about, though, so even though it was above my initial budget, I was beyond elated to say YES! It has only been a few days, but I still feel as if I'm on Cloud 9. Monica definitely has an eye for picking gowns. Prior to finding "The One," there were so many options that I would've been happy to pick. She clamped the dresses in such a flattering way, and fluffed the train so that myself and my guests could see each dress' full potential. The whole try-on process was so quick and efficient and she was able to get me into more gowns than I was expecting to. The shop itself is very beautiful, clean, bright, and spacious. They have little details throughout the shop that provided a special touch: customized letter boards for each bride + party, beautiful balloon arches, a black acrylic "I Said Yes" sign, and even a bouquet to help envision the big day. The staff was respectful of our mask preferences, and also had many hand sanitizer stations throughout the shop. Alright so this is very long overdue and I honestly wanted to wait to give my review because I didn't want to be too emotional about all of it. I have many friends who are getting married right now and I tell every single one of them to not go here. My experience started out great. I was super overwhelmed by the process of buying my wedding dress until I walked through these doors for the first time. Monica was super helpful in finding me a dress. I tried on multiple dresses and had her take pictures of them on me so I can think about what it was that I loved most, since I had no idea what I was looking for. Finally I chose my dress! I explained to Monica that I was working on losing some weight before the big day and the sample dress was a little too small for me but it looked good! We ended up ordering my dress 4 or 5 sizes bigger(her recommendation) than the sample. When it arrived, I was drowning in it. I realized, this is where they make their money too.. alterations. I should have known better. Moving along to when my dress arrived. They did all the pinning for alterations to start.. the dress was cut and shaped. I asked for the corset back to be removed and a zipper added in hopes that it would cause the dress fit me tighter since it was so big already and bring my curves out more(the corset was pretty much non existent at this point). I changed my mind and asked for them to backpedal and not remove the corset. One of the ladies at the front desk "made a call" to the alterations lady(Oksana) and came back to me stating "she already removed the corset but we're going to put it back on at no extra charge but usually we charge a fee for this." When I saw Oksana the following week and asked her about it she said she "NEVER removed the corset". So they lied to me. Trust completely gone at this point. When the dress was done, something looked off but I didn't know what it was yet. So we started on my custom jacket for the dress. Oksana started pinning things to my dress like she was adding sleeves. I was so confused. Did these managers not speak with the alterations people? Monica knew what I wanted, she was part of the whole process and Oksana was working with the material like no communication was given to her about it. Once she pinned the sleeves, I ended up telling her, where is the jacket? I wanted a jacket.. it's what I paid for. Oksana was amazing, dont get me wrong. I don't blame her one bit for this mess. I could tell she was getting super overwhelmed with the whole thing and lack of communication. But she did amazing through it all. Give this lady a raise! FINALLY!!! I figured out what was wrong with the dress. Since it was ordered so large, it was hitting me in the wrong areas of my body and made me look boxy. I'm a bigger girl, square is not a good look for me. So I asked what we could do.. NOTHING, the dress was already hemmed. I wanted to cry. So I made a little stink and I asked if I could get the dress off the rack since it was the RIGHT size. We tried it on and it fit beautifully. They accommodated me and gave me the dress off the rack and told me they would spot clean it.. not even dry clean it. So we were right back at square one.. Oksana needed to do alterations again and my wedding was 2 weeks away. Fortunately she got it done. She's Wonder Woman. Thank you Oksana. And thank YOU for being honest with me when you told me straight up that this company ordered my original dress "way too big". On the day of, the dress was dirty, I was tripping over the front of it and my back lace pieces wouldn't clasp together right. Again, I don't blame my seamstress at all. I know she was overwhelmed. So was I. At the end of it all, I still paid FULL PRICE for an off the rack, used, dirty dress and paid for ALL alterations. The experience was horrible and I do not recommend this place to anyone. However if Oksana does side work outside of this company.. I do recommend her. P.S. these photos are from the day of the wedding, before I even put the dress on. In reply to the managers comment below: if you and your company can't keep up with a bride changing her mind about 1 or 2 things regarding a $1,600 dress she wears only one time in her life and on a very special occasion, YOU'RE IN THE WRONG LINE OF BUSINESS. That's absolute trash that you guys can't even take responsibility for your mistake and are trying to pin it back on me. read more

I tried on the dress there and the stylists at those stores didn't really provide any input or recommendations. BUT Lauryn at Bride To Be was incredibly knowledgeable and had a lot of great ideas. She modified the dress for me based on the other dresses I liked, while still keeping the original façade! She was honest and transparent about pricing estimates for modifications/alterations. Even though I ended up picking another one of the dresses she pulled, it was so nice to feel beautiful in a dress that I had been dreaming about for a long time. If you choose Bride To Be Couture, DEFINITELY see if Lauryn is available. Not only was my experience good with my stylist, but the store is GORGEOUS. They make your visit there feel more like and experience than a boring, sit down appointment. They also have lots of options for all different body types. The whole staff is wonderful. Once you pick the dress, you sit down with the owner to make the purchase, which was easy and stress free. They broke down the costs for me to understand and they answered any/all of my questions. 10/10 would recommend this store!!! read more

I don't generally give reviews, however I was so impressed with B2BC!!!!! They had an amazing selection and the store is beautiful. The fitting areas are very private compared to other stores I have been to. They even had a custom sign at the end table by the guest sofa and gave the whole group bottled water. They also have mirrors in the fitting rooms and out on the floor so you can see the dresses in natural light or indoor lighting. The stylist listened to exactly what I loved and didn't care for on the dresses I tried on and found my perfect dress, within budget They even give discounts on bridesmaids dresses and tuxes since I got my dress through them.
