While I didn't select my dress from this location (although the selection was incredible!!) my bridal appointment here was by far the most memorable and enjoyable experience I had while bridal shopping. Bride to Be Couture is dishonest, unprofessional, and absolutely not worth your time or money. I paid for my fiancée's wedding dress, investing a significant amount to ensure she got the dress of her dreams. We were assured it was being custom-made in Spain, that was a complete lie. We later discovered, through photographic proof, that the dress was actually produced in China (see pictures below). My fiancée received her dress in November, and like any other bride, she was excited, only to find it was full of flaws and mistakes that no so-called "top-tier designer" should ever make. I won't go into detail about the issues, but you can read my fiancée's review for the full breakdown. Bride to Be Couture admitted that all the mistakes and flaws were the designer's fault. Yet when we asked them to have the dress fixed by a set deadline, allowing my fiancée enough time for alterations, they refused and instead gave us an ultimatum: either pick up the flawed dress as is within two weeks of them getting it back, or be charged $500 and forfeit the dress entirely. We were forced to take it back in its defective condition. This experience has been nothing short of a scam. Despite our significant financial investment, the shop failed to deliver the quality and transparency they promised. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable. Our experience with the owner, Anthony, was extremely disappointing, once payment was made, he refused to take any responsibility. Avoid Bride to Be Couture at all costs. This shop is dishonest, manipulative, and unprofessional. Do not waste your money here. There are far better, more honest bridal shops that actually value their customers, Bride to Be Couture is not one of them. Read the bad reviews first. They may seem outnumbered by the good ones, but that's because right after my fiancée visited the shop, she was sent repeated emails pressuring her to leave a positive review, after just her first or second visit. If you don't, they relentlessly follow up until you do. Believe the bad reviews. They reflect real experiences, just like ours. They will likely respond to this review, calling it "misleading and dishonest to the public," just like they did with my fiancée's. But our experience is the truth. A really wide range of dresses to choose from, if you can dream it they have it. This is great because the dress that never even crossed your mind could end up being the ONE, which happened to me. Being curvier, i wanted to hide a bit, and have never thought i would feel so confident in a form fitting dress but when I found the ONE, it felt like my own personal "happy birthday Mr. President" dress! Special thanks to Tayler for making me feel like she was as investing in finding the one as i was. She was so warm and real, far from a salesperson she felt more like a friend (who's an expert on wedding gowns). She had fun with us and it felt really comfortable. This was the only place I made an appointment for and it was a quick and easy process. In the questionnaire I was able to add my Pinterest board for them to look at. My stylist was Lauren and she was the sweetest person, she had already pulled dresses from my Pinterest board as well as other dresses that were similar. She made me feel very comfortable in every dress I tried. She was really nit picky with questions about details each dress which really allowed me to look and think about every little detail about each dress which really helped me narrow down my dress. What an amazing place! I was a guest of the bride, and the staff here were so kind and welcoming. They brought our glasses for our champagne. The place looks spacious, although there were other appointments occurring simultaneously, the placements of the fitting rooms gave us privacy and space. B2B came highly requested by my own clients, and when I found that they carried such a wide selection of designers at different price points, I had to make an appointment. I had my appointment with Erin, and prior to our appointment, she reached out to see what I was looking for/if I had an idea, to which I had very little idea. I knew about two things were important for me and that was it, and I left the rest up to her. I visited different bridal shops when I was staying in San Francisco and nowhere comes close to the experience I had at Bride To Be! The venue itself is beautiful with plenty of daylight and mirrors to capture all the different angles of the dresses you try on. My stylist was Arianna and she was so patient and helpful in helping me figure out what style I wanted for my wedding dress. This place was amazing. I took my mom dress shopping for her wedding and this was not only our favorite store, but also indeed where we found the dress of her dreams. From the moment you walk in here you are swept off your feet by the dozens and dozens of beautiful couture gowns lining the racks. The displays are breathtaking also. This boutique felt very classy and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. They worked with our budget and were very transparent about pricing, including alterations which were also in house. This was our third dress shopping stop today on our quest for the "perfect dress" for my daughter! The store is bright and beautiful, and the first thing you see is the amazing inventory of dresses. We were checked in, and my daughter filled out a questionare that covered everything from dress expectations to preferences. We had to wait a little past our appointment, but our personal consultant Monica totally made up for that. We were taken to a sitting area with a cute dressing room that has great lighting and is perfect for pictures. These are not private, but there is plenty of space between them. There was a Elizabeth Lee Bridal trunk show, and the dresses Monica pulled were all gorgeous. They are able to customize the dresses, being able to show the changes on on iPad immediately to give you a visual. The designer, Ellen, was on hand to answer questions and make suggestions, and was an absolute pleasure. This was only our first day looking at dresses. My daughter actually found two that she loves. Since we did go to three different places today, I can say that this last stop was my favorite. Monica was very thorough with her questions, and was able to find perfect pieces for my daughter to try. The dresses were pricier than the other ones we looked at today, but they were also a very different caliber. All the dresses my daughter tried today were from the trunk show, so they can be completely ccustomized, and I like that we were able to see what the customization would look like immediately. The store is bright and very clean, following Covid regulations. There is plenty of parking, and we were able to make a reservation for our party of five. Like I already mentioned, the inventory in the store is amazing. This definitely needs to be on your list of wedding dress stores. read more

This was my second bridal boutique I visited for trying on dresses. I went to a different bridal boutique prior that day and this place hands down was far superior in regards to dress selection as well as accommodations and customer service. I did pay an added fee in order to have more guests present. I believe you are allowed up to 4 normally but if you pay a fee you can have up to 10 people with you at your appointment. This added fee was SO worth it. Not only do you get to bring more people but you get a whole floor to yourself. They provided us with champagne and waters upon arrival, as well as ample seating space. McKenzie was my consultant and she was AMAZING! She really listed to what I wanted, liked, disliked, and helped me also sift through extra family members opinions. She was very personable and really got to know me; not just my style, but me as a person. She made me comfortable the whole time and was so sweet and kind. The appointment was about 2 hours in total, trying on so many different and STUNNING dresses. YES STUNNING. I haven't seen anything like it at the other bridal boutique I went to. They had much more variety in types of dresses, styles, fabrics etc. She also helped me narrow down my dress since there were so many gorgeous ones to pick from. When I was stuck between two dresses, we went to the main floor with the large mirror and tried on all different kinds of veils with each dress, she was so patient allowing me to take pictures with hair up/ down/ different veils etc. they had two different faux flower bouquets to really help you solidify your look. Once I picked my dress they gave me the cutest "I said yes" sign 10 out of 10 recommend this place. You will not be disappointed. And ask for McKenzie as your consultant read more
