I had a lot of questions since the process has changed quite a bit since I had to do all this, not to mention, it's been a while! They were always super helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me and my questions. We decided to do the in-person drivers education course which was completed over the span of 3 days. Along with that, we opted to do the behind the wheel lessons with them and received a discount as a result. My daughter had pleasant experiences with all her instructors and it was cool to see the increase in her abilities throughout the process. I think her favorite instructor was Lori. We did have one situation arise with a particular subject not being covered in her lessons and when I brought it to Cesar's attention, he was quick to remedy the situation and make sure my daughter got the training she needed. Instructor would come to the house to pick the student up and spend about 20 mins in the car reviewing inside the car things, such as signal lights, defrosting, windshield wipers. Instructor will do a short lesson behind the wheel driving and then accompany the student to DMV to handle all the DMV testing process before and after. All you have to do is set up your own DMV appt.

I have had my opinions about the way they run things here. I've tried to stay positive about them…read morebut today was the last straw. 1. Scheduling opens up once a month and you cannot schedule all lessons up front OR schedule for the following month (something that they don't disclose until you've already paid everything up front). So you're at the mercy of what's open/left over for the month or hope to catch the next open date. 2. No one answers the office line. 3. Instructors inform my daughter Sundays are open but the office gives different information. 4. I had to cancel my daughter's driving instruction because she woke up sick with a high fever, but because it's not a "48-hour" notice, I'm charged a $50 fee OR provide a doctor's note. First off, who anticipates their child being sick 48 hours ahead of time. Second, why would I drag my child out of bedrest to the doctor's? Besides that, the instructors (per my daughter) are nice. In my honest opinion, I would not recommend this company to anyone else.
