I went through the drive thru tonight. The girl at the window was rushed but that's understandable if she was busy. Gave me my food, gave me my credit card back and I handed her a $10 tip. She grabbed it, yelled behind her "Tip!" And slammed the window closed. Now I don't tip for a thank you but what the heck. It was the last of the cash in my wallet and I gave it to her due to the stress on Restaurant employees with the pandemic. But as I tried to get over the rudeness I realized that stress is on me too and she should have thanked me. I won't tip here any longer. read more

Went there this past Tuesday for pizza and not very busy at the time. We were seated at a table and unfortunately the table top was very sticky and this was annoying. We ordered a large Milano pizza and our pizza arrived in a reasonable amount of time. As we were into our first few slices we realized that this was not the pizza we ordered. We didn't send it back due to having to wait and we were on a schedule. The waitress wasn't the best, screwed up our order, never asked if I wanted a refill and had to ask her to bring up crushed red pepper shaker. According to the receipt, she brought us a Bianca pizza instead of the one we ordered. Would not go back to this place. read more

I'm actually making a yelp account for this very review. I am new to the area, and was told that this is a great place to eat. The food is fantastic when you get the correct order. I have given them several chances over the past couple months, and the service just keeps getting worse. Ordering pizza usually seems to be a safe bet, but every time I've ordered something different, it hasn't been correct, or items have been forgotten. The staff that answers the phones are very rude. I have to repeat my order several times and it still isn't correct. One time I was hung up on and decided not to give them my business that night. Today I tried again, but half my order was forgotten. When at the drive through, a girl brushing her hair in the kitchen could be seen from the window. The quality of the food seems to have diminished to just a puddle of grease soaked bread with a pile of toppings that fell through. I am not usually one to complain, and have never asked them for compensation, but I feel it's time to move elsewhere with my business. If you're thinking of trying this place, I urge you to give it a second thought or, at the very least, be prepared to send food back/wait longer times for your entire meal to be received. Sometimes the trouble you go through isn't worth it. I can save time and money just by cooking at home and get better results. read more

I came by when they first did their renovations and wasn't impressed, however I decided to come back tonight and give this place another shot. Let me tell you, I'm glad I did. The food was great, server was polite and friendly and they have the same massive portions they used to. Have eaten here for about 8 years on and off. Last 2 times we visited the dining room was uncomfortably cold. We wear pants and sweaters. Still freezing with the ac blowing straight down in many tables. This is not uncommon In restaurants. But what was unexpected was the "I could not care less" attitude that the staff gave us when we brought it to their attention. Which we did 2 times to 3 different staff members. Finally we asked for our food to go when it was clear the staff would not help us get more comfortable. Check and food delivered simultaneously with attitude soon after No utensils napkins or an offer to put our drinks in a to go cup. Won't be be back. It's over. read more

I'll admit it, sometimes we get so lazy on a Friday night after a long day of work that we don't want to leave the house and go for that five minute drive to get our food so we just have it delivered. Those are the only times we don't go to Briggs. The worst thing I can say about them is that they don't deliver their pizza. They do make it a little easier to pick up your food though. With a pick up window you don't even have to leave your car! I love their pizza here. The Romano, with garlic, roasted red peppers, and chicken is probably my favorite although I like it so much that I keep ordering it and haven't tried many others. The plain cheese with garlic is also a household favorite. The quality of the pizza is the reason why I give this place 5 stars. If you're going with an appetizer my only advice is to not order the buffalo wings. They're a bit on the soggy side and while they're very spicy, they're not very tasty. I also wouldn't recommend the cheesy garlic bread if you're ordering a pizza. It's not because the garlic bread isn't good because it is very good. But it's basically a pizza without sauce. It's the perfect app if you're ordering one of their pasta dishes, but going with that and a pizza would be a little redundant. Their mozarella sticks and jalepeno poppers are pretty stanard and likely fresh from the freezer. After rereading this paragraph I guess what I'm basically saying is skip the app and order a second pizza. Their salads are good if you're trying to behave a little bit. They're even better in the summer when they roll out a few salad specials with fresh ingredients such as the girlfriend's favorite, a strawberry and pecan with gorganzola. If you live in the area, this should be your pizza place. read more

The new patio is gorgeous and the food is always good but if your looking for a nice relaxing meal you should go somewhere else. Biggest issue is that you have to listen to the constant scream of all the motorcycles and trucks that are peeling out at that intersection if outside. We went last weekend and it was constant. Ruined the experience. It also smelled like garbage the entire time we were at our table and we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. I've eaten at briggs many times. Food is almost always good. Today I ordered 2 bacon burger meals with quart of soup and salad. Meals came with fries. Cost almost 50.00. I'm lactose intolerant and ordered one without mayo or cheese. Both came with mayo and cheese contrary to my order. The bun was heavy and full of grease and or dressing possibly. It was gross. The lettuce was wilted and nasty. Came with plenty of toppings including pickles. Might have had thousand island dressing. French fries were soft and limp. Salad wasn't looking good either. Came recently and ordered the same thing that I get whenever I come here, and it has not disappointed me yet. It's their classic buffalo chicken pizza. They happen to have one of the best that I've had anywhere! It's yummy, and it comes with a side of the chunkiest blue cheese. Most people think this pizza is too spicy before they try it, but once they do, they are as hooked as I am. Oddly enough, it's not spicy at all, but it does have the perfect blend of buffalo and pizza sauces. And, crust is perfectly chewy as well. On the way to catch the lights of La Salette Shrine with the family, Yelp! suggested this bar & grill for some dinner. Easy to find (although the neon sign needs some repair) we were greeted with a smile to a nice layout for a mid-sized place. High ceilings and big windows with wood grain tables and comfortable booths. Our server, Dan was prompt and friendly. The patriots game was still on, and with another nail-biter of a game, there were some rowdy fans around. Food came out fast, fresh and hot. My chicken francese was thick and juicy. Great flavor (though I opted not to partake in the grilled asparagus) and I went with a side of pasta which was good as well. Fresh basil in the sauce is always a nice treat. Perfect size side salads, generous kids portions, and a hearty spinach/feta salad for the rest of the crew made for a great, well rounded meal. It's not a cheap date, but it's not cheap food. I've never had a bad meal from Briggs. Not once. I'm not a big pizza fan but when the rest of the house wants some, I'm not disappointed. I love the Romano and Tuscan. Their salads are always great, appetizers are yummy. I love their subs, their Italian sub is my go to dinner if I need something quick but delicious. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is always clean. Depending on the night, it could be really busy but I usually never find it so bad you can't be seated immediately. The food is fairly prompt, I've never felt that I over waited for my food. The prices are great and I don't feel like they skimp on the food. Let me just highlight one dish for you though, for all you steak lovers. Steak tips ala mama. Oh. My. Heavens. I would beat an elderly nun with a pugil stick for these steak tips. If you don't believe me, go try them. But if I show up and they are all out because of you- I'll hunt you all down myself. read more

I have been dining here for years. I live in So Attleboro and in lieu of our current pandemic, I asked if they could deliver, they told me as long as it is a big order. I said great I am ordering 4 platters which equated to $64 dollars and was going to tip generously to help support our local businesses. Buyer beware! We order delivery from Briggs all the time, and never really checked the prices against the online menu. Today I got a total that seemed high, so I called back after ordering. I was told the prices on the online menu are wrong. WHAT?! I asked how wrong. For my stuffed shells, which were 8.49 online, I was charged 9.99. A dollar fifty may not sound like much, but if a number of things are higher, it adds up quickly! Food is good, pizza a bit soggy, overall a good neighborhood place, but WATCH out for the price switches!!!! I also don't like that the takeout menu and the inside menu have differing items. For example, I can get a club in house, but not to go. What's with that? Not like it's labor intensive or difficult to package. I am very surprised to see that Briggs only has 3 stars. I have gone there regularly for years and have never been disappointed. They have a big menu with something for everybody. I haven't been to Brigg's in about a year and a half, so we decided to give them another shot the other night. Nope. Nope nope nope. The server was friendly enough but the food was awful, and since she never came to check on us after dropping it off, we didn't have a chance to ask for something else. The caeser dressing on my salad was overly sweet and garlicy at the same time. I don't even know how that happened, but it was gross. My partner's fish & chips were equally off-putting. The fish tasted watery and was really mushy in texture. It was either bad or overcooked. Based on the previous food I've had from this place, it was more likely overcooked. That was the last time I'll ever eat at Brigg's. I'm so not going to waste my money anymore on sup-par service and gag-inducing food when there are tons of other, better restaurants in the area. read more

The food at Briggs Corner Pizzeria is absolutely delicious, and worthy of the 5 stars alone, but the service is just as good. The pizza is absolutely wonderful, crust and all, and the Chicken Parmesan is beauty in food. If you do choose to dine at Briggs Corner, be sure to order some bread sticks! With or without cheese, they are baked fresh when ordered and a treat you cannot miss. There may be a slight wait during the dinner rush, but it is absolutely worth it. read more

We had a bunch of pizza delivered to our new house on moving day. Not sure who took our order, but we had to correct the address twice; once to the person who took our order and once to the delivery guy (who, giving the benefit of the doubt here, probably was given the wrong addy from the person I first spoke to to begin with). Pizza itself is... alright from what I've had. We ordered some basic cheese, pepperoni, meat and veggie pizzas and none knocked my socks off but all were pretty good. It's an above Domino's-level pie, but the one thing that really marks a good pizza place is if you can bring yourself to finish the crust. Here? Eh. Pepperoni was layered pretty thick. Plenty of toppings and the cheese was nice and thick. I wouldn't mind giving them a shot again, but won't be opposed to looking around for another go-to pizza place in this area. read more

It was a busy SAT night, not like other busy spots.Waited 25 mins for a seat, don't sit near opening door or you will be cold, at least during winter months.People stood near us to get out of the cold door area while we ate, uncomforting! Waited a while for first waitress contact, food was ok when it arrived, no complaints for a busy establishment, A bus staff area collapsed as a patron waiting for a seat leaned against it, weird and also a liability I would think. I just went for my third time. I got the veal Parmesan, my wife got a macaroni dish with diced tomatoes, olives, mushrooms etc., and my kids got a salad and burger. My veal was good. I mean, solid good. The sauce was a little sweet, but that is Greek tomato sauce. The spaghetti was perfect and the veal was as good as you could expect at a pizzeria. Good size portions! My wife's macaroni dish was delicious (I had some) - it was a home run. My sons hamburger was huge and he said it was the best he had ever had! Believe me, that kids knows hamburgers! The service was awesome: Attentive and quick with the delivery of drinks and food! Twice, the owner (I assume) came over and asked if the food was good and if there was anything we needed. This is a guy that cares about his business, which scores points with me, every time. It was earnest too - not the cursory check in. This place has some of the best food you can find. Whether you're dining in or taking out, this is the best in the area. They have a great sauce - not too spicy, not too tangy and not too much. Try the calzones! You will not be disappointed! The Steak-and Cheese is exceptional as well as the chicken parm (the pepperoni is great too but you better eat it early in the day as they use a very spicy pepperoni, not that off-the-shelf stuff). The pizza is great and the sandwiches are super! The Meatball Parm sandwich is one of the best you'll ever get with lots of fresh meatballs and fresh bread. try the Chicken Alfredo pizza with broccoli and cheese - it's an excellent choice if you don't feel like the same old red sauce pizza. The owner is always there - day and night. He always says Hello and knows how to take care of his customers. They have a great bar area for drinks - but it's kind of small and gets crowded on weekends very quickly. it's a great place for families - after a game or those nights where you just can't even look at that oven! Went last Wednesday night with 2 of my daughters who were not overly hungry. They ate everything. I never write reviews but for this place I made an exception as their staff is filled with rude teenagers who could care less about the customers. I moved down the street from Briggs about a year ago and had heard it was once best pizza in town and the drive thru made it very convenient. Pizza was below average but for the connivence I've been there a few times. One day before my wedding I did not have time to prepare dinner so I ordered a pizza an hour ahead on my way back from work. When I showed up they had forgot my order and told me "They could not make a pizza appear out of no where" (even though they had an hour to make the pizza). There staff is extremely rude and clearly have no respect for their job or the customers. I will never go here again and I advise others also not to. read more

I've order from here a few times since moving to the area and it's always been OK. Tonight we ordered two pizzas to pick up at the drive thru and when I showed up, I was given the total, so I paid and then I was told my pizzas had to be remade because they were given to someone else!! I was frustrated because I just wanted to get home and feed my child but I pulled over and waited for about 15 mIn...I had ordered 1lg and 1sm pizza. While waitIng I was thinking they would atlwast try to make up for the mistake by making the sm a lg but that didn't happen. So the pizzas came out and I drove home. Once home I Open the pizzas and the small pizza which was a super veggie was not hot, the dough seemed to be different than the lg and the breaded eggplant that comes on it is basically a pile of mush. I have never felt more cheated out of $60 in my life!! Tonight we ordered chicken Marsala, steak tips (cooked medium) & spaghetti with meatballs. The delivery driver arrived without the steak tips so we sent everything back since obviously we'd want to eat dinner together as a family. After calling we received our order for the second time about 45 minutes later. For starters, have you ever seen chicken Marsala look like that? It had a light broth type sauce with absolutely no flavor & the pasta was so overcooked. I couldn't even get through a bite before I had to spit it out, $18 for that dish & it went directly into the TRASH!! The meatballs are frozen, disgusting so they also went in the trash! The $17 steak tips were extremely well done. Tonight I'll be eating a hot pocket for dinner & my daughter ate plain spaghetti but at least my husband could eat the steak even though he complained the entire time but was starving & didn't really have a choice. I wasted $60, this place should be ashamed of the food they put out. I'm completely disgusted. Don't order from here, check the reviews...the place sucks!!! read more
