They recognized signs of how our dog is feeling and offered to do their services in the separate treatment room so that our dog wouldn't keep feeling like he must protect us! Afterwards, we were consulted on everything that occurred and were given valuable information on what other steps we could take. I really appreciate Dr Cohen taking her time to discuss with us everything and both sides asked and answered questions. She was very kind and as our first vet to come across, she didn't make us feel worried and eased our stresses. The standard of care here was very amazing and I have no worries coming back here in the future for invaluable pet care.

Out of nowhere, they recommended that my puppy gets a vaccine booster shot. On the basis of recommendation, we went ahead with the booster but the this office made a error in reading all the documents I provided (they did take all the coduments and made copies of them). My puppy didn't need to have another booster for a year. Spent money on unnecessary procedure and I felt so guilty for putting my puppy through a shot he didn't need. On top of that, they asked me to come back in a month later for ANOTHER BOOSTER SHOT!! They are very eager to schedule your next appointments but wasn't competent to take proper care of my puppy.

In the 8 years Dr G. has been our one and only vet; everyone I have sent to Dr G. has fallen in love with her, and has thanked me for the referral. I trusted Dr G and her small compassionate team with the euthanasia of my precious second dog, Handsome. She is truly an Angel on Earth. At her Chatsworth location, I love that she's created a lovingly cozy "home environment" for the euthanasia experience. That it so needed during that deeply emotional time, and more veterinary offices ought to follow her example. I found her many years ago when I was dissatisfied with a busy veterinary front desk in Sherman Oaks, after they had made errors in my first dog's chart. Unfortunately he passed, and I learned that finding the RIGHT professional truly makes ALL the difference. So yes, I drive from Sherman Oaks. Dr. Valencia called me mid-procedure, saying my dog had lost four teeth during the cleaning and that another needed to be pulled due to the risk of infection, which could spread to his eyes or heart. She made it sound like if I didn't approve, my dog's life would be at risk. Panicked, I agreed. Immediately after, I called my vet friend in another state, who advised me not to approve the extraction. When I called the hospital back just five minutes later, they had already pulled the tooth and somehow, yet another one had "come out" as well. That brought the total to six teeth lost in one day. I brush my dog's teeth daily, so it's hard to believe they just "fell out." And after all that, they still expected me to pay $588. This experience was beyond disappointing it was devastating. I trusted this place for years, but now I regret ever coming here. He is only 4 years old and this has been a nightmare. i absolutely do not recommend going to this place ever again.

Dr. Pimentel and the tech Priscilla were very sympathetic and explained all the steps. Chase was hospitalized for 3 days. Priscilla followed up with me during the day and took care of him very well. Chase also developed pancrititis which they caught on follow up blood work. I was able to bring my dog home today. Although it cost a lot of money, it was worth saving my dogs life. Took time out of her personal life to check on him, showed up for him during emergencies, and I genuinely felt her love. Dr. Srinath is a very special veterinarian. She never gives up. She tries her hardest over and over to show up for her clients. Sometimes it seems like she cares more about them than about herself. My dog came here at the age of 15. Addisons, seizures, cancer. Dr. Srinath went in with the purest and kindest care. She worked with us every step of the way. And was ALWAYS 100% honest. I truly believe without her, my dog would not have made it to 17. She never gave up and worked tirelessly for him and all her patients. She was even there for his last breath.
