Gave me all my options and worked with me on getting some car care credit set up to make the process as easy and accommodating financially as possible. Brought my vehicle in for multiple issues. They diagnosed them, suggested the most cost effective and efficient route to get what I needed accomplished and also had financing options available. I felt as though I was treated fairly and my time/money and vehicle was respected. Jacob at the front counter was great to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and forth coming in regards to what I needed to do and how we needed to plan to keep my ride going for many more years. While driving in the pouring rain on the expressway, my windshield wipers stopped! I couldn't see anything except the white lines on the road because the storm was so strong. Finally, I was able to locate an exit and took it. I ended up in Brighton. I called the first mechanic. Thank the Lord the mechanic was Dennis at Brighton Auto Service. He said they would look at it to see what could be done. Well, long story short the part was delivered, my car was fixed and I was back on the highway with more than an hour left based upon the proposal for repair! I needed a new starter on my truck and I had to get it towed to Brighton Auto Service. They got the truck at about 11am on a Tuesday and by 300 the next day it was ready to be picked up. On further inspection of the truck, they noticed my serpentine belt was worn and my power steering fluid was contaminated. They fixed it all in a day. Other places I called said they would be able to take a look at it in a week. They went above and beyond and will definitely be going back for any more service on my car. One other thing, they send you a link of the repairs that are needed and you can accept or decline them so there is no misunderstanding of extra charges. read more

Branden and Brighton Auto Service did a great job. We had some issues with our headlights on a 2015 suburban and he recommended bringing it in so that he could take a look at it. He let me know what type of headlights I should get then we scheduled an appointment. He was able to to fit me in for that day, and got everything taken care of including a full inspection on the vehicle. We had an issue with our car and decided to go with a company that has been in business for over 35 years. Our car was towed to Brighton Auto Service. They gave us a loaner car while fixing our car. They replaced our transmission but it failed, Brighton Auto honored the warranty and put in a new transmission. They kept the cost down making it more affordable than any place we've ever gone. My sons older model Audi had a check engine light that came on so we took it to BA which has the newest technology to read codes and they properly diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem at a very reasonable cost and all within just over 1 day.
