The food was delicious. I ordered the lobster Benedict and it had tons of lobster. My mom ordered the burger and she said it was one of the best burgers she's had. Service was great as well! My only complaint is the layout inside - you end up sitting very close to your neighbors, and can hear their entire conversation.

They were very nice and accommodating in helping with the entrance but it is a steep ramp actually easier to use in a wheelchair than a walker. The service was professional and friendly. The beet salad was also delicious. It had this spicy and creamy sauce. Wings were smokey and flavorful. My husband had the halibut with this Delicious lemon and caper sauce. I ordered the stuff cod and that was also tasty, just needed a lemon to cut some of the richness. Overall we had an amazing experience and highly recommend the mussels!

First things first - parking is super easy, it's a free valet service (not obvious at first, as there is parking behind the restaurant, but you're greeted right away when you pull in). We walked through the bar area, over to the restaurant area (surprisingly the bar was quite full), and were able to choose a table by one of the two fireplaces. On the restaurant side, it feels very cozy, and homey, exactly where you want to spend a cold night, inside eating dinner. Our server was lovely, greeted us right away and provided menus. I started with a cosmo (they had flavored versions like strawberry, but I elected to go for the classic). For an appetizer, we started with the bacon wrapped scallops - the bacon was maple glazed, and wonderfully crispy, with the scallops cooked perfectly, and some micro-greens scattered on the plate - delicious. For entrees, my mom had the baked seafood stuffed haddock which came with a lobster sherry cream sauce, a massive pile of perfectly cooked green beans, and mashed potatoes (yum). I went with the duck special, which was absolutely delightful. It came with Brussels sprouts, and I subbed out the au gratin (I very strongly dislike sweet potatoes), for mashed potatoes. It was delicious. We were so full, we opted for dessert to go (chocolate cake), which was generously portioned, and decadently delicious. We really enjoyed the meal - this was a wonderful dinner to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday!

Four of us flew in from Virginia and one of us drove up from Connecticut. After 20 minutes the waitress finally cleared dirty glasses from our table from the last party, came back and took our order. Waitress asked for our IDs and left with them. Came back 10 minutes later and said she "didn't feel confident" that they were real, specifically the Connecticut ID. She asked for passports, we obviously didn't bring passports with us to a bar in the United States. She walked away without resolving it or even offering to at least take a food order or give us water. It became clear they just did not want to serve us. One of our friends, a 26 year old bartender, went up to management to clarify what was going on. They claimed they didn't have UV light to verify the authenticity of the ID. Strange for a popular bar that's worried about fake IDs. They asked if our friend from Connecticut had credit cards with her name or something to verify her identity. We said yes. She even had a tattoo of her birthdate on her ankle. They still hedged and said "well we're not confident in the ID but we're figuring it out." At that point it had been over 30 minutes and we called bullshit and left. Don't bother wasting your time here if you're under the age of 40, they'll just think you're some underage college kids i guess.
