Located in Lake Forest in the Ralph's shopping center by Bagels and Brew. Brizio is a small Italian pizzeria with some authentic Italian food. Pricing is decent and food is great. I really enjoyed the pizza with Canadian bacon (21.50) a medium with 10 slices. I liked how the pan crust wasn't over filling, but just right. Also ordered mozzarella sticks which I believe were $5.50 just bummed it didn't come with marinara sauce, but I also didn't ask because they were so busy. Having recently moved into Irvine, we decided to check out Brizio Pizza kitchen which is 3 miles from our new place. Although they have many Italian dishes to choose from we ordered a combination pepperoni and Italian sausage pizza. It was top notch! I especially liked their crust. It was more crispy than chewy like regular pizza dough. It reminded me of deep dish pizza, but not as thick. The italian sausage and pepperoni were a perfect combination. Both tasted delicious! I called in for pickup. The service was fast and easy. The ambience was like an old 70's pizza joint. I ordered a margarita and a deep dish. Vegan keep in mind, it was delicious. My partner and I tried this pizza place out for the first time last night and we were disappointed. We ordered through yelp and came by to pick up our pizza when we had received the notification it was ready. Once we got there, we were not greeted by the front staff and had to ask them if they could look for our pizza. Both of the employees behind the counter gave me the "oh shit" stare and said it would still be a couple minutes until it's ready. After waiting in the restaurant for about 25 minutes, the manager seemed to be back from their break and noticed our pizzas sitting on top of the oven, ready. Instead of giving us our pizza this man aggressively tapped on our pizza for one minute waiting for the employees to notice our pizzas had been there the entire time. The manager didn't apologize or anything, give us a pizza, and mumbled something, as if to offer us more food as an apology. We said no because we were already hungry and just wanted to go home. Once we were home, we realized they had messed up both of our pizzas. My partner and I have worked in the service industry most of our lives and we understand sometimes you just have a bad day. But it was the compounding of ridiculous situations that was really frustrating. I hope they can get it together and maybe will try it out again in six months. read more

Order was wrong. I live outside the country and was so happy to get a cauliflower pizza but they did it very wrong. It was a meat pizza that came with no meat. I tried to call once I got home with it and they kept putting me on hold and couldn't hear me because the restaurant was loud. read more

It wasn't horrible but it was definitely lacking in a big way. I got a medium pizza and added 3 things which cost me over $25. I went expecting this delicious pizza and it was just...lackluster. Also I two of theb3 toppings I ordered I didn't even get. What sucks is that I live about 12 miles from where this is so I couldn't even check it til I got home. I walked though the door anticipating something pleasing. I had one slice and was like "Maybe it's in the next slice." A half a slice later and I just threw the whole thing away.
