The sauce itself was just okay, but lacked that wow factor. The pepperoni had some flavor but again nothing to wow me. The cheese was good, had flavor, and was cooked just right. The real issue, and the reason for the 3 star rating is actually the crust. The crust was disappointing and lacked flavor. The crust tastes as if it came from a large factory. Extremely disappointing. In today's pizza wars, having fresh crust that is flavorful is such an important part of making great , memorable pizza. They failed at making a great pizza. I feel the crust at major chains has more flavor. The prices here are just okay. You can get a 9" for $6.50 (a very small personal style pizza). At the chains, you can get a medium for just $5.99. Except for the friendly service, I don't feel Brizio is budget friendly, and the pizza is lackluster. read more

I had a $10 off birthday so I decided to come here with my son. The mozzarella sticks were great and the place is really cool with all the pictures on the wall but what really stood out was that my son started being loud, I thought one of the workers was coming over with a box to give us to leave but he came over and brought us both cookies and let my son pick out 2 toys. It's Football Sunday, which calls for pizza delivery. Here's what I like about Brizio: -The crust is not paper thin, but not thick. Just right, IMO -The sauce and cheese go almost to the edge of the crust. Each bite is complete and you're not left with a huge chunk of dough. *NOT GREASY! I did the "paper towel dab test" and hardly any grease came up. Love that!* -No skimping out on toppings... whether it's veggies or meat -Good cheese-to-crust ratio We ordered one large pan veggie and one large pan meat. For $28 a pop, they aren't the cheapest in town... but they give you plenty of veg/meat to justify the cost. I wouldn't come here for a plain ole cheese pizza. But if you're getting any pie with toppings, I'd give a thumbs up! PRO TIP: Heat up your leftover pizza in the oven @ 350 degrees for 7 minutes. SO GOOD! read more

This is my go-to when I can't decide what to eat or if I'm craving their food. I usually order from the combo special menu. Their pepperoni pizza, Italian meatball sandwich, meatball sandwich, and lasagna are in my rotation. Each meal comes with a garden salad and a drink. Their chocolate chip cookies are also delicious. Each meal is $20 with tax and a 20% tip. Prices are higher than others, but I rather have this than the ordinary fast food. Service is great. Everyone is super friendly. When I called to order spaghetti, they told me about the Friday special, which happened to be spaghetti with meatballs or marinara, two pieces of garlic bread, and a drink. We ended up dining in instead because my 8-year old liked the comfy booths. The staff was friendly and attentive. The root beer machine was empty, and they replaced it quickly. This place does not have kid options. I wanted a side of spaghetti for my son who does not eat a lot and they only option they could offer me was the place of spaghetti for $17. That is crazy for a kid! I was going to get the waffle fries, but it was $8.50 I asked for a half portion for $4 and they couldn't do anything for me. I looked on their website and the price for their waffle fries are $7.50 so it's different than in the restaurant. It's sketchy or someone is not updating their website. I was also considering the chickens tenders with waffle fries, but the price was outrageous. This place does not have good options for kids. Maybe if you get a pizza and all split it then that's your best bet. It's a shame as my husband and I were ready to order the Calzonez, but had to walk out because we couldn't find a solution for my son. I've never had this experience elsewhere. If I hear back from the owner with a solution I'll happily go back to give them another chance. I really don't like giving a restaurant a one star review. If you are looking for Calzones. Hubby and I had an unsatisfactory dinner in the other night consisting mostly of leftovers which have seen better days. So at around 8pm, we broke down and ordered takeout from Brizio. There really was zero resistance. I just happened to say "Pizza sounds good right about now." and hubby said "Ok, we're ordering some." Ended up ordering a sausage and pepperoni pizza on thin crust (originally a compromise between traditional crust and no pizza) and also the garlic bread with cheese which came with marinara sauce. (In for a penny, in for a pound!) The online ordering system was easy breezy (I love ordering online when it's not one of those third party apps.) Hubby put on some pants and went out to pick up our pizza shortly after. Tbh, when the food came, I only had eyes for the garlic bread. It's like Texas toast style which I have a great weakness for (thanks for having a photo of it on your website, Brizio!). Anyway, after polishing off one piece of the toast, I finally was able to focus on the pizza hubby was DEMOLISHING. By the time I got my first slice, he'd already taken care of a quarter of the large pizza. And once I got my first bite, I couldn't really blame him. The crust was nice and crunchy, held up well under the toppings. Neapolitan pizza is cool and popular but at some point, you just need a change from the soggy, goopy crust. Over the course of the next couple hours and a few episodes of Schitt's Creek, we completely ruined our chances of having any leftovers. Chose Brizio for a party I was hosting not only for the gluten free option but they also opened early! I did a split order of pick up and had additional pizzas delivered half way through. They confirmed my order in the morning and the delivery arrived the minute I requested. I also loved that they labeled each box too so we didn't have to open each box to see which is which.
