Good help is hard to come by. Second time renewing with Broadstone, rolling into our 4th year at this complex. I continue to choose this complex over all the other ones on one sole reason - competency. Toi is the best of the best of all the leasing agents we've worked with. She has her ducks in a row, T's crossed, and I's dotted. Paperwork? Always done right and properly. Having paperwork done properly is such a hard and common occurrence among most leasing agents these days, but Toi gets it right the first time. She's always looking out for me. She's always making sure I love the unit I'm moving into before I make the commitment and move in on time. Toi really doesn't have to, but she does it anyways. I always ask for Toi because she has my complete trust and faith, knowing that I'm in good hands. There's a lot of pretty neighborhoods nearby but the facade and the newness wears off fast when things are not working the way you want it. The last thing you'd want is someone who says they'll do something, but they won't. Toi gets things done. Highly recommended for a stress free experience. read more

I would highly recommend to look elsewhere if you're wanting to live somewhere safe, well-managed, quiet, and not crowded. We really wanted to love the place, but unfortunately our experience was not great. Be aware of your belongings. We had our bike stolen within the first week of living there, despite having bike locks and storing it in the resident's bike locker. The residents office was useless in addressing the issue even though they have cameras. Security is also a lost cause; we've come to them for a couple issues and were told they couldn't help, nor did they try. Frankly, the only helpful employees were the cleaners/custodians. Dealing with the leasing team is also a nightmare. I've had to follow up several times during the initial application process as well as when moving out. There's a lack of organization and communication between the team. Other things to consider are the people speeding through a crowded parking garage, frequent malfunctioning garage gate, the hallways smell bad since residents leave their trash outside for pickup, and it smells like urine/poop everywhere. I would also recommend considering the location of the apartment - you can hear the planes flying overhead even if your windows are closed. Also, if you are in the back apartments facing outside of Atlas, you'll be able to hear the semi-trucks at the warehouses honk loudly at 4-6 am every day. We did enjoy the gym and amenities, but found cockroaches inside a few times. They have food trucks most days of the week and monthly community events which were cool. read more

UPDATE: after a few months living here, I realized that they are VERY annoyingly strict. They have a policy for EVERYTHING and some of it I'm not even sure is legal. They have fire alarms going off like everyday, so don't bring a baby here it's NOT family friendly. read more

The apartment number right below me won't let me mop or walk in the morning at 5AM. Mind you I work night shift & have been trying to be accommodating. I don't do anything during the night but I have to find leeway and 5AM is when most working people are up. Can't even be a morning person because the floors are so thin he can hear me. I have been struggling multiple times to clean my apartment and all they do is bang on their ceiling to tell me to stop. Even have knocked at my door. I am literally 100lb. Called security after hours to see if they can ask them to stop but they told me they can't update me. So if you are a morning person and have to get shit done. Don't live above this guy. My upstairs neighbors make noise EVERYDAY and NIGHT. I do not complain bc this is an apartment people have to walk, kids, and it's nothing out of the ordinary. Just people walking around their house. I recently moved into Broadstone Atlas and I've had such a great experience so far! The property itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. What really made the difference for me, though, was the leasing office team. There are a lot of apartment options in this area, but the people here are what led me to my final decision! When I first dropped by, Gorman took his time showing me around the property and never made me feel rushed. He was thoughtful, professional, and consistent with follow up, which I really appreciated during such a big decision. He genuinely helped me find the right unit for me! And when I needed help with a few maintenance issue, he got me the help I needed immediately. When I came back to secure my apartment, Rochelle was amazing! She answered all of my questions patiently and made the paperwork process feel smooth and stress free. Not every apartment complex is perfect but having a team that tries to support your needs is key. Every complex you go to will have noisy neighbors, weirdos, etc... Even though I hate my noisy neighbors above me, with their elephant feet, Joshua Lak always goes above and beyond to try to send them a friendly reminder and even he reaches out to me to check in here and there which I appreciate. Very kind and truly cares about the residents living here. I also want to say the same about my girl Adrianna but sadly I think she recently left. I recently moved units as well because of a pest issue... firebrats were invading my home. However, Tanya, the GM, made my move seamless and I'm happy where I am right now, minus the occasional Jumanji episode above me. Love the monthly community events that this community throws. It's super fun and the food and set up is always great. This makes it feel like home and you get to mingle with other residents. So far so good! Will update in six months! read more

Safety Concerns: They increased the amount of security on the grounds, but they don't do anything to stop violence. Their protocol is to call the cops and hide. I personally had to intervene and stop a fist fight in the gym while security cowered, watching from outside (broken noses and blood everywhere). There was a crazy naked guy terrorizing the halls and common areas, jumping on cars. Again, security did nothing to warn the residents or protect the residents. Cleanliness: Some corners of the building smell like trash because there's no building ventilation + inconsistent trash valet pickup. There's dog poop everywhere in the common areas and walkways. Owners leave barking dogs on the balcony past quiet hours (11PM - 12 AM). I received no acknowledgement from the leasing office when I submitted multiple complaints. Maintenance: Building fire alarms blare at 3am short of a week. Constant water boiler repair, leaving residents without hot water read more

I've had quite a few problems at this apartment, but Toi has been the quickest and most effective at helping me out. When I first applied to this apartment three years ago, I had a problem with the leasing staff and after a lot of back and forth, I was directed to Toi and she was immediately able to resolve the issue for me. During the three years that I've lived here, I've had two issues that needed to be resolved, and my issue with the resident services office is that they take forever to take action when an issue is brought up with them. I'm not sure if it's due to the high turnover rate of the employees or if they're all too cautious about taking action, but one issue took 10 months to resolve even after over 100+ files documenting the issue. The second issue was going over 6 months to resolve, then I brought the issue to Toi. She was able to fix the problem immediately. I really appreciate how she speaks with confidence but also follows through with her words. I really hope she is compensated well for her work because it is truly rare these days to meet someone who is competent and is actually good at their job. The one other thing I would like to highlight is that the maintenance staff has been consistently great at what they do and super responsive. read more

Paid everything in full upon move out and somehow I owed them $83??? ... so now I have a collections on my credit ... for $83 frickin bucks. You think I wouldn't have paid that???? We request view an apartment. Without even looking information of unit. Basically, he said it was unavailable, people were working in it. By the way apartment has been empty for over month and half. Overall great community with nice enough amenities (pool, gym, and clubhouse), but if issues arise, then it becomes a nightmare as Resident Services (RSC) seems to be allergic to calls and email. In person visits are the only way you'll ever get ahold of someone. My nightmare is that I have a water leaking from my a light fixture on the ceiling (reported to emergency maintenance line on Sat, March 28th at 6:42pm) and was told that emergency maintenance will take 1 to 2 hours to respond. Emergency maintenance responder did not have any sympathy and sounded like they were reading from a script. Update: Bumped up a star for the amazing maintenance responder, Luis Rodriguez, who got here quicker than expected and is doing everything possible to help with the situation. He's made this difficult situation much better. Industrial fans have to run 24/7 to prevent mold growth and they are not quiet, but have gotten used to them (or I'm losing my hearing). Update# 2 (Mon 3/31/25 11:49am) - Team came in at 9am to take some more infrared imaging and said the Restoration team would be back to begin the process of cutting the drywall. However, they have not returned yet since then and RSC did not pick up my 7 calls or respond to my email that I sent yesterday. Roommate had to physically go into the office to get an immediate response that they will check and get back to us. Update# 3 (Mon 3/31/25 12:31pm) - Have not heard back from RSC yet, but Luis was able to find out that they will not be returning today, which makes it easier for my roommate to plan his schedule. Big ups to him for pulling through and helping again. Hopefully will hear from RCS soon. Update# 4 (Mon 3/31/25 2:28pm) - Finally got an email update from Angela at RCS (in response to my roommate stopping by in person, since she responded to my roommate's question about rescheduling the drywall replacement a different day - the initial email I sent yesterday and the voicemail I left this morning still has not been responded to). Anyways, she said they have to come tomorrow to work on it immediately to prevent any mold growth (which is why we thought they would come today, the first business day since the incident, but okay) and will be giving us rent reimbursement (yay!). I'm glad my roommate could be home today because who knows if we would have gotten an update if he did not go in person. I also asked for electricity credit (for running the industrial fans nonstop) since we pay for all utilities, confirmation that the outlets/light fixtures in the leak area are safe for use, and that any damages from the leak does not affect our deposit once our lease ends. Hoping this will come to an end soon. read more

My date brought me here, and we hung out near the patio. It was very clean and neat; the hallways are pretty. There was even a separate restroom near the grills. I would love to live here, and I'm glad I was able to visit. It was so peaceful, and I wish I could afford living in a luxury apartment building. It really feels kind of like an upscale hotel. The fireplace was neat. You could smell the gas, but sitting next to it was so cozy--it'd be perfect in the wintery months. A security guard came over and told us the curfew was 10 PM, but I'm pretty sure it was past that. read more

I really loved moving in here in 2022 when things were well up-kept and peaceful. The kidney bean pool is gorgeous, the gym is clean and full of modern machines, I LOVE the yoga room, and the community events they put on monthly were good when you have time on the weekends. 2.5 years later and now it's hallways full of dog poop, stomping and screaming at late hours of the night, and barking for 12 hours straight on the weekends. When you alert the residents office of your concerns they'll just tell you they're doing everything they can to "reach out to the resident" but will say your issue is resolved either way when it continues to happen weekly. I have over 50page strings of emails trying to get to some solution with Broadstone and have called the security team over 100 times. I've had issues with my entire unit shaking from the strange sounds and stomping coming from the upstairs resident and there is no effort from Broadstone Atlas to resolve it. (My building is currently shaking as I write up this review) The resident has broken their end of the lease agreement multiple times with no penalty. Advice: Move in here if you love the smell of dog pee and feces! Move in here if you don't like getting a full nights rest. Move in here if you enjoy breaking the lease agreement rules, but know there are no tenant penalties and can do whatever you want!! Don't move here if you have consideration for other people because apparently "that's the risk of apartment living". Apparently human decency goes out the window the moment you sign your lease agreement. 3 years of back and forth with the Residents office has caused detrimental consequences to my mental health and quality of life AS WELL AS my dog who threw up in the office because of how stressful it is living here with neighboring dogs crying for over 12hours. I would have happily stayed here if resident services even slightly made an effort to solve the neighbor issue, but this beautiful building is ruined by thin walls (the leasing agents will admit that too) and inconsiderate tenants. read more
