    Broadstone Arden is such a great option for both young professionals and families--it really strikes that balance between feeling lively and still comfortable to come home to. The community has tons of amenities, which makes it easy to stay active, social, and relaxed without needing to leave the property. One thing that really stood out during our visit was the leasing office team--they were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. It didn't feel transactional at all, which made a big difference in how we experienced the property. The only downside is that parking can be a bit tough at times. That said, there's additional parking at the park across the street, and it's only about a 5-minute walk, so it's definitely manageable. Overall, it's a well-rounded, thoughtfully designed community that feels like it was made for real life--not just looks.

    Jeremy came by this morning to fulfill a maintenance request. Quick 3min stop and all yo problems gone. Water dispenser fixed. Water filter replaced. Kitchen cabinet door fixed. Dude's friendly and efficient.

    Love being a resident here and the monthly events are always super nice! Shout out to Vanessa and Blanca who always respond quickly and answer with a smile. Best apartment community we've ever lived at Avatar is great for the weekends but I also always appreciate the free coffee machine for residents

    Save yourself from getting scammed and please don't tour here. This place is all smoke and mirrors to get you to pay luxury prices for a poorly run apartment building. Management threw a "Rooftop pool grand opening party" and the jacuzzi was still broken and not heated even after the rooftop was under closed construction for 5 months. Shows how out of touch with reality management really is. Also the big screen tv by the pool is even more broken than ever and still hasn't been fixed in just about 2 years. Guest parking? Nope, cars are left abandoned in the same space for months without being towed. They just invested in installing a ton of extremely aggressive speed bumps throughout ALL floors of the parking garage. It already took long enough to drive up and down if you live on a higher floor. Now I see even more residents parking in guest parking spaces which means it's an even more common occurrence for your guests to find zero parking. Your hard earned money is 100% much better spent elsewhere!

    March 2025 update - this has been a great spot! Very happy with it. We had zero issues within our apartment. The high touch point finishes (ie faucets, handles, soft close drawers) are great quality. Nothing has broken or had problems. Feels extremely safe - security is always around. Really quiet, no issues with loud neighbors. I was concerned being so close to the airport, but the windows have double seals and I don't even notice them. Downsides: It's can be pretty tough to get ahold of resident services, and I've had 2 packages stolen from the mailroom. Twice they've done repairs at the pool and gym and they end up being closed for months, which is a bummer. I've still really enjoyed living here though, and wouldn't let these things deter me. Daily life is great.

    Park and Paseo is nice-ish! After living here for about a year and a half, and then moving away, I realize that it was equally as good as it was bad..... Just to be clear, you can only use the amenities within your own building. I'd say about 50% of the time at least one of the amenities are broken and not working. And when they do break, resident services are extremely slow to fix it. They will not deduct the price of your rent, even if a critical amenity is not working such as the gym or the pool. (Yes this has happened.) Atlas building has hot water issues frequently... when the hot water wasn't working for one entire week out of the month, they only deducted $100 from my friend's monthly rent. Additionally, there was some turnover in the resident services office.... apparently the extremely rude worker was fired, but I'm gone so I'm not too sure. Some people in resident services were really nice and helpful and others were rude as f***. They have food trucks almost nightly, which I loved at first until I got food poisoning too often from them. Some are really good. some are bad. There's a minor cockroach and fly problem .... The complex is pretty decent about abating the issue.... but it's an apartment complex. A lot of the neighbors are fucking filthy and attract cockroaches. People leave their trash all over the trash room and can't even make it in the shoot. But the cleaning service has come every day (not holidays). The cleaning crew is amazing. The groundskeepers are amazing. New security is mehhh... Not too friendly, but they do keep the complex free of transient individuals. I liked the former security guards before because I genuinely felt safe. The new guard guards make me feel uncomfortable as a woman. Also packages still get stolen. The complex is really serious about towing now so there's a high likelihood that your own car will get towed (I was towed twice). When you move out, they try to nickel and dime you for ordinary wear and tear. If you look at the picture attached to this review , that is not me that is another resident that felt so passionately he sat at the central park every weekend with that sign. tldr: only live here if you can get a cheap price on rent. It's not really a luxury community.... kind of like a quasi luxury community, but still decently nice.

    I'm really conflicted writing this because my boyfriend and I actually like our apartment and the…read moreoverall vibe here, but the amount of misinformation we've dealt with in just 4 months is honestly unacceptable. When we were apartment hunting, a huge selling point was being told that each leaseholder would get 7 guest parking permits a month. It sounded like a decent plus to the nightmare parking situation (virtually no guest spots or street parking in general; $150/month for an extra parking spot with a year-long waitlist). Instead, we found out the leasing agent completely LIED to us--it's actually 7 permits PER household, not PER person. I know we did not mishear this during the leasing process and that we were explicitly told we would receive 21 permits in total for the 3 leaseholders we had for our unit. When I brought this up, management admitted we were lied to, but they didn't even offer a single solution or credit for the $10-per-pass fee we're now stuck with. It feels like they'll say anything just to get a lease signed. The lack of communication between the office and security is just as frustrating. I've been kicked out of the "24-hour" business center TWICE by security because they weren't told the correct hours. I actually had to email a leasing agent myself and show the security guard the email on my phone just so she'd believe me--and even then, she took a photo of it like she still didn't trust me. It shouldn't be the resident's job to train the building's security on their own amenities! On top of that, we've already had to re-sign our entire lease two months after moving in because the office messed up the numbers on the original documents. While the unit itself is modern and I appreciate the gym and the package lockers, the "unseen"parts of living here are exhausting. The fire alarms go off at 3 AM for no reason, the power has flickered out multiple times, and it took around a week to get a working microwave when ours died. I still have 11 months left on my lease, and I'm genuinely worried about what else was a lie or what else will break. I'm mostly upset that they admitted we were lied to by their agent and took no action to make it right with us. If you're looking to move here, I'd suggest getting every single promise in writing, because their verbal word doesn't seem to be honest. I will keep this updated.

    Overall, the property is excellent. A few things stand out right away, starting with the gym. It is…read moreexceptional and feels like a space people genuinely enjoy being in, even beyond working out. The rooftop pools are beautiful, though they can get busy with kids on weekends. It would be great to see one designated as adults only. The dog park looks like a great feature for those with social dogs. Ours is a bit older and not quite as enthusiastic about the younger crowd, but it is still a nice amenity to have. That said, the best part of this complex is the leadership, especially Johnny, the General Manager. Well-run properties always have strong leadership behind them, and that is very evident here. When we moved in, Johnny personally made sure everything was taken care of, from small adjustments to the overall move-in experience. Greystar is fortunate to have someone like him leading the property. If you are considering living here, I would absolutely recommend it. My wife and I have been very happy with our experience.

As a newer community, they're still working out some kinks, but we're excited to see the property continue to evolve. One thing we didn't fully anticipate is that the area isn't quite as walkable or bike-friendly as we had hoped yet, so we're really looking forward to the retail development being expedited so residents can have closer access to fun hangouts, shopping, and food options. We'd also love to see more community-building and social events to help residents connect and meet each other. It could even be great to have some kind of message board or community feature in the resident portal for informal meetups, recommendations, or local events. Overall, it's been a great experience and we're excited to see the community continue to grow.
