I had the WORST experience here. It was 4th of July, so I can expect a little wait time. We were tired from being at the lake all day and just wanted some food before calling it a night. This was the only place we could find open, so we didn't really have much of a choice. We ordered the food and the lady told us that it might take some time as there was only 1 chef in the kitchen. The place was dead, but they clearly had lots of DoorDash orders coming in, so I can understand. However, our order was not difficult- fettuccini Alfredo with broccoli and an omelet. Why it took 2.5 hours, is still a mystery. I was just about ready to give up and just ask for my money, when the food was ready. I got it to-go and headed to my hotel only to find that they messed up my order - they put chicken in my pasta whereas I specifically asked for no-meat as I'm a vegetarian. I'm never had such a horrible experience at a food joint. This was the WORST! read more

Was in a rush to get to the airport and needed something to eat. I stopped by here and was shocked the food was great. I ordered something that is not on the menu (Chilli cheese omelet) it was the best I have had in years. Homemade Chilli with good spices and flavor. Come by eat and try it for yourselves. read more

Awesome diner and great half way place to eat on the drive from Seattle to Missoula. Loved the layout and classic diner menu with meatloaf and breakfast served all day. Very nice wait staff as well. Husband had the classic burger. Good and basic! I ordered the "lighter" ground sirloin with gravy and extra mushrooms for 75 cents more. Very yummy comfort food for me. Wow, I think I may have found my favorite breakfast place in Spokane. This place is completely deceiving! Yes it's a hole-in-the-wall truck stop breakfast diner that does not disappoint with its large portions and flavorful tastes. If you can eat an entire plate you better be very hungry, because the portions are extra large and the cooks don't hold back. I would highly suggest you try the Hash House plate. Everything and the kitchen sink including brown gravy and brisket stacked high on hash browns with two eggs toast and peppers. A definite crowd-pleaser for sure! The atmosphere is full of Fox News and enthusiastic, blue collar working talk! Not to say that this is a pro Trump place but it definitely has a USA conservative feel! Anyway, not to bring politics into the conversation, but it was just a noticeable. A great place for breakfast for sure I would definitely recommend this as a competitor to Frank's Diner and other breakfast place establishments. read more

Wow! Do you want a really good breakfast? This is your place. The food was amazing, huge portions and a great value. Family of five (two adults, three kids under 12) are for $23. The pancakes were so good, they taste like cake batter. The bacon was so yummy. Don't let the outside did detour you from going it. You won't be disappointed. Oh, the service was outstanding as well. We haven't eaten here in a while and found the food to be ok diner food. I had the Ham Steak breakfast and loved the flavor of the ham! Cooked very well! That was the best part of the meal as the eggs and hashbrowns lacked flavor. The butter on the toast tasted awful! Not a fan of the butter here. My husband had the pork rib eye steak breakfast. The steak was good, but we both preferred the ham steak for sure. He had an English muffin and couldn't eat it. The butter ruined the muffin...even with jam on it. My husband and I love Buttermilk pancakes and don't care for sweet cream cakes. It would be nice if we could have the option for Buttermilk or sweet cream. I love this place. My family goes here at least 2x a month if not more. They always know our name, our drinks, and how we like our food. They are extremely friendly and the food never disappoints. On the rare occasion a mistake is made they make up for it and are nice about it. I definitely recommend this place. They have nightly specials and the soup is great!! read more

The diner was a little hard to get to, my directions sent me in a big loop only to find the diner was right next to the highway. The inside of the place was really cute! The food was not the best though. The pasta noodles were overdone and the flavors overall didn't come together well. The portions were good sized, because it's for truckers. I always loved eating here until recently. I never had problems here, but my last visit will be my last. I sit down, and it took the waiter around 5min just to give me a menu. The table was dirty, and took a while for him to come clean it. Another 5min for him to take my drink order. 15min for him to bring me my drink. Sat there for around a total of 30min before even taking my order. There was 2 other tables in the entire restaurant, the one being coworkers that he was talking too the entire time. He was also waving his tips for the night showing them and bragging to them about it, not even coming to take my meal order. The other table had to ask him multiple times to bring their check. Another gentleman came in and sat down, and ordered 5min after me, and had to get up and go ask the waiter for a refill, and a check. The staff were argumentative and bordering on rude when it was mentioned we sat so long waiting to order. I LOVE Broadway Diner!! I have eaten here twice and the food is excellent! I love the fact that they serve breakfast all day and that they are open 24/7. I ate there last night (August,21, 2016) and i had the Western Omelet with Tomatoe Slices and English Muffin, It was the best omelet i have ever had, great flavor, and it was huge!!
