Requested egg whites they made whole eggs big allergy could be triggered
    Fede G.

Ordered breakfast for my family through Uber Eats this morning. Two issues worth flagging for other parents and customers: My child's lemonade arrived with a blue "Alcoholic Beverage Secure" tamper seal wrapped over the lid. A kids drink should never go out labeled as alcohol. If a parent isn't paying attention, that's a serious problem. Second, the omelette was ordered with egg whites only. The modifier was printed in bold red on the ticket. It arrived with whole eggs. Uber refunded the order, but the quality control gap is what concerns me. Hoping the team tightens up the packing and kitchen handoff.

This is less than a mile from where I live and I have been driving by always thinking I'll stop in and give it a try. I have been to another Broken Yolk and was very pleased. This was no different. This is a fine breakfast/lunch restaurant that took the place of a pancake chain that used to be in this building. I was seated in the middle left of the restaurant and was soon approached by my server, Lauren, who brought me coffee that I enjoyed while looking over the menu. I like Bennys and when I saw the Golden State Benedict with the small red chili, I knew I had to give this a try. I have learned to never trust the chilis. When you have three or more, now you're talking; One just means there's a bit of heat but in my case, it won't be very noticeable. When ordering, I opted for the home fries. Lauren asked me if I wanted crispy or regular. I went with the crispy. Before my breakfast came out, she was there to refill my coffee. And then breakfast arrived. The Golden State Benny is soft cooked poached eggs with grilled tomato, avocado, bacon, on an English muffin topped woih hollandaise and sriracha. The sriracha is in small lines running back and forth over the eggs. What a good Benny and so different! Tjhe potatoes were super! Some pieces blackened from the grill and nicely crispy, and some regular ones. Something different to go with a different Benny. While eating, Lauren was back to add to my coffee. I can't give her enough praise. She was very personable. The coffee refills were automatic and that's great. It seemed like all the servers were pleasant and helpful and I noticed the number of people who have been there before. A chain of breakfast places but each one has been different that I've been to. I'll be back to enjoy soemthing else on the extensive menu!

Service - Kyle was charming and professional, made excellent recommendations and checked with us often as did the manager on duty. Ambiance - clean, bright and cheerful, a nice way to start the day. Food - I don't think you could go wrong with anything on the menu but I'm a Benedict fan and having the option to choose two different styles was fun.

Are you ready for an egg- stra special experience? Then you have found the right place. This newer location has been beckoning me to come in for a visit and I finally had an opportunity to come check it out. The restaurant is so bright with inviting decor. I was surprised to see they have a full bar as well. We were served by Norberto and he was truly the best. Their menu offers so many choices but after our sound bath this girl was craving a hearty breakfast. Here is what we ate - I enjoyed the American breakfast with scrambled eggs, applewood bacon, hash browns, avocado of course and a blueberry muffin. I also had to try their new pineapple matcha drink. My breakfast was everything I needed and so good. The pineapple matcha was so refreshing. I didn't think that matcha would pair well with the pineapple but it did. My friend was craving pancakes and loved her breakfast. This is a busy location and seemed to be getting busier when we left. Be sure and go early. Ample parking available. Have an egg-straordinary day!

Fantastic brunch addition to the Summerlin/Peccole Ranch area! The Original Broken Yolk Café started in 1979 in San Diego, California and has since become a Southern California favorite for breakfast, brunch and lunch and for good reason! For me, it's their signature benedicts and variety of menu options, mimosas (12 oz size!), homemade sauces, soups and baked goods and the most important SERVICE! I first experienced the broken yolk cafe last year in Palm Springs and when I discovered that they were opening one nearby, I was ecstatic!! My daughters came to town recently to celebrate my youngest 22nd birthday so intent on making it extra special, I opted to start the special day by having brunch here and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious! Everything was nicely seasoned and cooked to perfection. The portion size was perfect too!! I had the golden state Benedict and my girls had the ranchero skillet and we cleaned our plates. The pomegranate mimosas were an added bonus! Our server, Lauren, was fabulous! She was patient, kind and extra attentive, despite the place being very packed. Service was an A+++ I highly recommend checking out this spot and look forward to dining there again soon!

We've been to the Town Square location and are so glad there's another location closer to home! Joined the waitlist on Yelp but thankfully, on a Monday morning, they were not busy and immediately sat us. Waitress was so friendly, and quick. Food came out quickly, and everything was delicious. I had the Sweet Trio and I honestly think it may be a favorite breakfast for me. They do also have a lot of seating, so even if they are busy, with the seating amount + the quick service, I don't expect wait times get too long. Will definitely be back!

I enjoyed our time here. We came on Valentine's Day and there was a very long wait. We waited in our car for about 20 minutes before our table was ready. The food is great and the portions are large. Our server was very nice and we were lucky to get a booth in the back corner overlooking the entire place. I think this used to be an IHOP and I remember they were always empty. This place is doing great so far and hopefully it stays that way.

The food was so good here! So good we didn't get pictures Alex was our server & bartender. His service was top notch. He was pretty busy but still made sure to check in with us and get us what we needed. The restaurant is spacious yet chic . I'd definitely recommend this spot. It did not disappoint.

So I came in on a packed Sunday morning and fully expected a wait... nope. My friends and I got seated quickly, served fast, and somehow never felt rushed. Our host was friendly, attentive, and actually helpful when she recommended the matcha pineapple latte and I'm still thinking about it!Bonus points for the genuinely great coffee too! I ordered two very different Benedicts and both delivered. The Border Benedict with carne asada and sweet corn cakes was the perfect combo of sweet and savory; while the sope benedict with actual sopes and shredded beef was delicious with their ranchero sauce! My friends went with meat lovers skillet and I was so happy I got to try that too! Bottom line: this place handles crowds well, the food hits, and the vibe stays warm. So it's a sure fire win that makes me say, I'll be back!

Broken yolk is a wonderful breakfast/brunch spot with many options for all to enjoy. On a Saturday morning we were seated quickly and our server was most kind and attentive. The pancakes and French toast were definitely the stand out dishes! The pancakes were fluffy and cooked just right, I could even eat them without syrup! I ordered the border benny and while I did love the poblano sauce and the corn cakes, I found the meat to be lacking flavor (so I don't know if I'd call it carne asada) and the plate itself was not as warm as I'd prefer. But it did not dim my dining experience at all, and I still enjoyed my visit thoroughly! I will be back to explore more menu items!!

This was an ok breakfast. The ambience was nice, waitstaff great, food meh. Pro tip... download the frequent eater app in restaurant, you immediately get rewarded with pancake platter (worth 12 bucks) The rancho eggs were spicy- thought it was green bell peppers- afraid they were jalapeños! The chorizo was scrambled very finely and not a lot. The potatoes were nice and crispy The lemon ricotta pancakes lacked flavor. I think the butter is flavored with lemon. It was meh, the whole meal was ok. Not a repeat for me.

Awesome brunch spot. Don't need to say more. Drinks were fantastic and the service was spot on. The ambiance felt very typical of a brunch spot. But was high paced and kept the flow nice.

This place gets 5 stars and well deserved! I have not been to this particular location before, but I've been to a different one in Las Vegas and one in California and every time I am always happy with my food, the service and cleanliness of the restaurant. I have met my mom here for a late breakfast on a Sunday and the place was hopping! Pro tip, if you plan to go during a peak time get on the yelp virtual waitlist. That's what we did and by the time we made the 20 minute drive there were only two people in front of us and we were sat within five minutes. Adam was our server and despite the fact that he was super busy he was very attentive. He came and took our beverage order and within another five minutes, came back and took our food order. Our food took about 20 minutes to arrive because it was so busy, but Adam kept the coffee refreshed while we waited. Once our food arrived, everything was prepared to perfection. My mom loved her eggs Benedict two ways she had the Caprese and the original and loved both of them. I had the Greek omelette with a side of fruit and a dry English muffin and was very satisfied with everything I ate and didn't leave a single bite left. The portions are not massive, but not skimpy you get what you pay for, the service is great and so is the food. BY will continue to be in my rotation of delicious brunch spots and I highly recommend you check them out.

We always make a…read morestop in Vegas to stock up on groceries and grab brunch before heading to Zion for camping. The food here is incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious - but they really need to step up their dishwashing and make sure the food is served hot. There's nothing worse than ordering coffee and seeing purple lipstick on the rim of your cup. It makes you want to leave right away. Then comes the inner debate - do you say something and risk being that customer, or just wipe it off and move on? On top of that, getting food that's supposed to be hot but arrives cold is frustrating. You sit there wishing you were at home where you could just microwave it - because the food is that good and would taste even better at the right temperature. Our experience wasn't helped by our waiter, who seemed disinterested after the lipstick incident (same guy mentioned in previous reviews that comes off rude AF/ agreed!). We didn't feel like asking for much after that. On the bright side, one of the waitresses was amazing - she looked like she was carrying the whole place. The chef clearly knows what she's doing because the food coming out of the kitchen was fantastic. That said, attention needs to be paid to cleanliness and serving hot food. There's no excuse for that. Despite these issues, I gave it five stars because the problems are fixable and don't take away from how incredible the food is. For reference, we visited on Friday, January 3rd, in the morning. There was a nearby parking structure and no wait time. The decor is a mix of farm-to-table and modern bistro - nothing overly exciting or disappointing. We were just looking for a good brunch spot, and this place is truly a hidden gem. Hopefully, they address the concerns we mentioned because it's worth coming back for! __________ To the Chef, Your food is incredible - truly Michelin-worthy. However, the staff is serving it cold and sometimes on dirty dishes. This isn't the first review mentioning these issues. Also, the tall white guy with grey hair was incredibly condescending and rude. Hospitality doesn't seem to be the right fit for him. It's disappointing to see someone like that representing the amazing work and love you pour into your dishes. On the flip side, the waitress with long brown hair was picking up the slack and holding the place together. She deserves recognition - maybe even a promotion. I hope you see this because if the team can consistently serve food hot and on clean dishware, this place could easily become the top brunch spot around. We appreciate your talent and hope this feedback is helpful! - Vee & Mike

It has a rustic, darker ambiance and not your usual bright and sunny brunch spots. The menu not too big, but offered enough varieties that we decided to try the biscuit and gravy as well as the corned bee hash. We also got house coffee and they were from mother ship coffee. Food came out quickly, but they were lukewarm and felt like it was already made and just put under a food light to be kept warm. The biscuit was good and soft, but the gravy was a little too salty. The corned beef came in a smaller portion than I expected, and the beef was diced too thin that they didn't have great texture and flavor. Coffee was good, but overall food was not as good as we'd expect. Service was average, the waitress was nice but didn't offer much service besides bringing out initial water and coffee over. No one really checked in on us after the food was served. I'd most likely not be back as there are many other brunch places in the downtown area to explore.

We were enjoying the music and it was a vibe until it came to pay the bill. At 9:30 PM, a full 30 minutes before the posted closing time of 10:00 PM, the staff began rushing us out while my wife was still eating. When it came time to pay our bill, our bank cards were temporarily unavailable due to a system outage. We had the money. This was not a financial issue. It was a technical one we were actively working to resolve. Instead of being given a moment, security surrounded our table and treated us as though we were attempting to leave without paying. We were not. We never attempted to leave. I want to note that a couple of the security members were actually kind and professional throughout. A manager then approached with immediate hostility white male, tattoos, wearing a white crop shirt, and beige pants) no introduction, and no interest in hearing our explanation. I want to Emphasize That everyone working there refused to give me his name (white male) I even attempted to ask him and he walked away. He made demeaning remarks about our finances and specifically told us that if we didn't pay, he would call the police and trespass us, but if we paid, he would not. We paid. My brother sent $30 via Zelle directly to a security staff member to settle the bill. It was paid in full. He called the police anyway. And trespassed us anyway. I had offered to leave my ID as collateral, leave card information on file, or return the next morning. Every offer was refused before we even got to that point. The responding officers acknowledged his behavior was inappropriate. His own staff was visibly uncomfortable. Unless you are prepared to be treated as a suspect over something completely outside your control, I would think twice before dining here.

The waitstaff were dressed very casual, jeans and t-shirt casual. Although the food is upscale, everything else about this place seems very casual diner like. We could even see most of the work going on in the small kitchen. Mostly shareable plates... Our table chose the deviled eggs with caviar - these were a hit! Dynamite shrimp, most at the table liked these, they were spicy and the flavor was decent, but I just felt like the sauce made the breading a bit soggy and it wasn't a favorite of mine. Pork Belly - This had a buffalo sauce on it, which I wasn't too excited about at first, but it worked better than I expected. Wish it was just a little crispier but it was tender and I enjoyed it. Oxtail risotto - this one had mixed reviews from the table, I really enjoyed it. The flavor was good. There's only a small amount of meat and it's shredded into the risotto. Overall the consistency was a little weird, very thick and almost sticky/dry, plus the dark color. They had a steak on the menu and the flavor was great, one of the pricier menu items but it was a good share. My wife ordered a burger without the bun. She said the patty was well over-cooked and so it was pretty dry. They don't offer gluten-free buns or bread - bummer. The service was generally prompt, but seemed uncoordinated at times. For example, it seemed our waitress was also handling a very large party outside on the patio, and randomly the hostess would bring us a drink refill (hostess stand was right beside our table). That's good in a way, they are all a team, but she also picked up my plate and silverware after only the first appetizer - mind you they bring everything out as it's ready, so don't expect the whole table to eat together, you are expected to share! When I asked if she could replace my silverware, she grabbed a fork and knife and handed to me, but they weren't rolled in a napkin or anything, just barehanded me some silverware... anyway, I thought that was odd. Overall, the food had some bright spots and perhaps worth a lunch if you are downtown. I probably wouldn't seek it out again, but I'm not mad about the meal we had either.

I sometimes mosey into the 'D' Casino for some gambling and nitrates because the thought of…read moreblackjack and bacon makes me grunt so happily. Bacon Nation slaps slices on just about everything but French toast, and even that can be topped with bacon butter and bacon-infused syrup. The build-your-own omelet is a worthy breakfast, stuffed with two veggies and two meats of your choice. Cheddar, diced onion, and two types of bacon inside three eggs was a winner. Be sure to get some thick bacon slices to go (mango habanero, maple glazed, honey-cured) - always nice to chew on during that nine hour Sunday evening drive back to SoCal. And unlike those anorexic slices that fast food places put on their burgers, you can actually taste this bacon. Open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m., they serve lunch too and if you're in 'growling stomach mode', try the Boarrito but be forewarned - this is a pork-fest of a monstrosity that's not designed for consumption by weight watchers or thoroughbred jockeys. A large tortilla filled with ham, sausage, bacon crumbles, pulled pork, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo is then wrapped on the outside with countless slices of more bacon, smothered with cheese sauce and sour cream...now I need to take a nap just thinking about digesting it. It's a massive meal and I feel like the waitress could have positioned me on all fours in front of a feeding trough in order to graze on it. Bacon Nation is located on the D's second floor inside a very clean and bright dining room with lots of booths, a counter, and an ultra-pleasant hostess named Angel. In summary, a well-earned 5 oink review is deserving because their food is that darn good. "Everywhere there's lots of piggies, living piggy lives. You can see them out for dinner with their piggy wives, Clutching forks and knives...to...eat...their...bacon." Beatles, 1968

Bacon Nation was a must-stop on our Vegas trip--everything was absolutely delicious. The portions…read morewere huge, so big that half our group couldn't even finish their meals. It was super filling and exactly what we needed to recharge. Service was a bit slow, and our bride-to-be didn't receive her food until several minutes after everyone else. We also waited quite a while for the check and were met with a little sass, which felt off. Overall, the food was great, but the service could definitely use some improvement.

My cousin found out about Therapy from TikTok and so I made reservations for today at 2:30pm in advance. We made sure to be on time matter of fact we arrived 30 mins in advance since we had to catch a cab and traffic seemed heavier today. Once we entered we were greeted immediately however we were taken upstairs 20 mins later from arrival (no big deal still before our reservations) but there were no available tables. I spied a table getting ready to leave on the first floor and asked if we could wait for it and the hostess happily agreed (thank you)!! Unlimited mimosa 10/10, music 10/10, our personal service 10/10 (she tried and I don't even think she was a server but was very friendly and accommodating) however customer service/wait times/morale 2/10 because I'm typing this right now and it's 3:39pm 11/16/24 and I just got my wings still waiting on my fries. Reservation made for 2:30pm made it at 2:00pm just now have wings no fries and my cousin still doesn't have her food at 3:40....and to Christopher I've read your replies and you're disgusting!!! So let me help you with your response...I'm NOT broke, I DON'T need anyone to sponsor or fund my activities when I'm on vacation...DO BETTER!!! However the lemon pepper wings and fries (second request first were cold) tasted delicious. Therapy has potential if the customer service from Chris was better and food arrived in a timely manner. Also witnessed multiple tables abandon their orders due to excessive wait time however ALL the staff is amazing!! Update: actually met Chris after our food came and he is a complete jerk in person too. Drugs are bad people! Save your money and eat elsewhere I will never support this establishment again.
