We visit a baby stacks probably about once a month; We love to bring family and friends here when they visit; It's a great casual atmosphere; The variety on the menu makes it easier with picky eaters; Plus! You can add a "baby" stack of pancakes to any entree! Be aware! They get really crowded, especially on the weekends; Luckily, there are many locations across the valley

Second time here & such a cute local vibe! Very clean, hard-working team & great breakfast! Our fave so far is the cinnabun upgraded pancake treat.

This place definitely is Pancake-centric, specializing in their huge variety of pancake options. The carrot cake pancakes were my selection. They were fluffy, sweet, and speckled with shredded carrot. The cream cheese frosting drizzled on top sealed it. They have a lot of Hawaiian style breakfast options, as well the typical breakfast staples. The chili loco was solid. All in all, I'd come back here with the intent of trying more of the pancakes.

Bless Jacob for bringing out a plate of bacon for my hangry toddler while we waited! The Huevos Rancheros were delicious. Half red, half green with chicken & over medium eggs & crispy tortillas are the way to go. Salsas have a slight hit of space and excellent flavor. Upgraded to an ube baby stack for the little one and she loved it. Others in my party ordered seemingly basic things that were surprisingly good. The kahlua pork grilled cheese with crispy, tender & very well seasoned. Club sandwich was very well made with fries that were so good we ordered another plate for the table. Shout out also to Hannah who found and put aside my earring that came loose. The whole team was super helpful & welcoming. Pay your tips in cash so they get 100% of it.

Stopped in for breakfast. Very nice cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. Very friendly and warm atmosphere. My son had the short stack of buttermilk pancakes which he enjoyed. I had the veggie omelette, the veggies tasted fresh and the egg cooked to perfection. We were very pleased and will return

The ambiance was 'cafe' style and pretty small inside but comfortable. The service was excellent!! The pricing was good except they charge a fee for using your credit card and the calculate the 'suggested' tip based on including tax and credit card fee which is ridiculous. I paid cash. I ordered the "Sunshine Breakfast" (for seniors/kids). The portions were very good. 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices of bacon, seasoned potatoes & 2 small pancakes. There are 2 gender neutral bathrooms which were clean. They have a patio. Food (the only reason for 3 stars): My scrambled eggs were way overcooked, my bacon (ordered crispy) was closer to burnt, potatoes were nothing special, and my pancakes tasted very dry. I will try again another time and order something different.

Holy buckaroones this was 20/10!!!! Pleasant surprise. Visiting from California. Chose specifically because I'm a red velvet addict. Service was smooth & kind. Ambiance was relaxed & welcoming. I could cry tasting those fluffy red velvet pancakes with the cream cheese syrup. Need to have those again when I come back!!! My partner had the omelette and he was shook! Carnitas was flavorful and juicy. The friesss? Seasoned to perfection. The BLT with the ranch?? STAR of the show! We even ordered an extra sandwich "to go" to snack on at our hotel. Loved everything! Will be returning.

I've always been a fan of breakfast, so I was excited to try this place for the first time. Nestled in a plaza with other neighboring businesses, you shouldn't have an issue finding parking. We came relatively early, so we walked right in (with no wait) and were seated right away! Plenty of tables inside, as well as outside on the patio. Our server greeted and gave us some time to decide before coming back to take our order. It was hard to decide since everything sounded delicious! Everything came out hot and fresh, coffee cups were always topped off, and everyone enjoyed their food! I went with the Breakfast Burrito (with Portuguese sausage), which came with a side of 2 decent sized pancakes (Ube for the win!). I would definitely come back here again! CHEERS and happy eating till next time!

Staff had started closing the restaurant down over an hour earlier than closing time by putting chairs on top of tables.

I stopped in on a Saturday about an hour and fifteen minutes before they were scheduled to close and the staff had already started closing the restaurant down. Chairs were turned upside down on the tables and I found that off putting and unwelcoming. Also the temperature in the restaurant was hot and stuffy. I ordered the Mexican skillet and it was good. The carnitas were tasty and the potatoes were crispy. All in all the food was good. Staff was attentive to me as a customer. But I just felt rushed.

We were looking for a breakfast place near Red Rock casino and found it. We were greeted and seated immediately and the service was fast friendly and their recommendations were delicious! This was a cute place and the food was delicious we had early sunrise breakfast upgraded to banana foster pancake and the corned beef has upgrade to one pancakes. looking forward to the best overall breakfast experience look no further.

This location has been hit or miss since it opened. I've only been a handful of times and it is always at the request of others and I live walking distance. Order inside and sit outside and expect to be ignored and have your food delivered - - if they even decide to come outside and deliver it - - in a styrofoam container. Even if you are clear upon ordering inside that you would like to sit outside and eat this has been my experience. I last ordered eggs benedict and as you can see by the attached picture it didn't even appear appetizing upon delivery. I will turn down future invitations.

When friends get together in Red Rock for breakfast, we choose you Baby Stacks. Your the best company Mike.

Many moons ago we discovered baby stacks on Bufflo and we met this great server named Jacob. The food was awesome and it was a real treat to go there. I do like exploring new breakfast spots so we did go away from it for a bit. Also it was a little drive to get there from Summerlin near red rock. But it was always back of my mind. The food has always been so tasty and esthetically great look at and appreciate. My favorite the lemon ricotta pancakes are awesome. Anyone that asked me i always say...yes alot of breakfast spots in Las Vegas...but none compare to Baby stacks. Fast forward to now and still one of the best..yes there are more competition and different style breakfast spots but they still stay on top and now they actually opened one right here 5 min away from our home and quess what...Jacob is there too All the crew that work him are awesome so friendly and very attentive and the food as always great...Gracias Maholo amigos

How is it sitting in their patio during the summer? Do they have mist outside?

If its early morning, you will be fine. No misters when I was there but they may have installed them now. The whole patio is shaded in the morning so you should be comfortable.

Is there something wrong with their phone system. I called this morning and one person picked up. I asked it I could pick up the item in 30 min. She told me to call back in 15 min. I tried calling 23 times and nobody answered? What is going on?

Unfortunately, two of those five visits have resulted in what appeared to be food poisoning. The first time was about five years ago, after which we didn't return for quite a long time. We decided to give the restaurant another try a couple of months ago and had a great experience, so we felt comfortable coming back again yesterday. We ordered the steak and lobster and even upgraded the steaks. My husband didn't want his lobster, so I ate both lobster tails, although I only had a very small amount of the steak. Around 3 a.m., I woke up extremely nauseous and then developed the same symptoms I experienced the first time I got sick here. The first incident, years ago, was after eating the salmon. I very rarely get sick from food and have only experienced food poisoning three times in my life. Unfortunately, two of those three times have been after eating at this restaurant, which is extremely concerning to me. I do want to mention that the servers and hosts have always been incredibly kind, attentive, and provide great service. My concern is specifically with the food and what may be happening in the kitchen. I hope management takes these complaints seriously and reviews their food handling, storage, cooking temperatures, and overall food-safety practices to help prevent foodborne illness. I really wanted to be able to enjoy this restaurant again, but after getting sick twice, I unfortunately don't feel comfortable returning.

I shouldn't have to clearly hear conversations that are happening to the tables next to us. It was definitely a squeeze getting in and out of the tables without interrupting the table next to you. Our server recommended getting two plates per person. The menu isn't designed to have appetizers or entrees per se, so this menu seemed like it's kind of a tapas place or kind of not? If the plates aren't appetizers or entrees and they're more shareable, then why would we only get 3 pork ribs pieces instead of 4? The pork ribs had great flavor. it was crispy, tender, and fall off the bone at the same time, but it would've been better if they added one more pork rib bone instead of 3. The whipped brie with blackberry and honey was a bit disappointing. Even after mixing the whipped brie and with the blackberries, there were barely any fruit or honey flavor. All I tasted was salt. The brie was too salty with no taste of fruit or honey. Moreover, the brie came with 2 small pieces of toast, cut into 4 pieces. There was definitely more brie than toast, so we requested additional brioche toast. Of course we got charged extra for the toast. I just think the brie to toast ratio should be better. It seemed like the plate was 85% brie and 15% toast. How are we supposed to eat the rest of the brie when the toast provided is gone? I did not enjoy more brie over brioche ratio. We also got the burger and trout. Both shareable portions. The burger tasted like a slightly elevated Big Mac but saltier. Trout was good and cooked seared with a medium rare center. Flavor wise, the trout and pork ribs were my favorite. Also, the smokin petal cocktail was perfect. Overall, the experience here was just okay.

Why isn't this establishment a Michelin starred restaurant?…read more The service is impeccable. The surroundings and staff are pleasant. We came here for a celebratory birthday for a friend and they treated us correct. Everyone had the filet and it melted as soon as we put the knife on it. I woke up to what really is a medium well steak. Not too dry and borderline a little red but it was moist. Juan Carlos took great care of us. Unfortunately they do t honor military discount.

I hadn't been here in quite a few years and my last experience was nothing to write home about…read more A friend suggested it for dinner and I thought I would just go along since it was a group of 6 of us. This place is......not good. I'm honestly blown away by some of the reviews. The food, the service, the vibe - it was all lacking. I eat at a lot of steakhouses, so I may have higher expectations than the average diner. Service: - Our server was very friendly, but forgot about us the entire back half of our meal (we even skipped ordering dessert because we were completely forgotten about and sat there for so long after finishing dinner). - He was not well versed in handling wine (which IMO in unacceptable for an "award winning steakhouse"). He handled the wine glasses by the bowl instead of the stem and poured extremely large servings, about 4 oversized glasses from a single bottle. Food: - The steak tartare was very thick, large chunks instead of a classic fine mince. It was served with tasteless bread that had heavy black grill marks on it. Would never order again. - The calamari and brussels were both tasty and fine. - My NY strip was so full of tendons that I couldn't even chew through it some of it. I can't remember the last time I actually left a piece of steak on my plate from a dinner. - We were ordered a flight of steak sauces and they were spread all over the table with no explanation of what was what. - As for sides, we ordered mash, mac and cheese, broccolini and cauliflower....all very average. Vibe: - completely lacked ambiance. The lighting was bright, there was no background music, and it felt more like a casual neighborhood diner than a place you'd expect to enjoy a nice steak dinner. Unfortunately, this visit reminded me why it had been years since my last visit. Between the average food, inconsistent service, and lackluster atmosphere, I left genuinely wondering how this restaurant has earned such high ratings. Summerlin has far too many incredible restaurants to justify another visit, and for a steakhouse, I'd choose T-Bones or Harlo every time.
