While waiting for my food, I had a clear view of the kitchen, and it was honestly enjoyable watching the chefs cook and plate everything so smoothly. You could tell they took pride in presentation. When my food arrived, I was very pleased with the portion of mushrooms -- and they were delicious! Perfectly seasoned without being overpowering. The lasagna came with a generous amount of sauce and meat, and they got my order exactly right: no Parmesan and EXTRA ricotta. There was cheese in every bite, plenty on top, and the sauce was full of flavor. The meat had a slight kick to it, but in a good way.
