Starting ordering from Brooklyn V's during the pandemic and will continue ordering for sometime to come. I have yet to step foot in the establishment and only ordered delivery. Each time I've ordered I've been very happy with the food. The pizza is good, but the sauces on the pasta are the BEST. Portions from this location, from salad to pasta are excellent. Salads are always fresh and crisp. I've not met Vito, but as a person who has lived in NYC I can attest, this guy has legitimately brought the city to the east valley. read more

Such a good decision to eat here. Excellent service, excellent food. We had the mozzarella sticks for an appetizer and 1 meatball to share. Ordered online to try something new. I noticed the menu was just how I remember most pizza and Italian joints being when I grew up in NY that our family frequented. Lots of ppl in AZ try to say their food is good like NY so I was hoping for the best. So good we ordered 2 nights in a row...different food both times. It was so good we ventured to try other things. I ordered takeout. Customer service was good for take out considering it wasn't busy for a Monday night. We ordered from door dash and there was some confusion about payment. The worker/co-owner that assisted me seemed new to the system, so it took longer than just picking it up and go. We ordered: Clam pizza - was good, but a tad too salty for me (we came here specifically for this pizza since it's hars to find a place that makes this pizza) Pepperoni pizza - was good, a tad spicy not much though. V's 3 meats - good Garlic knots - was good but I like my garlic knots to be garlic-y in taste. These weren't as flavorful in my opinion. It was just plain butter taste, but looked good. I love the crust here. It's not too thin or too thick. It was just right in my opinion. I would come here again dispute of the small hiccups. read more

Have loved this place every single time I have been in. Staff is quick to greet you upon entry! Restaurant is clean! Friendly working environment! For this particular experience the restaurant was unfortunately experiencing some issues with the gas lines.. the ovens were down, stoves weren't able to be turned on.. etc. I was notified about this as soon as I walked in and was completely okay with it. I only ordered two items. My salad came out quickly however my pasta took about 45 min. All of the staff members apologized to me many times, which in their case I knew it wasn't their fault and completely out of their control so I sat and had my drink with no issues. Herrman was so kind and offered me a free dessert on the house for all of my troubles. We conversed a little bit and he was such a sweetheart! Ordered pizza for delivery last night and it was good (I mean it's hard for pizza to be bad) but not great. Got the three meat pizza and the bruschetta. The three meat one was definitely the better of the two, but I wasn't crazy about the bruschetta one. Considering how many toppings it had I think I was expecting more flavor. Came here to watch the Preseason game for the Cardinals and the staff couldn't have been more nice about it, which considering the past couple seasons, I wouldn't have blamed them if they didn't want to change the channel, but they did. We ordered the Baked caprese with no tomato which was the BEST caprese I have ever had. The mozzarella was perfectly melted with a generous, very tasty portion of FRESH basil. The bread itself was also very tasty. Was very impressed. Apologize for no picture but it wasn't 3mins after it showed up that it was completely devoured. I ordered the Baked Ziti which, oh-em-gee, this amazingly portioned piece of Italian heaven had me regretting every "Baked Ziti" I ever ordered from Olive Garden. It was packed with so much cheesiness and flavor. I didn't care how full I was and couldn't breathe, there would be no leftovers. My husband with his stromboli were equally as happy. Then, as per usual, we got dessert. We were going to get the creme brulee cheesecake but then our waitress said that the owner had come in earlier and made fresh blueberry cheesecake. Of course I'm not going to pass up FRESH cheesecake, let alone fresh BLUEBERRY cheesecake. And even with full satisfied stomachs and a breathing pattern that's only meant to worry a cardiologist, we tackled the blueberry cheesecake until there were hardly even blueberry sauce left to streak the plate. I ate here for the first time yesterday. The Pizza was pretty good as close to Brooklyn as you can get living in Arizona. They don't make Sicilian pies unless you pre-order a day in advance which kind of sucks, but not many people on the West Coast know what a Sicilian pizza is. The regular round pie was good. The crust was a little thicker than I would normally get in Brooklyn, but the sauce was really good and overall had a nice flavor. The Eggplant Parm Hero was good. I have had better, but I am very picky when it comes to how my eggplant is prepared, but the sandwich itself was flavorful and very filling. They made an amazing homemade Kit Kat cheesecake that was phenomenal. Overall, I would recommend this place, especially if you are from NY and are looking for a taste of home since there aren't too many good pizzeria's in Arizona. read more

So we stopped in for something quick after meeting our teacher. The place is very clean and very open. The staff was very friendly and service was quick, despite only having two girls working the entire restaurant... takeout, bar area, hostess and table service. Pretty impressive actually. The food was something to be desired. We ordered three slices between us and I wouldn't go for a second. The crust didn't have any flavor, the sauce or maybe the cheese had a strange aftertaste and the cheese...SO MUCH cheese! I love cheese but this was a little excessive. We also ordered garlic knots and again, not impressed. They were rather hard and dense, not a lot of flavor because they use the pizza dough and another restaurant that stingy with the garlic sauce. I had one and I was plenty done but my daughter loved them. Not sure I would go back based off the two items we received, however the Stromboli looked good and if I was forced to return I would try that. read more

Told a 25 min wait, but waited 40, 10 for the server, 25 for the food, 15 for the check and another 10 for my credit card back. We tried to remain patient since it was a Friday evening. But, then there was the food. Pizza smelled weird, the lettuce in the salads were yellow and soaked in dressing. A chicken pasta that seemed like a frozen Stouffers heated up. We just ordered pizza, meatballs, salad and garlic knots and loved every bite! We were impressed by Tommy when we came in. We had several questions and he was so patient and sweet as he answered everything we asked. While waiting for our order, he visited with us for a few minutes which made us feel welcome....especially during this time of having to wear masks. Terrible experience tonight. Just terrible. Let me start with I had a friend buy a pie and give me a slice of cheese a while back. I thought, hey, this may be an opportunity. Convinced family to try a new place on a Friday night since I knew I'd be in the area to pick it up. Ordered one 18" sausage pie, one 18" chicken pesto pie and a dozen garlic knots. What an utter disappointment. First off, when I picked up the pies and the knots I asked twice if there was marinara with the knots. They assured me there was. Got home to find out that no, there was no marinara. Called them and demanded why or to solve and they couldn't help me. Told them to call me back, I wasn't driving back 5 miles for sauce. This left us basically eating balls of pizza dough flavored with a hint of garlic. We threw away half the order and basically wasted $5 plus tax. Onto the pizzas. The sausage was decent but not the same firm / done crust as the slice I had tried. If I was doing the single bite challenge I'd give it a 6.4 Then we tried the pesto. It was an utter disappointment. There was almost zero taste from the pesto sauce. Which is the key to this type of pizza as chicken and mozzarella cheese don't give much flavor. Every one of the 5 of us choose not to finish our slices. We're literally throwing away 60% of a $23 pizza. So in sum I wasted $30 of a $50 order and was lied to when I picked up the pizzas. They did finally call me back and offered a free dozen knots the next time but I said don't worry. We'll never be back. Sals, NYPD pizza, Venezuela's, etc will get my business if I'm craving NY style pizza long before we even spend another dollar there read more
