This is my second visit to Brooklyn V's. Today I'm trying out their wings and a V's Supreme slice. The service was fast and friendly. It's a casual atmosphere and very clean with 50s music playing in the background. Their pizza had a nice crust to it and came with plenty of toppings. My wings came out very hot temperature wise and the right amount of heat to them. It's a little out of my neighborhood but worth the trip. read more

My friend and I stopped for lunch at this location. It was our first time and it did not disappoint! The place was nice and clean. We ordered the Lasagna special and it was absolutely delicious! Also, got a complimentary free piece of cheese pizza. I added a side salad which wasn't necessary since the piece of Lasagna was VERY GENEROUS!! Liz was our server today and she did a Wonderful job taking care of us, from getting us seated to being prompt and pleasant We will definitely be going back to Brooklyn V's and recommend it to our friends! read more

Got a 14" pizza some garlic knots and a house salad with house dressing - garlic knots were on point salad enough toppings and house Italian was good pizza was really tasty and hot sauce on pizza was good as well - we will order again for sure from this location read more

Went to have some slices, told a friend of mine it's so so good (been there once before) Upon arriving we were told we could sit anywhere which was great. However, our server had on socks with slides! We continued and asked if they could put the Fever game on, the gal tried but was unsuccessful ( propped the game up on the phone ) Ordered a slice of white pizza, we were told they were out, no big deal. Mac and cheese bites were bomb! We did ask for a side of vodka sauce and when it never came we asked the young lady and she stated they were out of vodka sauce. Ordered a Ceasar salad, great salad came out and had no dressing. We waited a bit, got our dressing. While we were enjoying ourselves a couple came in to place a to go order, they asked for I believe chicken parm, we overhead staff stating they were out. It was just one thing after another. You can tell the the server was new and still learning. She was sweet and kind. Definitely would encourage to do some hands on training. read more

I'm disappointed to report that my experience here fell flat. I found the pizza to be very average with kind of a tough crust. Our server was nice but she didn't come around often. Even though the restaurant wasn't crowded, we waited a long time for her to finally come and cash out our check and bring a box. There was never an offer to refill our waters. I was really hoping for a better experience and to add Brooklyn V's to our restaurant rotation but one visit was good for me. read more

I've been really looking forward to the opening of this location of Brooklyn V's Pizza. It's really close to our house, and reviews of other locations have been positive. On Sept 13th we ordered a pizza online for takeaway. The receipt said the pizza would be ready at 7:43 pm. I arrived a few minutes early, and the place was almost empty. One family of 4 was dining in, but the rest of the restaurant was empty. At 7:55 the young man at the counter told me they had to remake our pizza, as it had "stuck" to the oven. OK. first time I've ever heard of a pizza 'sticking' in an oven! About 8:00 he came out with our pizza box. WhenI got home my wife and I tasted it and we were both very disappointed. It was incredibly bland, and the center was so soft and wet that we had to eat it with a knife and fork. Even when folding it the center of the pizza would just flop over. I also got my wife the Cannoli Cheesecake as a treat. She took 2 bites and tossed the rest, saying it was wasn't very good. The restaurant itself is really cute and they did a nice job with the remodel. Hopefully this was just first week jitters. It would be great to have another strong pizza option close by. read more

We love Brooklyn Vs. excellent food always! We love the fried jalapeño ravioli, garlic knots, and Mac n cheese balls. Pizza is always fire! We recently dined in and BELLA was the absolute best part of our dinner!! What a great server- a true joy! She was so quick and hustled around the restaurant with a smile on her face as a busy dinner rush was there. Other perks are the Shirley temples and dessert! The owner makes delicious cheesecakes! We were thrilled to find out Brooklyn Vs was opening up in our neighborhood and couldn't wait for them to open! The Food is amazing and never disappoints!! We thoroughly enjoyed the Bruschetta, Fried Jalapeño Ravioli, V's 3 Meat Pizza, and the Lasagna Al Forno We also ordered the homemade Cheesecake but devoured it so quickly that we forgot to snap a pic! They also have yummy wine options and beer on tap. Everything was so delicious and the staff was amazing! Shout out to Brayden he was so attentive and caring! A bit expensive at $27 for a 14 inch pizza for takeout, but otherwise Excellent pizza. The sausage was thin sliced on the long side of the link which means it was in every bite, and very good. The pepperoni had some kick. DId this place used to be called something else? After eating it I have that lingering pizza taste in my mouth that only a good pie can deliver. read more

We love the pizza. Have had it several times and always great. I also love the cheesecake. So delicious. USUALLY. I ordered a pizza and cheesecake Friday night and picked it up. Pizza was awesome as usual. I didn't attempt to eat the cheesecake until Saturday. When I opened the box I noticed it looked different. I took a bite and spit it out immediately. It was gummy and sour. Absolutely disgusting. Is no one paying attention there? Are there no use by dates? This is a review for a pickup order for two Stromboli. Pros: sauce and fillings had excellent taste. Crust meat ratio was very good. Service was at or above expectations, I arrived a minute early for the order and didn't need to wait long. Order was exactly correct. Con: I would have went to a 5 except the Stromboli crust tasted doughy and could have been a bit crispier. All in all a good value and would try again sometime. read more

By far the worst Pizza I have ever had. I actually threw the rest away. And I never throw food away lol. Was like chewing on cardboard. Their pizza is great, I ordered wings and fries another day to eat in and they were perfection. Asked for fries to be well done/crispy as the wings. However on 2 difference occasions, I ordered the same wings and fries for take out. Ordered it the same way. Well done on both. Not sure if it was a different cook, but he had no clue what well done meant. Both times. The fries had barely any color and the wings were not well done (thy were naked, no sauce) Not sure if I'll order fries and wings again, but the pizza is good. read more

I ordered Doordash & I appreciate that they wanted to make sure my food is hot. What I DIDN'T appreciate is the melted plastic in my marinara and ranch because the lids on the little cups melted, & the marinara got in my cinnamon bites. There is absolutely zero about this place that's authentic or Brooklyn about their pizza or atmosphere. I was born and raised in Brooklyn. Even to get a table I had to stand at the door with my wife with people coming in and out. No one in there is Italian they look like Scottsdale people though polite not authentic at all. My mom loves this place and always orders from the Gilbert location. I'm in another state and accidentally ordered from the other location and was in shock when my mom sent me a picture of her cheesesteak hero- completely black and burnt. What would anybody think this would be acceptable to serve? Completely disappointed! Trying to figure out how to add the picture, but when I say the bread was black, it was burnt black. Ok, this company has many locations in the east valley but this one on Higley at McKellips has only been open a short while. It's incredibly hard to open a new restaurant with all new staff etc so I never discard a bad first visit out of hand if I think the place has potential. I think this does. Other locations get good reviews. There were six of us. I had a staple - spaghetti and meatballs which I thought was excellent. The sauce was on the thin side as I like it with chunks of tomato and was very flavorful. The meatballs were great. Good sized portion but only two meatballs, I would have preferred a couple more. Three had Pizza, one diner loved it, another didn't but she is a thin crust fan and isn't going to like any pizza that's not thin crust. Also she's a Vito's fan and likes their standard. One had a calzone, she is Italian and ran a big family restaurant for 20 years. Her only complaint was too much liquid making the bottom a bit soggy. One person had calamari thought it and the sauce was bland. All the salads were really good. Service was very good. Food took awhile but they said it's all made from scratch. Bottom line, I'd like to come back in a month or so to give time for them to settle in. For my part, my meal and service was 5/5, others in our group perhaps would rate it a little less. read more
