I got a good experience with the staffs they were nice however it was a disappointment in their food. We ordered Pho Phenomenal and The Beef Rib Pho. I felt like they got lazy and didn't invest in their broth like when they first open anymore. I can feel that they put a lot of MSG in there and after a few scoops I couldn't eat it anymore. Tried this place for the first time and was not impressed. I was really looking forward to trying it and had been craving PHO for weeks. Ordered the basic PHO chicken and PHO shrimp. Picked up order and everything was in separate containers so I had to put my food together like what on earth. Food had no flavor nothing special about it. Most expensive pho' I've ever had and it's not worth it. The beef broth was good...but not $11.50 for a small bowl good. I was there Saturday for their soft opening and ordered the pho w/every in it, but only was able to eat the noodles and the soup. The meat it came with was hard and rubbery! My teeth couldn't tear the meat it was so rubbery!! Also, I was not given the usual side of bean sprouts, lime, etc. and was told they ran out. Really? coz the couple next to me got it 2mins. after siting down to eat and I've been waiting 25mins. for my bowl of pho..?? The food smelled amazing since the moment I opened the door. Amazing customer service, they got my table ready as soon as I walked in even when the entire restaurant was super busy so props to the team!! Our waitress, Vianey, did an awesome job telling us about the menu since I'm pretty new to Vietnamese food and she recommended the charbroiled pork spring rolls which were amazing . This is the best Pho place I have every been to and trust me, I've been to a lot of Pho places. Being Vietnamese my family and I are extremely picky when it comes to Pho. My personal favorite is the Pho Brisket. There service is great and there Vietnamese food is pho-nomenal :). I give this place a solid 5 stars. read more

Worst meal ever. Entire order was disappointing. We had two orders of shrimp pho that had 3 shrimp between both bowls. The noodles were uncooked and hard. My family of 5 could barely stomach eating our meal without gagging. Seriously. To top it off- it was my 50th birthday. read more

Solid meh. I wanted very much to like this place, since we moved to a community close by and our favorite pho place is now a long drive away...Granted, it's only the soft opening right now, so I'm sure there will be improvements. As of now, my chief complaint is that they're overpriced - It's $10 for the average bowl of pho, with no size options (small/large, which might be updated when they actually open?). Sizes were nothing to write home about, the $10 bowl was smaller than the $7.25 small sizes at other pho restaurants we've been to. If you want any special meats or shrimp, it'll get up to $12-$14 for the same size. Even the spring rolls were on the small side, not enough vegetables/noodles inside and a very minimal amount of shrimp in ours. I'm sure they have to pay more for that space since it's in the Stonehill shopping center, but it just wasn't enough to warrant spending the extra money, as my fiancé left still hungry. I'm happy to see diversity in the food options in this area, and we may stop in if we are walking around, but we definitely will still be making the drive regularly to eat pho elsewhere. I will say, the service was great and the place was very nice and new looking. Flavors were good in the broth. I would give a 3.5 if I could, and I look forward to trying it again once they open for real, hopefully in mid February. read more

This was the best Pho in years! The broth was full of flavor! Not too sweet as well. I need gluten-free options so I called ahead to make sure before I placed my order through the Door Dash. The lady said that she would make sure to mark on the ticket what is safe for me to eat since the rest of the order did not have to be GF. It was exactly like she promised. But the most important was the amazing flavor of the broth. Most places have too much sugar and fish sauce and some Star Anise. Not this one. I loved the perfect balance of different spices. I had the Pho Phenomenal and the meat was tasty as well. read more

Dropped a good $40 here last night only to be greatly let down. My boyfriend and I love pho but we are both feeling very ill today. Stomach aches and im sure you can fill out the rest. Definitely wonT be coming back here. The flavors weren't the best and the the meats were on the dry side. We did have an appetizer, the bun sliders. Those were actually really good. I've never sat in to eat, but I appreciate that every time I call in an order from home, drive over to pick up, and get the food back home, it's STILL hot. That's great that the broth isn't just sitting around and seems to be very freshly made. Never had a problem with the food, and the place is always busy so I must not be the only person with a good streak. read more

Came here for dinner on a Monday night- 4 adults. We had the shrimp spring rolls, pork bun, vermicelli, phenomenal rice, phenomenal pho, a tofu pho with beef broth, and ended with the beignet fries. I had been wanting to try this place for a few weeks since it opened. My parents were just coming to visit from California and we decided to go try it on their first night in. We're so lucky that we grabbed a table for six of us right away. I was pleasantly surprised at the people working there were actually Vietnamese. Being Vietnamese myself I was going to judge the food based on the quality and who was making it. I had the tofu and it was delicious! I'm usually really picky about it and it was really fluffy and really good. The portions are so plentiful. But what I think I love the best with the hospitality. The staff was great and quick and very sweet. The manager actually went out of their way to talk to my parents and made them feel very welcomed. Finally had the chance to go here to see how good their food is. I tried the rice with charcoal pork and honestly the food was mediocre. Nothing special, the meat wasn't flavored, most of the meat was fat, rice was way to moist, and the food in general was cold. Overall, I rate their rice dishes a 2/5 but maybe there pho is better. I also had their thai tea and it was really milky and flavorless. If you are looking for Thai tea, I would highly recommend Ding Tea next door because it'll definitely be better than Broth and Basil Thai Tea. read more

Food is good, portions are small! A bit overpriced for what you are getting! Holy cow a cup of regular iced coffee with some creamer is $5 dollars! not worth it! This place gets my vote as one of the BEST Pho Noodle shops in the greater Austin area. Working near the airport, and living in Georgetown, I can say I have tried many Pho shops. The meat used here was excellent. Service was awesome and the portions were huge. We will return. read more

I have been here twice now and both times it has been pretty good. I even took my kids here for their first pho experience and they liked it! The broth is good flavor and comes out piping hot so the noodles get nicely cooked. I ordered steak and tendon both times and the tendon is ok, some pretty good some not cooked all the way. We ordered egg rolls the second time, not really a fan. The one thing I really don't understand is the pricing. Coming from California, I have been spoiled with great, inexpensive pho. This place is more expensive than any I have been to in Cali. read more
