SOOOO DELICIOUS!!! Best Pho I've ever had and I've had my fair share! The staff is super friendly and competent! You can see everyone hustling and working hard! The to go experience is also seamless! Super cute inside and I like the art/murals on the walls. Family friendly and spacious for handicapped. The quality of food was absolutely delicious! the portion size for the price was great. They have vegan/vegetarian options as well! Must try!

Lovely pho with generous portions and delicious flavor. Perfect for a cold day birthday lunch. Service was available if you needed something but honestly, we were never in need as they delivered everything asked for without having to ask a second time.

Stopped in for dinner and was really happy I did. Parking situation is a little crazy, had to park a bit away and walk over, lots of traffic in the area. Was seated right away and given a menu. Service was quick, ordered my usual fresh rolls and pho with everything. Rolls were very good, fresh and loaded with shrimp and pork. Pho was good, nice flavor to the broth and loaded with meat. Looks like almost every other pho place inside, utilitarian and industrial. Enjoyed it and would definitely come back

I love pho, and it just happens to be in the area. I've never been here until today and I really liked their broth. It has almost like a sweet lingering taste. The portion is very generous as well. I had the egg rolls, which were delicious and crispy. The place gets pretty packed for lunch and a lot of people also get orders to go, showing that it's a favorite for a lot of people. The service is excellent, super friendly staff and fast to get food out and clean the tables. They're located in a pretty busy plaza, but the food is really good and that's why you can tell people choose to come here. I would like to try the vermicelli and rice next time. Because I'm coming back!

The atmosphere of the place is industrial, yet cozy and the staff are pleasant. The Pho is incredible! The beef rib pho was our absolute favorite! It's a giant hunk of meat and a very comforting broth. The meat and noodle portions of all the pho's are also very generous. The only critique I would have would be for the spring rolls to be a bit larger. Overall great place and we'll definitely be coming back!!

Wagyu beef served on a sizzling iron plate is a great deal. You would not expect such a high quality beef from a pho restaurant. A special dish created by the chef and sourced from Ranger Cattle. Love it! The pork broth was kind of salty but the side salad was great.

Hủ tiếu special is not special when there is no pork belly. Y'all should have what you put in your menu. The broth tastes just salty and water, bland. Phở with rare steak and brisket. Got home with no rare steak. No green onions. Broth has no flavor. Very disappointed. If you don't know any better.

The 3x I have been the food is just great. Meats are quality and the produce is fresh. This last time I decided to try something on the lighter side- grilled shrimp and zoodles (zuchini noodles) instead of the vermacelli. They were fresh and a healthy portion. Service is always quick and efficient too. Cute spot to eat it as well, with cool artwork on the walls! Another top reccomendation is the beef short rib and pork egg rolls!

Food and drinks were great. Service was wonderful. My go to spot when I need my veggie fixing. Their zucchini noodles are so addicting and all time fave!

As usual, I experienced excellent service, outstanding Pho and comfortable ambiance. My rare steak and brisket Pho was outstanding today. Very lean proteins and very fresh herbs and jalapeños. This is a great neighborhood restaurant. Keep up the great job! Surely a repeater for me.

Food : 4 the seafood pho was good but their hu tieu special noodle has really tasty broth with hint of fried dried shrimp in it. The spring roll was ok. Service - 5 fast Ambiance - 4 basic simple quick hop in and out setting.

After flicking it off the plate, the guy crawled off.

We were excited to try this place and the food looked good...until we saw the bug in the vermicelli. The tea had been good, but we gagged seeing this Lil guy crawling within our near-lunch. The host said he'd inform the kitchen, but...no thanks. The place was packed, so I wonder if like on Oprah, "everybody gets a creepy crawler in their luch!" Or we were the only lucky ones. Done with "Broth and Bugs and Basil."

We ordered: pork XLB, pan fried pork and shrimp dumplings, scallion pancakes, steamed pork buns, and suan tsai spicy beef noodles. The suan tsai spicy beef noodles with pickled greens stole the show. WOW. Perfect amount of heat in a flavorful broth. The pickled greens really balanced out the heat in the perfect way. I could eat this every day and be happy. Noodles were thick and perfectly cooked. I was inhaling the soup and scallion pancakes (also incredible) and left the XLB sitting too long. By the time I got to them, the slightly thicker wrapping had absorbed all the soup. Still good flavor though! The pan fried dumplings were also good, but just overshadowed by the soup in my opinion. I didn't try the steamed buns (not typically my jam), and my husband said the bun itself was great, but the meat needed some flavor. Nothing to photograph as we ate almost everything! The bowl itself came loaded with meat--they definitely weren't skimping to save money here. The meat-to-noodle ratio felt great, and every bite actually had substance instead of leaving me fishing around for toppings. As for the broth, I landed somewhere in the middle. It wasn't quite as clear or light as I personally prefer, leaning toward a fattier, milkier undertone that almost reminded me of a Vietnamese pho take on tonkotsu. The flavor itself was undeniably very good, but the richness may have been a bit too much for me personally. One way I usually judge how much I love a pho broth is whether I want to sip the bowl down to the very end, and this one wasn't quite light enough for me to want to do that. I've had richer and deeper pho flavors elsewhere, but I still appreciated the flavor profile here and could absolutely see why this place is so popular. It feels hearty, comforting, and satisfying in a way that clearly resonates with many people. Despite how packed the restaurant was, the atmosphere ended up being surprisingly pleasant. Service moved very quickly, which honestly impressed me given how busy everything felt. Even with the crowd, I didn't dislike the spacing or setup at all--the restaurant still felt comfortable, and the sound of people enjoying their food all around added to the lively, welcoming energy rather than making it feel overwhelming. Overall, Pho Phong Lưu ended up being one of those places where I completely understood the hype, even if it didn't become my personal favorite pho spot. While the broth leaned richer than my preference, I still enjoyed the experience and definitely look forward to trying other dishes next time.
