My go-to soups are the Taiwanese Spicy, Beef Pot, and Milk Cream Curry each one is packed with flavor and hits every time. Fair warning: the Taiwanese Spicy Hot Pot is actually spicy. I love heat and still feel it, so be ready. Also, service can feel a bit hands-off, especially when it's busy you might need to flag someone down for water. I've had this spot pinned on my Google Maps for the longest time but just never had the opportunity to make the drive there. This place was easy to miss if you don't look carefully so I'm glad I saw this recommended by a Seattle foodie I follow on instagram. We ordered the spicy braised beef noodles and steamed dumplings to share since we weren't that hungry. The braised beef noodles BLEW ME AWAY. The broth was so rich and savory, my mom commented that it tasted better than the one at din tai fung (we are frequent visitors & I agree) and the noodles were chewy (I love thick noodles!!). The dumplings were very juicy and flavorful but nothing too special. Service was prompt and servers were really friendly. There were so many other dishes on the menu featuring traditional Chinese dishes that looked delicious and so I do want to come back to try those when I am hungry! Definitely a hidden gem for good Asian food :)

The broth is also subtle, flavorful and a different taste profile from the pho. Everyone enjoyed this dish, especially my little toddler. The sausage was very flavorful, moist, and paired nicely with the sauce (which was slightly spicy). And, the pork belly was the perfect brown color, soft, moist, and decadent. Some of the other meats I thought were a bit too chewy or fatty. The feast is definitely more than enough for two people. It includes side dishes, salad, tofu soup and steamed egg. The interior is very spacious, clean and modern. They did an impressive job with the menu as everything looks appetizing. I'd like to come back to try the entree dishes.
