Many vendors I reached out to were either simply not responsive or unable to work on the gas range type that I have at my property. After spending so much time researching vendors who may be able to help... I was really happy to have found Trigen Appliance Repaaur. My interaction with Thomas from Trigen from the get go, however, was a completely opposite experience from other vendors I interact with. Thomas was super responsive via any communications mode I had with him, be it yelp messaging, text or phone. I pretty much get a response (and not just canned responses..but rather..customized answers that were specific to my issues) from Thomas within 10-15 minutes. What I liked about Thomas from Trigen is..I think he genuinely cares and is passionate about the work that he does. He isn't all about money..and genuinely wants to help you resolve your issues. In a specific case, when I described my issue to him, he even suggested trying to diagnose something that may allow me to fix the issue without him even coming to service, which was a really nice attitude he had about his line of work. During the fixing process and because of me being a landlord living far away from my property, he updated me the progress and recommendations throughout the steps. Heck, he didn't mind fronting his own money first to obtain a part needed to fix my gas range either. I really appreciate Thomas' help and would wholeheartedly refer or use his service again in the future.

He was wonderful! very professional, he had the correct tools to do the job and repaired the microwave without needing any parts!! Wow. Just Wow. Our…read more10+ year old Kenmore washer stopped spinning/draining/rinsing. We were on vacation for a week and had a mountain of laundry to do. I needed same day service and called everyone highly rated on Yelp. Nobody could do it. Searched the Googlez for emergency washer repair seattle, and these guys came up. No Yelp reviews, but I was desperate. Called and a human answered the phone on the second ring. Said someone could be out here in a thirty minutes. THIRTY MINUTES!! They showed up 30 minutes later...really. Totally professional. Diagnosed the problem in less than 10 minutes. Needed to get a part from their warehouse in Kent...but could have it back in a few hours! A FEW HOURS!! It was $50 for the visit/diagnosis - which they deducted from the work total after the job was done. He said he would be back by 2p. He was early. EARLY. Fixed the problem, ran my card through his modern google tablet. I got a digital receipt instantly with a perfectly running washer. total bill was around $150. I was stoked for same-day service and a warrantied, certified part. Total professionals. Highly recommend.

Although he was swamped with rush repairs before thanksgiving, he squeezed us on the same day and showed up exactly at the promised time.
