I had a philly cheese steak at a separate location prior to here, and although it was great, Dalessandros had the right balance of meat to bread to dollar ratio. I was full but content. Normally, I'm not a fan of seeded bread and I usually don't like peppers either, but somehow everything worked perfectly together. The creamy cooper American cheese, the soft yet crunchy bread and the thinly sliced ribeye made for such an incredible combination. And much to my surprise the peppers actually added a really nice touch and brought everything together.
