    Burata salad special

Always % spot on experience. The staff while extremely friendly are extremely professional in all ways. They are directors of first impressions. Tonight Jimbo took great care to ensure we had a flawless dining experience which we did. We opt'ed for mainly chef specials this evening opening up with a delicious coconut shrimp, butterfly, grilled dusted, and fabulous seasonings, and topped off with a Thai chili sauce for dipping. Nice size or white tenders can be an incredible flavor profile. Next, I had the stuffed shrimp with crab meat and black ink linguine and first off the plating presentation was outstanding and then the flavor profile that followed was incredible and I'm not a pasta person, but this was certainly worth breaking my own self imposed rules about pasta. And my wife had the Villa Marcello, and it was tender and moist, and absolutely memorable. All in all a fun, tasty relaxing evening on a day with crazy storming skies.

Beautiful interior, very welcoming, clean and well decorated for the holidays. Attentive service, food came out fast. We walked in without a reservation and they let us dine for an hour before the next seating. We ordered: - Mussels in white wine sauce (4.5/5): very good but the bread pieces that came dipped in the sauce were overly salty - Large pancetta and mushroom pizza (3.5/5): on the saltier side - Large Giovanni's Favorite (4/5): good char but lots of tomato sauce, very floppy The bread basket that was presented at the start was delicious, maybe our favorite thing of the meal. Would come back to try other entrees. Plenty of pizza left overs - the Large size could easily fill 3-4 people.

Birthday lunch for the wife at Villaggio Iccara in Yardville this afternoon. Decor was pleasant & immaculate, a very nice setting for a meal. As for the food, EVERYTHING was superb -- from the appetizer & Sangria pitcher, to the entries, and then the desserts. Perfect size portions also, we left satisfied w/o being overstuffed. And the bill (before tax and the tip) was only $127 -- that's for three people -- meals, drinks, appetizer, and desserts. Service was stellar also, Dario was personable, friendly, and attentive. Couldn't have asked for a better experience this afternoon at Villaggio Iccara, this place is Top Notch. We are looking forward to many return visits here, I'd like to try the pizza, and the outdoor patio area looks inviting when the weather is more conducive to sitting outside. An Easy 5 Star Rating.

Great service and excellent quality food! My wife and I were here in the area, so we decided to come back! We enjoy coming here because of both unique and traditional cuisine!

I cannot get enough of Villagio Iccara. I initially tried it for an after work dinner with a friend. It was a good halfway point for us. Let me tell you, we were both blown away at how beautiful the place is, how friendly the staff are and how amazing the food is. The ambiance is incredible. It is bright and beautifully decorated and makes you feel like you're on vacation in the Mediterranean. We dined indoors but they have a beautiful outdoor patio as well. We shared an eggplant appetizer - Parmigiana Quattro Formaggi - eggplant layered with 4 cheeses. So delicious. We also shared a huge salad - the Sundance Salad - Sliced panko and sundried tomato crusted chicken, artichokes, burrata, cherry tomatoes, oranges, mixed greens, citrus dressing. Such a delicious combination of flavors! On another visit we had calamarata organica - Calamarata pasta in nonna's sunday tomato sauce with creamy burrata and Sicilian fried eggplant. Fresh homemade bread is served before the meal. So yummy! Again, a wonderful combination of fresh ingredients and flavors. We also shared a pitcher of white sangria which was delicious, light and refreshing! They are a scratch kitchen and very accommodating towards requests and modifications. Hostesses were friendly & welcoming and our waitstaff were efficient and helpful. I cannot wait to return and try some more of their delicious dishes.

We ordered takeout as we were in a rush. We ordered their margherita pizza and cheesesteak. The margherita pizza on their website looks quite different from what we recieved, but it was still very good. Their pizza is made in wood fired ovens. Sauce is good, good balance of sweet without being overly sweet. The cheesesteak was very good. I have been seeing a lot of posts online of their cheesesteak. Great amount of meat and cheese without feeling too heavy. Crusty yet soft seeded roll. Would definitely get it again. Haven't been here for a sit down dinner in a long time. Plan to in the future.

Returning to NJ for some family visits and looking for dinner recommendations and this establishment was at the top of the list. Called for reservations (4) and met another couple at 7 for outdoor seating. Tyler took very good care of us and shared the daily specials with our group. He took our appetizer order and gave us time to review the menu. After getting our main entrees it was pretty quick delivery of the appetizer and we enjoyed it with some bread. Pictures of the entrees were captured after delivery. The meal was phenomenal with some leftover containers taken home. A real cool feature of the outdoor seating was a retractable roof which they opened as the sun set. Great weather here tonight. We took advantage of the BYO Bottle of wine and the all in total plus Tip was $165.

The Southbeach calamari is unbelievably delicious, I have dined here many times and the food is outstanding. The interior has been completely renovated and is more beautiful than ever. The pictures here are of the old look.

    90-ZERO-44 appetizer

Food was amazing! Service was great! Harvest bowl was delicious and the 90-Zero-44 appetizer was so unique and very tasty!

I was craving for pizza when I went to a dinner party at Iccara. Despite my heart being set on the pie, my mind wandered astray as I saw the other options on the menu. I ended up sharing a Cristina Pescatore and a Branzino special with my table mate along with several other appetizers. The basket of bread might have played a role in swaying my selection since the tomato pie slices and bread rolls were plenty satisfying for my craving. As it turns out, the Cristina Pescatore dish was a great choice since the portion was pretty big and the pasta was delicious. The Bronzino special also tasted great with the subtle sweetness of the fish. Ambience here is cozy and intimate, which makes it great for taking either a date or a small group of friends or family for a nice dining experience. I like that the lighting is warm and low but not too dimmed that you can't see the menu. Parking here could be a bit dicey at night since there aren't a lot of parking spots next to the restaurant, and residential area nearby doesn't have good lighting.

Their menu had wine list, no longer byob?

They sell wine by full and half bottles which you can take home if you don't finish but you can still bring your own wine from home.

Inside, the noon lull had settled in with only two other tables occupied and a gentle background hum from the kitchen. It felt calm and unhurried, the sort of place that knows what it is and does not make a fuss about it. The server was friendly in a simple and efficient way. He was not talkative, but he took my order quickly and brought everything out with speed and accuracy. I appreciated the straightforward approach. There is something refreshing about a place that does not try to charm you into staying longer than you intend. In an act that might be considered a small betrayal of the name on the sign, I ordered a cheesesteak with mushrooms, onions, peppers, and a side of fries. When it arrived, it was steaming hot. The first bite nearly burned the roof of my mouth, which was entirely my own fault for being too eager. The steak itself was very good. It was tender, well seasoned, and deeply satisfying in that familiar corner shop way. My single complaint concerns the vegetables. The mushrooms, onions, and peppers were present, but only barely. They felt like reluctant participants. I wanted more of their flavor and more of their texture to give the sandwich a fuller personality. As it was, they took a quiet supporting role when they could have done more. The fries were solid. They were crisp enough, salted enough, and they did their job without calling attention to themselves. Not remarkable, but certainly not disappointing. The total came to just under twenty dollars including a tip. The server seemed genuinely surprised that I left a little extra, which made me feel oddly cheerful. For a lunch that was honest, warm, and uncomplicated, it felt like money well spent. Joey's Pizza does not try to reinvent anything. It serves straightforward comfort food with sincerity. I left with a full stomach and a clear mind. That earns four stars from me.

The pizza - dirty calm pie was good. The Italian chicken dish was a miss for us... tough chicken pieces and lacking flavor even though it had nice chucks of cut up vegetables. The lentil soup was adequate, it met base line flavor and presentation. I guess what locks and information is I noticed the population that's coming in. It's a much older crowd. Certainly the menu items are on the lower price side so it makes it affordable to go out. It's hard when you cook at home and you want to go out a couple nights a week at the weekend and for what we've been paying with inflation and the impact of tariffs we would expect a higher level of them when I'm putting out of my own kitchen. Again, a safe place a consistent place a busy place and if this is acceptable for you, then this is your go to.

We ordered some water along with mussels in red sauce, medium pizza with half onions. The mussels were very meaty with a delicious chunky tomato sauce. The pizza had a thin crust with more sauce than cheese, more of a tomato pie taste. It was okay but not the best ratio of tomato sauce to cheese. This place probably has a great tomato pie. I would definitely return just for the mussels alone. But if I ordered a pizza, I'd be a little more specific about its preparation.
