His studio is so relaxing and he made you feel right at home. He will go over how to maintain and take care of eyebrows. He is SO gentle when he waxed my eyebrows and upper lip unlike other places. I love the fact he takes his time explaining the process and he takes his client one by one (appointment only). He will also show you the products that he used and said to text him anytime if I had any questions or recommendations on what to use. I booked my facial appointment with him tomorrow and will definitely be making my way out to DTLA just to have him touch up my eyebrows. Jenn, Jennifer, jenny or micro-blading brow wizard! Pretty sure Jenn is the best thing that ever happened to me. Got my brow microbladed and shaded by Jenn. I'm obsessed. I have been a makeup artist for over 10 years and have always been weary about getting my brows microblade. Because a girl likes to switch her sh*t up and give different looks. Also having clients with bad experiences with their eyebrows made me scared. I couldn't get myself to do it. After years of contemplating and following Jenn's work, I gave in. She was super attentive and informative through the whole process(before, during and after!). I came in with what I had in mind but trusted her as the microblading expert. She did not disappoint. I have thin and little hair on my eyebrows. She was able to map my brows, suggest the perfect brow color and guided me through the whole thing. The whole process was great. Jenn made me feel comfortable and reassured of my decision. The pain was bare able and the healing process was a breeze for me. I didn't have any issues with itchiness or scabbing. I actually went on a trip to Mexico a week after. Even though it not recommended The color of my eyebrows are still vibrant after 4-6 weeks. The atmosphere of the studio was relaxing and calming. I live in Orange County so for me to drive to DTLA is rare but it was worth it! The brow down studio provided easy instructions on where to park and how to get there. I started doing facials with Rene and my skin has totally transformed. He's very knowledgeable and will ask so many questions regarding your skin and give you thorough answers on why certain breakouts will happen or in my case, I get dark spots fairly easily. My skin was in desperate need of a facial, and I spent hours searching for a good place to go. I found a few spots and made an appt. at one of the places I found. I had to wait a week and a half and I just couldn't afford to wait. My skin was so congested and dehydrated, that I had to keep looking for another place or person that could see me sooner. I ran into Ashley page after going on a following spree of estheticians on Instagram! After doing some IG stalking of her work, I knew I wanted to go get a facial with her. She had the link to book with her on her page and I immediately pressed the link to book with her. Thank god I found an available spot and I only had to wait a day. As soon as I got there I was greeted by Rene who was super nice, the place looked amazing too very chic and chill. Ashley was setting up, and once she was done she went over to me and greeted me. Before seeing Ashley I hadn't had a facial in over a year much less a hydro facial and I freaking loved it. Ashley went over the whole process of the hydro facial with me, aside from answering all my questions and giving me great skin tips. She's definitely the expert you want to go see. My skin looked 100 times better when i walked out than how I walked in that day. It's only been a day after but i can already see a difference in my skin after my hydrofacial.
