Their quote was the lowest we got, but we got what we paid for. We had them replace our HVAC a few…read moreyears ago. They did not install the correct size return vent so our heater kept overheating. It would cycle on and off every few minutes and say it was heating when no air was moving. We literally had them come out 4 times before they found out what the issue one. The first 3 times they gaslit us and said that is was our Nest or a draft in an interior wall... I think they have only one good employee because the 4th guy to show up told us he liked to get paid for his overtime and would stick around until he got to the cause of the problem. Also when they finally "fixed" the return vent to a proper sized, they botched the install and had cracks in the ceiling and random screws sticking out in places. So they had to come back again to fix that mistake.

I think it was a Friday night and I sent a quote request on Yelp and Roi reached out right away, offered a quote to take a look at it. Scheduled a visit to the following Monday. They sent Thomas out to take a look, he was very up front about the condition of the unit and advised that there was alot of issues, which we totally get. He was very thorough and took a lot of reference photos and explained what he was doing. We agreed to look at getting a new system and set up a meeting with Kyle for later the afternoon. Kyle was also amazing and went over the pricing and options, you never want to pay for a new AC unit but it's a necessity here so and they made sure we had a great deal. Jesus came to give me a quote for HVAC replacement. But when he looked at the failed unit, he told me I may fix it for you and he did!. What a surprise, :) he saved me thousands of dollars. He even didn't want to charge me for anything but when I insist, he just charged me for a simple diagnosis service. He could have charged me for a full HVAC replacement! but he fixed it!. :) Their Yelp five star is a real FIVE. These guys are super honest which might be rare in these days!. We selected C&R because their bid was comparable to the others and friends had recommended them. The install went smoothly and Brian and crew did an excellent job. Unfortunately the unit I wanted wasn't available locally so the dealer offered up the Hi2 hyper heat model. If you're ever offered one - don't take it but that's a story for a Mitsubishi review. Luke the lead technician from Clarke and Rush went above and beyond (not a term I use often) to try to correct something that as it turns out was inherent to that machine. The willingness to expend labor hours and materials to gain a satisfied customer was exceptional. When C&R say they want a happy customer it's not talk it's action because they mean it.

It's been a month since the installation and everything is working great and even better, quietly. Our contractor grade condenser we got with the house 23 years was noisy!
