I give 0 stars for my rating , if you plan on coming from out of state do get work done I do not recommend. I waiting 4 months for my appointment date and I flew 3 hours into Denver to get my brows done , when I got there 5 minutes early (on time) the door was locked and I called 4 times no answer finally someone walks out and I catch the door , i find her suit and knock and she doesn't answer the door but I see her walking around and I open the door myself and peaked in said hello and she said to come in , I had got a Starbucks drink before and the first thing she says is Oh your not supposed to drink coffee before you will bleed and I will not be able to finish, no warning before on that , next I show her my desired look and she goes on to tell me she can't do because I'm white when all I wanted was natural brow strokes she criticized me and said that I should have sent a picture and that it was in the online booking form . Which if that was true I would have been happy to do that before waisting my day on a unprofessional who wants to do brows how she wants not the desired look for requests. Based on other reviews I was expecting much more. For the price charged - $45 for a brow wax & tint I anticipated a bit more pampering. I arrived on time for my appointment to find Julie engaged in an animated conversation with another customer about Botox and other injectibles and how she, Julie, would like to find someone to provide these services to "pay the rent" on her salon space which, incidentally, is the size of a postage stamp. They rambled on for 10 minutes after acknowledging me with a slight wave of the wrist. When I stepped into her chair there was no consultation about what I wanted. She efficiently set to work and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. I'm an out-of-towner so what do I know? This. That in Seattle at the best day spa this service runs $40 and includes 20 minutes in a lovely soft lit spa room with front end consultation, aromatherapy, soft music, all followed by a 10 minute head and neck massage. read more

Found this place on yelp decided to give it a try because of the reviews. I booked an appointment for brow tinting small cute place in Newport. I will just get straight to the point.. I just washed my make up off with unscented soap and my tint completely wiped off. I asked her how long it would last she said about 10 days. So I'm very disappointed that I paid for something that did not even last. It unfortunate that is happened to me as I was excited to wake up and be on the go and willing to schedule another appointment. Then this happens... it was a waste of my time and money to come here for it to completely come off my brows. I'm not sure if she rushed doing the tint since she was behind schedule, she's inexperienced or has more of her friends which are also her customers as her priority. I went to anastasia in fashion island a few times before and loved the results, but after trying to call and not getting any response for TWO weeks I decided to give up and look elsewhere. YAY! Julie just moved to a new location and I LOVE it! Since my brows have grown in a little better, I didn't have that much work to do. Julie hadn't even started in on my brows when a new client commented that they looked great - good shaping from before! Got my man-stache removed in a jiffy then got down to business on the brows. I don't know what she uses, but even after she is done waxing, there is some sweet tenderness in the way she puts on the after-care product. I love it. Never leave looking red or irritated and I have very sensitive skin. As far as the new place goes, it is TOO CUTE! I felt like I was in someone's sweet little cottage - lots of natural light and windows, fresh, clean, and cozy setting. Can't wait to go back. This is the second time Julie has done my brows and once again I love her work. So many places thin out the brows tell they are gone. She actually shapes them so that it looks natural, clean and full. When I first saw her I had some holes from over tweezing and waxing. Julie is hands down the best!! I always get a brow wax and tint and it comes out perfectly every time. It can be difficult to get the color right since I am fair skinned with blonde hair but its always just right. I've had experiences elsewhere where it comes out too dark and I'm stuck waiting a week for it to fade. Not with Julie! She always fits me into her schedule and it's so easy to schedule an appt online through her website. Julie was super sweet and amazing! My eyebrow hair grow back fairly slowly and the women at the EWC always made me think that I needed to wax them every month even when there were only a few extra hairs. I scheduled a brow shape and tint with Julie and she definitely doesn't try to rip you off on her services. Instead of waxing my brows, Julie plucked the extra hairs because she knew waxing would irritate my skin. The tint she did came out the perfect shade and Julie really listened to what my needs were with my eyebrows and completely exceeded them! Might get my eyebrows microbladed with her down the line but for now I'm super happy with the tint for now and will keep coming back! read more
