The sheet on the table and the hand towel to laid your head on was VISIBLY dirty. You could see the dirt and grease on the sheet and hand towel. (NASTY) Especially during COVID. She does NOT change the hand towel between customers, and this is absolutely not sanitary and against the state hygiene policies. This could customers to transfer hair mice to each other. I paid an extra $50 to get my neck cleaned and she never did behind my neck. This business owner ASKED for a tip, this is extremely rude. Tip are based on the level of service, and a owner should never ASK to be tipped. I am not certain what product she used at the end of the treatment, but my face and lining of my hair was literally covered with WHITE residue. Danielle started the brush off my face to take off all the residue. When we got home, we all washed our hair because she place our heads on a dirty towel, and I washed my face off because it was just covered with a white residue. I paid a $108 directly to her and I paid for the two teen services on Groupon. I feel as though this was a rip off based on we needs to take showers immediately. I believe cleanliness is one of the initially module during her studies.
