Really disappointing experience. I ordered my breakfast sandwich on a pumpernickel bagel, but they made it on a plain bagel instead - basically the complete opposite of what I ordered. If they were out of pumpernickel, I wish they had simply told me and offered another option rather than deciding for me. Horrible service. Literally put onions on my honey and butter bagel for my child ruining it. I never said onions, I can't imagine anyone ordering that combination. I'm guessing the young lady did it out of spite? Because the onion flavor completely seeped into the honey and the rest of the bagel rendering it completely inedible for my child! I came in to redeem a free egg & cheese sandwich offer, and while the front-line staff were friendly and efficient, the manager ruined the experience. His attitude was abrasive and unwelcoming, responding to customers with things like "What do you need?" -- not exactly how you greet customers. I was charged extra just to add an egg to a sandwich that was supposed to be free. Over $6 for a black coffee and an extra egg to a free sandwich that I didn't even enjoy. What happened to these bagels? Brueggers used to make really good bagels, but recently they changed their ovens and apparently their recipes too. The texture, formerly great, is totally different. Not at all like a New York bagel. For example, The pumpernickel bagels are terrible. Flat, strangely blistered, odd smell and overall bad execution of what used to be a genuinely delicious bagel. For the record, the people who work here continue to be a joy. They are friendly and efficient and are a good reason to continue to go to Brueggers even if the bagels no longer are. read more

What can I say......worth the calories LOL I keep coming back to get my farmers bagel. The line gets insane in the mornings still employees are friendly so it makes worth the wait. I think the prices are a little bit high compared to other bagel places but it's just the convenience to come here after getting your groceries done at the supermarket. I am giving them 3 stars because they don't forced people to wear their mask. If you place a sign at the door that masks are required, have everybody wear them. This was my first time ordering from here and let me tell you just WOW ! I ordered the Sriracha Honey Sunrise and I added Avocado, Ham and Sun Dried Tomato spread in addition. I also got egg whites instead for my order. I got a lil hash brown on the side. The bagel was super delicious will definitely order it again but with easy sriracha honey cream cheese spread next time. It's not spicy it's like sweet with a tiny kick. I did not like the hash brown not what I expected it's super soft and I just did not like the taste. Will I order the hash brown again ?
