I was super disappointed. Used to really like this place but went a few weeks ago. Slow/rude service and there was a hair in the food.

This is the slowest place in town! This morning there were only 3 people in front of me (usually out the door), but it took 15 minutes and the man in front of me still had not ordered!!! I left without ordering and have to ask myself why I even bother coming here!! The employees are short staffed and look unhappy to be here! Bagels are good, cream cheese is gummy tasting. read more

Best bagels! But I really love their coffee!!!! I go here several times a week just for coffee. The downside is it's so busy hard to get in and out if you are in a rush. There are not many Bruegger's around here, but I am glad there is one. Fresh juice options and a wide selection of bagels and cream cheese is an awesome combo. Horrible customer service. God forbid you add on anything to your order after the initial order. I called in 4 sandwiches and decided on my way down to get half a dozen bagels as well. The lady informed that I had to wait in line behind the other customers to add on to my order.i could see if it was something they had to prepare, but the bagels sit pre made on shelves behind the workers.poor customer service in my opinion. read more

Bagels are NY style and have good consistency. They used precooked eggs and meats and then reheat in the oven/microwave. Definitely not the NY style sandwich I was expecting. It reminds me of the Dunkin donuts bagel sandwiches. I'd go back for the bagel but definitely don't recommend the egg sandwiches! read more

Bruegger's makes REAL bagels that are boiled first and then baked on site. My personal favorites are onion, garlic, and everything. Wednesday is the best day to buy as the bagels are on sale by the baker's dozen. The only thing that would make Bruegger's better is if they made a real bialy. read more

Underwhelmed, my boyfriend and I had high hopes we had found a good bagel place close to us. Our bagel sandwiches weren't terrible but I barely even wanted to finish mine , the bagel was very dry and chewey. The tables were all extremely dirty, trash and crumbs everywhere. Great bagel place that's close to my home. They offer 50cents bagel and a little extra for cream cheese on Mondays for student discount. Wednesday they have a dozen bagels for $6.99 and I'm always on the lookout for there coupons. They're super busy on the weeekends especially during lunch time. Well worth the wait. read more

We are regulars at Bruegger's in Temecula! This is a well organized and run spot for the kinds of bagels we grew accustomed to in NJ and NY. They are tasty and always fresh. The staff is so up beat and warmly welcoming to guests. Sometimes the lines are long, but the team moves everyone along and amazingly gets everyone served in a timely manner. Hubby and I came here for a late breakfast. He got a bagel sandwich and I opted for a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Service was good and everything tasted good. My cream cheese wasn't quite as sweet as I was expecting but it was enjoyable regardless. Will visit again when we are in the mood for a good bagel! read more

Asked for a specific sandwich with turkey meat, no egg. She said that's a breakfast sandwich not a lunch one. My apologies, I didn't ask for a lesson on proper sandwich terms. Literally was trying to make it easier than doing a complete custom order, as at this point, would have been far more complex for her! She said the herby turkey was the same. And it's not cause I always order that one! Then she said I could get the breakfast one with "turkey bacon", again missing the point as I did not want a "breakfast sandwich" hence NO egg. She told the manager she did not know what I was ordering. The manager said the Herby Turkey was the same so the girl did give me the right answer two different kinds of bagels, one with bacon one without, one with cream cheese spread and one with avocado spread. I would retrain management and workers to know the difference between toppings and spreads cause they are not all the same!!!! read more

Today my family and I were super excited eat here as we usually come often , unfortunately This time wasn't so fortunate.... we ordered our bagels and the lady making our bagels was super sweet. As we go to ring up I grabbed a orange juice they have in cups (no ice) . I asked kindly if I can get another cup for ice as informed it would be a charge which wasn't told yet what the charge was but said ok (because I am currently pregnant and want ice for my juice ) I then got the so called manager whom was ringing me up tell me " whoa" with her hand up saying I don't need have attitude it's just the cup is 3$ which I was fine with and I asked can we have managers number she then proceeded I am the manager as I proceeded that instead of being rude towards me she could have just gave me a cup and Comped me the cup to prevent conflict as I just wanted to fill with ice (as all of this is in front of my 6 year old) then says to my sister as she try's to tell her we had no attitude and was fine with the charge that I had the attitude. As we walk out we inform her she has lost customers and proceeded yell over all her guest from the back of register that we are a great example ! As manager she could have comp me a cup for ice or here's the kicker inform me of the ice /water cups that are on side of the machine FREE! Was it worth it!?! read more

I ordered an omelet on a bagel and it looked microwaved when I got it. I asked to exchange it for something else, as it was not an omelet. They said it was baked but it looked gross. They said it would be an additional dollar because I ordered something with a lot of veggies. When I went to pay the difference, they said it would be $3 extra because of cream cheese. I told them they didn't tell me and they said they did, insisting I pay the extra money. I paid but was aggravated at how they handled the situation. Poor management and people skills for doing that. Shame on them. The bagels are mediocre too. Although i have gone there on occasion, i will try to go elsewhere. definitely not authentic.....the fast food version of a real bagel place. read more

So disappointed this morning. Went into the store to buy bagels for the office girls and ordered the bagel bundle for $9 99 (I had a coupon). After ordering my bagels I asked to have them sliced. I was told that they didn't have time to slice them because it was Wednesday and because I had a coupon. I was told that I should have known to call ahead and ordered my bagels. It didn't say anything on the coupon about calling ahead on Wednesdays. When I told them that it didn't specify that on the coupon, they then told me that it would be a 30 minute wait to have my bagels sliced. I still made the purchase because I had already stood in line for 15 minutes and didn't want to walk away empty handed. I have always enjoyed their bagels but their customer service is lacking. If you are known to be busy on Wednesdays then perhaps you need to hire more staff. I don't think it's an unreasonable request to have your bagels sliced when you buy a dozen bagels. They did offer me some plastic knives to slice my bagels...very kind of them! Has anyone ever tried to cut a bagel with a plastic knife?! Not fun!!!! read more

I love THIS place, the staff is absolutely awesome. They know I'm a regular and they've always treated me great. I like their environment, from the music playing in the background to their seating. I like their breakfast bagel on a Rosemary Olive bagel. If you are afraid to try something new, TRY the Rosemary Olive bagel, u won't regret it! If u want variety go on a Wednesday, they have a dozen for $5.99. But hands down this place has THE Best coffee I've ever tasted. Better than starbucks! Love my coffee from Bruegger's!!!!! read more
