The cream puffs at brunch were so good! The mimosas are outstanding as well as the service. The decorations and atmosphere are beautiful.

A new favorite. We tried Brunch Berry on Saturday at 10:15; was told 20 minute wait and it was 15. Our server, Christian provided outstanding service, very good about sharing details of what we should expect from each dish he recommended. The cream puffs to kick off the meal such a fun surprise. The food arrived promptly, was hot, reasonable prices and delicious. Restaurant was clean, great light into the space and for a new place, no kinks that we experienced. Dining area is noisy (lots of customers) and parking was competitive - everything else was so good, it didn't matter! Thanks Brunch Berry - I can't wait to go back. read more

Wife and I had breakfast there this morning 9-6-24. Food was served in a short time and presented well. They served cream puffs with blackberry jam,perhaps homemade. They brought coffee in a carafe and water of course. The quality of food was excellent and hot. The server Valbona was very pleasant and adequately attentive. My toast came with home made blueberry jam ( not that packaged crap). The restaurant itself is very nice and clean. We brought home breakfast leftovers. We will make another visit there for sure read more

Food was delicious. Probably the best breakfast I've had. However, they are pricey and tack on that tacky 3% card fee to customers. But there's nothing on their website saying this, just a small note on their counter. I find this a huge turn-off , like "thanks for your business but ill charge u for selecting us! " whatever. Like customers can go ask for more pay from their employers to accommodate this tackiness. I can't raise my pay like they can raise prices willy nilly. I'll just take 3% off the tip then, which I did. I won't be going back till this 3% practice stops, here or any other place that dings customers for visting their establishment. read more

The service is great. The first thing they did was bring us out complimentary cream puffs. I enjoyed these cream puffs more than the state fair ones. The menu was pretty small and the food was average. The restaurant atmosphere was amazing. It felt so welcoming and they did a great job with the layout. We got the chicken and waffles and the breakfast tacos. read more

First time eating there and will be coming back soon! The interior is so cool and inviting. Our server was excellent and made the experience so nice. I was at Brunch Berry in New Berlin for brunch with my cousin. I ordered an omelette that was listed on the menu as having 3 meats, (sausage, bacon and ham). I asked for it to have only bacon and not the other two meats. When the omelette came, I started eating and realized it had ham and not bacon. It didn't bother me too much because I like ham. However I mentioned it to the waitress and she asked if I would like a new one. I said no, I will eat the one with ham. The owner later came over and told me they made another breakfast for me and wanted to know if I wanted to eat it then or have it wrapped to take home. I thanked her and said I will take it home. She brought it wrapped and ready to go home. The omelette I had was too large for one meal so I took that home as well. That's excellent customer service. Would recommend them to anyone. Wow! Such a beautiful renovation of the building. It now feels open, airy and welcoming. Staff was friendly and attentive. The food was great with competitive pricing. We had the house coffee that comes in it's own pot left at the table that was so smooth that I didn't need to add cream. I had the Berries and Cream brioche French toast that was delicious, and the serving was so big that I took half home. My friend had the Irish plate that she reported was delicious as well with eggs done perfectly to her request. She too took half home. Looking around I did see someone with chicken and waffles and I believe their partner had a chicken sandwich with fries; both looked delicious. Food was relatively quick to come out of the kitchen after we ordered. I also love that we weren't rushed out and were encouraged to leave when we were ready, but table turnover may be a priority once people get wind of this place. We will definitely be returning and I think this place is going to give some other breakfast places a run for their money so hopefully they'll be able to service all the seating they have. We are delighted with this fresh new update on a local dining spot. The menu is creative and varied, so everyone will find something to enjoy for breakfast, brunch, lunch. Service is attentive and efficient, and the owner is very involved in the day-to-day -- he is always multi-tasking in the dining rooms (greeting people, helping bus tables, generally overseeing the whole place). Food arrives hot at the table, and the quality is excellent. Delicious and healthy, or decadent if you want decadent -- the pistachio waffle, and the complimentary mini cream puffs are especially yummy treats. And the several juice combos are creative and tasty ways to get your fruit/veggie fix. It's a warm and welcoming place, a pretty spot to dine that offers friendly efficient service. Expensive and not impressive enough to want to visit again. Clean environment, but impersonal. Very beige decor which seems to match the personalities of staff. Waitstaff seemed rushed and hovered impatiently to complete the task of getting your order in to the kitchen and you out the door as quickly as possible. Food was brought to the table lukewarm to cold. The potatoes are completely deep fried to tastelessness. Just not a comfortable or enjoyable. read more

The only thing good about our visit was the server. She was very nice and personable, gave her a nice tip for that. The food was very pricey and just plain bad. I had a Crispy Belgium Waffle that was limp as a dish rag and had no flavor. My wife had Eggs Benedict of which I ate one and Cowboy Potatoes. I asked her if that is how they are supposed to taste, because it was not good. She said no, worst ones she ever had. The potatoes were hard like they had been sitting under a warmer for hours and it was only 10am. She also had an Americano coffee that she said tasted like watered down instant coffee. I had a Chai Tea Latte that was very watered down and flavorless. For that our bill was $35. We left a $10 tip for our server because she deserved it, not the Restaurant. read more

Brunch Berry is a very nice looking place, with an interesting menu. There are classic dishes as well as some different flavor profiles to try. The negative one star is due to them seating us at a table with lots of food under it and the spicy dishes not being spicy at all. Nicely decorated restaurant with lots of seating. Cloth napkins and real plates and silverware, yet the prices are very reasonable (e.g. 3-egg omelette with two sides for $11). The garlic herb omelette was beautiful and very tasty; the pancakes were fluffy and delicious. They are still doing their soft open so service was a little glitchy but the waitresses were very nice.
