honestly writing this in the car as i'm leaving the restaurant because everything was a 10/10. to start the service was fantastic, from the hostess to the waitress, they were all super friendly and welcoming. we were told it would be a 35-40 minute wait, we were seated in 20 minutes. the food was super delicious, i personally had the crazy clucker and that was one of the best breakfast sandwiches i've ever had. the giant cinnamon roll was so soft and everything tasted so fresh. the space was clean and has a super cool ambiance and vibe. the decorations and mural were cool. overall this is one of the best brunch spots i've ever been to. read more

Decided to go to breakfast with my nephew and looked on yelp for something in the area. The pictures caught my attention with the decor so I decided to try them out. The decor is really cute and I love how the back of the chairs have little sayings (not little kid friendly words especially if they are the reading type but my nephew is almost 14) I couldn't find anything on the menu that had the combination I wanted but I ordered sides to get what I wanted. I ordered bacon, sausage patty and their spicy potatoes. The only thing I didn't like was the potatoes because they were frozen potatoes spiced up. Definitely do not recommend those unless you want frozen potatoes. He order the chicken and waffle with gravy (something Mccluckin, being lazy and don't remember) he said it was amazing 9/10. Never go wrong with this establishment. Their biscuits are what Popeyes biscuits want to be. The environment is always positive and upbeat and the staff are always positive. Never had a bad server. Portions were so big she took half home. I had The Big Snob with the French toast, and I was delighted with my choice. Large portions, and everything was so flavorful. The French toast was exceptionally good. Server was attentive and the food came out quickly. This is in the old BLD location, and they didn't change much of the interior. Waited 30+ minutes for a table, to be expected on a Saturday at 12:00n. Walking to table, carpets were sticky! Sandals literally stuck to carpeting. Waitstaff was prompt, brought water, took drink and food order. Food looked decent. The table ordered Pancake tacos, brisket bowl, Caesar salad with chicken. The problem is with the Caesar salad and what followed. The Caesar salad with chicken had a rancid smell when delivered to table. We immediately smelled the foul odor it and told waitress. Waitress took the salad back. The Manager came over and apologized. Said they had pulled all the chicken for day. Offered to make something else, ordered simple avocado toast. Never came! No customer service, waitress was not attentive after this happened. Had to track her down to get bill, pay and we couldn't wait to leave! Needless to say won't be going back. I love this location in Chandler. I live closer to the Ahwatukee location but prefer this location. The atmosphere is light, cozy, and fun. I love sitting at the bar when I go as the girls are so much fun. Was there today and have to say that Jordann is just AMAZING. She is always so attentive, always has a smile on her face, and is always on her game. It is just so refreshing to know there are still people out there who are so wonderful every time you see them. I really like the mix of food that they have to offer too, and have tried to order something different when I do go. I have always liked everything I've tried so far.
