Just returned from a vacation and had nothing in the house so out to breakfast we went. Upon entering, we were immediately warmly greeted, seated, and had a cup of coffee in front of us within seconds. I'm not sure if Kimberly is the manager or staff but she sure acts like an owner. Efficient, pleasant, warm and perfect service. It reminded me how nice it was to be back in the good ol' USA. She's awesome! The coffee was solid and it never got below half cup and yay - good water (yes other AZ restaurants, we can tell when you don't RO your water) Food was all very good and portions are large as I could not finish my Denver Omelet. Everything was VERY clean including hot sauce bottles and coffee condiments. My new favorite breakfast spot for sure and glad we gave them a try. read more

This is just a small little diner restaurant style. Service was good and staff were welcoming. I ordered the chicken fried steak and it was very good and gravy was perfect. We also got biscuits and gravy and my husband did a diy grilled cheese and added ham. Everything tasted great, portions could be much smaller to limit waste. Located right next to Gilbert 202 exit it's an easy access. We went here for breakfast on a Sunday morning and it was pretty occupied. The service is fast and we were seated immediately. We went with couple of orange juice and latte to start with. Latte cup is big and very filling, also a nice tasting coffee. For food we went with waffles and egg omlette with hash browns. The waffles were thin and crispy and not regular kind, tasted really good and loaded with butter. Hash browns that came with the omelette was a let down. Good American style breakfast diner spot for those who are hungry. Food was good, a little bland but they have hot sauces, salt & pepper, and other needed condiments on the table for you to season your food to your liking. Sometimes I prefer it this way instead of my food being too salty. Service was good. The manager was efficient, professional, and caring enough to come check on us while we waited for a table for five to be available. Our server was great too. He came by just enough times to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed without making us feel uncomfortable. The breakfast food our family ordered today may have been something we can all cook at home, but the atmosphere of dining out at breakfast diner while on vacation at reasonable prices was nice. This breakfast/lunch place is the perfect laid back break from life to grab some awesome comfort food. The server was genuinely nice and on point. I tried their Espresso Martini (if they have it I try it everywhere). The martini was excellent! My boyfriend had a latte which he also said was great. I had the Rueben and I have to say it was one of the best I've had in a while. The only complaint I would have was while the fries were great and seasoned well they were not that warm. I ordered the Corned Beef Hash with two eggs over medium and a biscuit. I wish and next time I know to ask for the hash to be cooked a bit more crispy than how it was served. It was good and I am not sure that it is house-made but still flavorful. The eggs were cooked perfectly and I also got some of the home fries, which were super good and seasoned well. Wife had the Aunt Linda and thank you to Gregory who warned her that the green chili (which is what she wanted) would be spicy and she said it was! But very good flavor, just hot!! 9/13/25: popped in this particular Saturday after some car shopping in the area. The entire visit was wonderful & I would highly recommend. Server? Maya was full of smiles & friendly the entire visit. She interacted with us regularly, and not just about the food & drinks. She told us about the dummy the different stores try to "steal" from each other, as well as the variations of stories people tell as to why their breakfast is served until the random 2:05 pm. Cocktails? Kudos to their bartender. We ordered the dirty chai white Russian & paloma. Both came out well chilled & tasted wonderful. The Russian's cinnamon happy face put big smiles on our faces. Food? Hot, hearty, and a lot of it. The big biscuits & gravy chuck style had great flavor and I thoroughly enjoyed the copper queen skillet; it had just the right amount of spices added. Ambiance? Active yet peaceful. We came out this way to have breakfast this morning on the recommendation at our hotel. Armando was our server. He was very friendly.. I ordered the Popeye, which is scrambled eggs with bacon, some spinach and vegetables, cream cheese. I wasn't sure how I feel about cream cheese, but it was pretty good. I could've had a little less cream cheese. Hash brown browns. They were good, but I'll try the cottage fries next time . My sour dough toast was excellent and the most beautifully presented toast I've ever had. Don ordered the buttermilk pancakes with scrambled eggs and patty sausage. The scrambled eggs were good and sausage. patties were good but had a kick to them. Buttermilk pancake was very good. They're so large that we asked them to bring us only one which we barely finished. Wish they had smaller plates for seniors. We may have to split for breakfast next time. I can tell they make their food from scratch, but what's on the plate is not anything exciting in my opinion (especially in comparison to other breakfast/brunch restaurants). The service was great, however. There were two servers (one was training) that helped us today and they both did an excellent job ensuring we were enjoying our meal. The Lavender Lemonade we ordered was way way way too sweet. At first, we could not taste the lavender whatsoever because of the amount of sugar in this drink. We weren't going to complain until the waitress was kind enough to ask us how we felt about the lavender, and when we mentioned our thoughts, she offered to add "more lavender" to the drink. Still too sweet, and very little hints of lavender. Bummer. We felt bad for the waitress since she was simply trying to make our experience more enjoyable, so we gave up on the beverage since it wasn't a big deal. Overall, service was great, food was okay. My visit here was very nice. The place was very clean. Has convenient parking and is in a great location. The menu has a wide variety of things for breakfast and also items for lunch. They make their biscuits from scratch and their sausage patties are made from scratch. Service was amazing. I have a young lady named Brooklyn and she was very nice and attentive. I only got a biscuit and sausage because I was working and by the time I looked up, I had to get going for a meeting, but I will definitely revisit this place next week to get the full impact of their food. A friend and I went out to breakfast today with plans of heading to downtown Gilbert. I had never heard of Bisbee Breakfast Club but as we were driving past, we decided to change gears and stop here. The atmosphere is bright, airy and very casual. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was brought to the table quickly, and it was tasty. Order the country fried steak breakfast came with 2 eggs and I opted for hasbrowns and biscuit. The steak was nicely fried, slightly on the hard crust side. Hubby and I had brunch here today. It's very newly opened where Matty G's was. We were seated right away. The place is very clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Hubby & I both got iced tea. Hubby got the wingdinger breakfast. I got the hash breakfast. Hubby said the hash browns on the bottom were crispy. He said it was bland. The spicy sausage gravy was not spicy at all. He said the only spice to it was the pepper he put on it. He was super irritated that we had 3 kinds of hot sauce on the table, sugar, salt & pepper, but you get ketchup in a small container, and they give you 2 small containers of jam for the toast. I got the hash with hash browns, over medium eggs, and sourdough toast. The hash was very bland. The eggs weren't over medium. The hash browns were crispy and good. The toast was good as well. All in all, there's no reason to go back. We will continue to go to our favorite place, Sunny's Breakfast and Lunch. read more

Our first time at this location. It was surprisingly not busy. Our group of 12 was sat right away. Our table was put together right at the front door with a couple high chairs. A very high traffic area. Our server got everyone drink order and delivered in a timely manner. Some to the right people, kids cups no straws, and a coffee place in front of the child in a high chair. Orders were taken and food arrived fast and hot. With just a few mistakes. Wrong biscuits and gravy we settled and just ate. Wanted it "Chuck style". Patty Melt ordered well done and delivered rare. Couldn't eat it way to much pink. After all the food was delivered we did bring both of these issues to the server's attention. We excepted that she didn't place our biscuits and gravy order correctly and she informed us that the patty melt would take a long time to fix like 10 minutes. We chose to not have it remade. Everyone was eating. A manager did come by to let us know they would take it off the bill. Food was fine. Service was lacking. Would not recommend nothing positive stood out. A couple tips for your next guest to insure a pleasant customer service experience. Server etiquette advises avoiding terms of endearment like "honey," "sweetie," or "darling" with customers. While sometimes rooted in regional warmth, these colloquialisms can be perceived as overly familiar, condescending, or unprofessional in a dining environment. Proper server etiquette centers on empathy, immediate ownership, and clear communication. A great server listens without getting defensive, apologizes for the inconvenience, and immediately brings the issue to the kitchen while expediting a fresh, corrected meal. read more

I spoke to the crew at this place and they are working on putting some art work on the walls. Am I going to bash this place because they ran out of Octoberfest beer? No, I'm going to pivot and ordered another beer. Their mimosas were very tasty. The food was very tasty and presented very well. The kitchen was slammed and I didn't mind waiting for good food. The huevos rancheros were delicious with a fried tortilla smothered with tasty beans, chili verde pork with chopped green chilies, two eggs over easy, red and green sauce and a generous portion of freshly, sliced avocado. The flavors worked together so well. The chili verde pork was a $5.99 add on and totally worth it. It was a nice twist on the classic rancheros. Our server was Kimberly and she was amazing with just the right amount of customer interaction and smiles and laughs that made Sunday brunch a delightful experience. The ambience was stark and that was the only temporary drawback. But they can fix that easily and as mentioned earlier in this review ; they are working on it. Management: lean into the Bisbee location and get some art on the walls with scenes of downtown Bisbee. Things like the Copper Queen Hotel or Mining Tour murals on the wall would be cool with vibrant colors that will remind you of when you went to Bisbee or make you want to go if you haven't been to Bisbee. I forgot to take pictures but wish I had. I ordered the wingdinger because I love skillets. It came out quickly and piping hot BUT... I wish I had taken a picture. It was the tiniest skillet I've ever seen. The pictures on here of it are at an angle and really misrepresent what it is. It was good, but the hash-browns were a thin layer... like as thin as a pancake... and that is generous. My husband ordered the chicken and waffles. It was two VERY THIN waffles. Like thinner than most pancakes. The chicken was 3 chicken fingers. It came with a little plastic dish with syrup. He asked for additional syrup-- it's a $1.75 charge. The dish was a little plastic thing like you'd get ketchup in at some restaurants. He said it was ok. He had coffee. I had soda. Our bill was $49.50 before the tip. Really steep for what we had. Our server was great. The place is barren of any decor and there is a strong echo because it's so empty. There were only 3 other tables of customers at 9:30 on a Monday morning.
