3/30/25: Short version - I do not like giving ratings below the 3-stars = okay, but as the 2-star rating = could've been better", it fits better than 3-stars. Food was all right, our young gentlemen server was friendly (did not get a name, not even on the receipt), but the noise level was too loud -- that alone will prevent me from coming back to Brunch Snob. Long version - B.S. is in a small strip mall, which means parking is not a problem. Arrived this particular Sunday around 8 a.m. and it was already pretty hopping. There's a small, shaded patio out front, probably seating for about a dozen or two dozen people. The interior had high top tables and I believe I saw a couple booths, but mostly seating was the high top chairs, and all the chairs had some engraved word on the back (gratitude, raunchy, foxy, sexy, etc). That was pretty cool; I was surprised to see the word "shit" on our server's work shirt, and burst out laughing while he was taking our order. He laughed along, stating it was his favorite shirt, he washes it every day so he can wear it all the time. LOL! I ordered the giant cinnamon roll, though I have never become a fan of the cream cheese frosting some restaurants use. First, it was definitely a gargantuan roll. Second, it was piping hot. Third, I do not believe it was cream cheese frosting. It was extremely granular in texture and after only a couple bites I stopped eating it. Shortly after that was delivered to our table, the food came out. In one respect, that is good, but being at a high top that fits eight, with a group of four seating beside us two, there was not a lot of room to fit the roll and & our breakfast plates. For the breakfast meal I ordered the Hillsbery Scramble (2 half biscuits / scrambled eggs / sausage gravy / 2 link sausages / hash browns). The biscuits are not your typical biscuits, in that they were not white & round as I was expecting. They were flat, square, and also grainy vs the typical fluffy biscuit (more cornmeal-ish texture than say KFC biscuits; that's the best way I can describe them). This breakfast was a meet-up with a friend I haven't seen in months. Trying to talk to her was a chore. It was so loud inside she kept having to lean over to hear me, and I kept having to talk louder. At 8:30 in the morning, I was hoping for a quiet, relaxing breakfast. I did not get one. The noise level made our visit a disappointment. If you want a breakfast bar vibe, B.S. is a place for you. Not for me. I won't go back. read more

This place is poppin!!! As soon as we got there it was jam packed and for good reason. Their food is simple but amazing, they have the bacon down. I got the pancake tacos and they give you two savory: one with bacon and one with sausage. The third is a sweet one with berries and powder sugar. The portions are on the bigger side. They were so good and I now crave them! The restaurant is on the smaller side so it was rather noise with all of the people, multiple TV's, and music playing. The only hiccup was that they had a long wait time but in the bright side they use Yelp to join the waitlist! Can't wait to go back! read more

Holy fricken wow! This is THE spot to check out when looking for an incredible brunch. I first noticed it via a reel and then asked a few friends and they said how amazing it was. The wait was long but I loveeeee that they offer an online waitlist making it so much easier to plan ahead and reduce waiting time at the restaurant. Once seated, service was speedy and great. Our drinks and food all came out quickly. As a group we ordered coffees - all delicious. Food wise, this is where this place gets the hype and massive kudos. I personally got the smoked brisket eggs Benedict and holy fricken wow. The brisket was amazing but all together? Just so much yes. My husband got the crazy clucker and you could tell it was all homemade in house. The fried chicken was a hearty portion of chicken (none of that skimpy kfc crap) and the entire combination of the "sandwich" was incredible. My mother in law got the sausage stack and I've never had such fluffy and delicious tasting pancakes in my life (I don't eat pancakes often but still). We're all extremely full and beyond happy. I cannot wait to return and bring other friends and family! It was noisy but it was prime brunch time and a weekend, so as to be expected. Clearly a sign people were happy and enjoying their time. I visited this place with my friend yesterday. I am gluten free and i was glad to find out they have gluten free bread. Although the venue did not offer a lot of alternative for GF crowd, the brunch bowl was delicious. As it is the case for many good breakfast locations, it was crowded but this is one of the rare breakfast places you can actually reserve your seat beforehand, through Yelp! Talk about a really cool menu! I love unconventional breakfast! I truly couldn't decide until I saw Smoked Spam Sliders. Yes, please. Two little pillows of biscuit with eggs stuffed with creamy Gouda and topped with Spam! Delicious. I was a little disappointed with the hash browns - when you shave the potatoes, they are not going to get crispy. I saved them by stealing my husband's gravy. He ordered the hamburger and eggs. He does love to customize - no seasoning on the meat, medium cook, extra-extra crispy potatoes and English Muffin, and gravy on the side. Now, I will say that he was a bit disappointed overall. The patties were thin, so automatically they will be well-cooked and dry. The potatoes weren't crispy. But here's the thing - Nick our server was awesome. He never flinched and was truly concerned about our meals - offering to replace anything that wasn't to our liking and checking back in often with us. That speaks volumes to me about this venue. First time at Brunch Snob. We arrived at 10:30 on a Sunday morning and it was a 25 min wait. They offered bar seating, inside and outside seating, so we took first-available non-bar, which ended up being inside. We were greeted within 5 mins and given menus to peruse. There were a lot of choices to make but we settled on the Chilaquiles and a Bloody Mary for my wife and the Southwest Benedict and iced tea for me. It was reasonably priced at $45.03 plus tip. Our meals arrived in about 12 mins. The chilaquiles dish was a bit small but had good chip to topping proportions. The scrambled eggs weren't as fluffy as desired but the sauce/salsa made up for that. The smoked pork was good as well. My Benedict, which came with crispy skillet potatoes, two poached eggs, hollandaise, chorizo, queso and sliced jalapeños, was very good. Once the eggs were broken, it was saucy enough to satisfy this guy. The only thing I would've changed on that dish were the jalapeño slices. While I like heat, the thick slices of raw chilies just didn't pair well. I would've preferred a chopped version or salsa instead. Overall, it was a good brunch. Unfortunately it was not nearly as good as I hoped. I ordered Chilaquiles and Coffee my wife ordered Cajun Shrimp & Grit Cake Benedict and we both had water. The water tasted clean and refreshing. My coffee came out warm I mentioned it to the waiter and he brought me another cup then made a point to say I see steam so it should be hot. The coffee was warmer, but still not hot I could've easily chugged it. My Chilaquiles was decently flavored, but it had some cold sections of the dish (Lame). My wife's dish was hot and no issues. My wife did not particularly like the grit cakes, but overall her dish was good. The water was ok, but left us with empty glasses halfway thru the meal. I would ordinarily give a place a second chance, but they had two chances at HOT coffee and a dish with cold spots is just NOT acceptable. read more

It was mother's day and we had wait listed for ac table of 8. We were seated about 90 min after arriving. There were many people waiting and the location is pretty small. But once we were seated, the service was prompt and the food came out just as ordered and hot. Perfect all around food dining experience. Oooooh wee!! Went here with a friend for her birthday and the food and service FAR exceeded expectations!! The blackberry seasonal drink *chefs kiss*!! We ordered the cinnamon roll, French toast style, Chilaquiles (substituted pork with the brisket), crazy clucker, and prickly punch. What a wonderful meal and time!! I'm sad I've been missing out for so long, but now I know (and will be back)!!! Service was phenomenal and the food came out quick--even though the place was packed.
