Came here craving Hawaiian pizza but was amazingly surprised that they have a variety of slice pizza options. They have vegetarian , meat of all type and ever Hawaiian pizza or artichoke pizza. I ordered The McLaren Hawaiian pizza Bruno's special The Bruno's pizza is like their version of combo pizza. Hawaiian pizza comes with Canadian bacon, pineapple and bell peppers The MacLaine- chicken and pesto All sounds amazing. They also offer specials of two slice of pizza with one topping and 1 can soda for $9.99. Otherwise nose slices of pizza are $5.99. Which is not bad. I wish more places offers promo deals. They offer salads, sandwich's and pasta. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The seating area is clean and has a large amount of space for seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Staff are really nice and helpful. Just be aware of you use cards it's a 3% surcharge which I believe it their way of charging the SF mandate health like most places. But not sure if the 3% applies if you pay cash. I moved to the Mission about a year ago, and have struggled to find a decent pizza place since moving here. A lot of places serve pizza that was undercooked or so saturated with oil and marinara that it was soggy and disgusting. Bruno's serve perfectly cooked pizza with lots of toppings, and for a good price in SF! The crust is delicious. I'm usually not a crust person and let my husband eat the crust when I'm done with my slice, but I ate it all from Bruno's! Not super proud to admit it, but we've ordered from Bruno's twice in the last week! We were craving their tasty pizza since it was so good the first time, and had to make sure it wasn't a fluke. The second order was just as good as the first! Not to mention, they're open LATE which is really convenient for those late night pizza needs! Will be ordering again and again! I am giving a 1 star review because of the chef, the old Hispanic guy with glasses and has a mustache.. boy.. he has the worst attitude ever and is rude af.. I'm a regular here but after this review I won't be anymore.. it's unfortunate.. I like supporting small businesses, but the chef ruined it... I always order some sort of pasta and get extra noodles.. when I come in and order that I pay for it and then he complains and gets hella mad at my order.. I don't know why but he does all the time.. he always gives me the death stare and then just gives me my food in the most rude way ever.. I asked for crushed peppers because they never give me any in the bag and it's just cheese, the chef then says "oh give me $2.." I'm thinking like you sound so stupid right now.. I will never come back to this establishment and I will tell my friends to not eat here either.. I wanted to give no stars.. but the food is sub par, so they get at least a 1 star rating. read more

Hey YELP Family another special place in San Francisco located in the "Portola"-"Silver Terrace" district. Simply called, Bruno's Pizza & Grill. The "A-Team" behind the counter are friendly people who serve up their Specialty Pizza's such as their classic "Hawaiian" Pizza a favorite of mine when I'm in the mood for something savory and sweet at the same time...in addition I like their Bruno's Combo Pizza and their delicious dessert selection of Tiramisu, Banana Pudding, and other tasty savory dishes like the Beef Ravioli in a Marinara Sauce or Fettuccini Alfredo w/Chicken were both tasty and filling. Usually when I consume pizza I leave a bit of crust on my plate and it goes into the compost but there's something about Bruno's pizza crust that makes me eat the entire slice of pizza crust included. Like I mentioned above the team behind the counter offer friendly service and are very quick in preparing my online order for pickup at the restaurant.
