Took my car back to the shop for spotty work and it was given back with a part missing. Replaced the part myself and have no interest in returning to the shop. I have exchanged emails with the shop about remedying the situation. They promised to reimburse the part but have not responded to my last few emails. I recommend taking photos of your car and engine before you take it in and then compare photos after services are performed. Original Review Phenomenal service. They're good people, and don't try to charge you for extraneous stuff or things without your consent. My trunk got jammed and wouldn't close, and Will got a screwdriver and hammer and fixed it on the spot. I've used them for other mechanical stuff and they fixed it perfectly. I highly recommend them. These guys are the real deal! The dreaded check engine light came on in my 06 Scion xB plus I had an electrical problem that prevented my headlamps from turning on. I had already replaced the bulbs and checked the fuses so felt pretty confident it was the multi-switch malfunctioning. I dropped the car off Tuesday afternoon and Will called me Wednesday morning to inform me the engine light was on because the Catalytic Converter needed replacing. I agreed to the quote to replace it and he said they were still working to diag the electrical issue and would follow up once they figured it out. During this time I called Auto Nation Toyota and Charles Maund Toyota to get a price quote on the Catalytic Converter. Both dealerships told me I had to purchase the entire system, and the quotes were $1,558.63 & $1,388.64 respectively. That's just for the parts! Will called me back and confirmed it was the multi-switch causing the headlamp issue. He set my expectations that the switch would arrive in the late afternoon and they should have my car ready the following day, Thursday. He called me Thursday afternoon to inform me that they had gone through 2 aftermarket multi-switches and were unable to fix the headlamp issue. He said they ordered an OEM switch from Toyota and were just waiting for it to arrive. I'm sure the OEM switch costs more but they didn't adjust the quote. I picked my xB up on Friday and so far everything is running great. They replaced the Catalytic Converter, Multi-Switch, and knocked out a full synthetic oil change for about half the cost of Auto Nation's price of the Cat. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I found a shop that I can trust. They are honest, fair and communicate well. These guys made a fan and loyal customer out of me. These guys are really honest and reliable. Half months ago, Audi dealer told me my car engine was leaking oil and will charge me over 1.5k to repair. I went to Buddha's Garage, the mechanician checked engineer and told me no issues at all. And I was be guided to check by myself with some tools to see all angles of engine which made me felt relieved. It's all free. They have always done good work, and my aging VW Tiguan needed plenty of it! Twice they have volunteered that the failure was in an area they had worked on before and fixed the problem under warranty. Honest to a fault! They have bent over backwards to help me solve hard-to-diagnose problems. If I had a criticism, it's that they are sometimes a bit slow to get my car looked at. I also mentioned that my tires might need some air and that after bringing my car to a different car shop to have brake pads replaced, I had been experiencing a loud squeaking sound for 200+ miles. I was told by a dealership that I needed a new radiator and wanted to charge me $1000. Buddha gave me quote of half that. Then they ran diagnostics on the car and said there was no crack or leak in the radiator and that I didn't need the repair at all.
