Their only solution was to put a thin paper mat on my floor, even though it's snowing and the roads are full of slush and salt. A paper mat does nothing to protect my carpet, and now I'm forced to drive with my interior at risk for staining, moisture damage, and excessive dirt. They apologized but still charged full price and offered no real resolution -- just a comment that the other customer "comes weekly," which doesn't help me at all today. Mistakes happen, but responsible businesses offer actual solutions. A temporary rubber mat, a replacement, or reimbursement would have been reasonable. Instead, I left with my car unprotected. Very disappointing experience.

Not only are they very good at their job they are also environmentally conscious. These guys are hard working and very sweet. They always do a great job every time. The location is right off of the main road easy entry and they have 2 lanes for easier access. They truly care. I can't stand the blue fragrance, and they remember that. It's the little things that matter the most. They have all kinds of better smelling scents to hide in your car to make it sooo great. They also have a monthly plan which is a lot cheaper than going once a week each month. I would definitely recommend this place for you and your cars. Not Responsible - Poor Service and No Follow-Up…read more I am very disappointed with my experience and feel the need to warn others. It has been over a week since my car was damaged during service, and I have not received a single follow-up call. During the wash, one of their cloth strips caught on my car's light cover and pulled it loose, leaving it unsecured. This was clearly caused by their equipment. At the time, I was given a written note acknowledging the incident, so I expected them to take responsibility and follow up. However, I have called multiple times and every call goes straight to strange voicemail. No one answers, and no one returns messages. I even went back in person again and gave the note to an employee, who said they would pass it to the owner or manager. Still, no response at all after a week. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. If damage happens during service, the business should take responsibility and work toward a resolution. Ignoring the customer is not the right way to handle it.
