There is no possible way that these wings were cooked fresh. Tasted like they had been cooked the day before and then over fried. They were like chicken jerky and $30 for 12 wings. RUDEST SERVICE EVER! We sat down for a table and they rearranged our seating because we "blocked an entryway" at the table they sat us at. We let this go, but then when we ordered a drink they took our IDs back to the manager to check the validity. After informing them that we no longer want to eat there and trying to call an Uber and make arrangements to leave we were told that our table had been "given away" and we needed to "leave the premises". We were SOOOO disappointed in the french onion dip - it was $7 and it was probably the smallest little cup of dip I've ever seen (not including the 2 oz portion cups). No real flavor and it came with a little box of ripple-chip shards. VERY much not going to order again. Not even sure where the 'bison' part comes in on the name of this dip! The pizza on the other hand was EPIC. We ordered the supreme with 1/2 olives and extra cheese. It was amazing- just foldable enough to be NY style, tons of toppings (that tasted fresh and had crunch to the veggies) and we will definitely order again. Nothing ruins super bowl Sunday more than a messed up order. Obviously this place was busy, but after standing in line for 30 minutes, we were told to go to another line - where we waited ANOTHER half hour. Buffalo bros is not the place you want to go to for flavorful wings unless you get the suicide wings. They are the hottest they offer and if your lips touch the sauce while you're eating, (almost impossible to avoid) then your lips will be stinging for 30 minutes. It may not sound like fun, but if you like spicy food, it is awesome. I personally think the suicide wings are worth trying, even if you just get one out of your 10 wings. I love the kick and it makes eating the wings more fun. Buffalo style wings are okay, but nothing that makes me think better than average. As for the rest of the wing flavors, I think they are boring/bad. The bbq is boring, the plain is not even seasoned with salt or pepper, and the garlic parmesan is the worst flavor I've ever had. The garlic was missing and the parmesan was flavorless. The best time to go to buffalo bros is when it's busy. For whatever reason, you get WAY quicker and friendlier service when it's packed versus being half full. On our most recent visit when it was half full, servers were texting and chatting to each other. We waited 15 minutes just for a server to come to our table. read more

It was Football Sunday and we decided to meet at Buffalo Bros to watch the games. If you are not yet aware, the owners of this place bring authentic Buffalo NY cuisine to the heart of Fort Worth. This includes menu staples such as Buffalo Wings and Sahlen Hot Dogs. Now where else can you find that around TCU? With regards to food, I ordered the wings of course! I got the traditional bone-in wings with the spicy Buffalo sauce, and chose a salad for the side. The food came quickly and the wings did not disappoint. I still have yet to visit Buffalo to compare, but these were good wings. With regards to watching football, this place is great as it has several TVs scattered around the walls showing the different games. Given that this is "Buffalo" Bros, the Buffalo Bills game was the main game that had the audio commentary once it started. If you are a Bills fan, I highly recommend this place for the atmosphere and the strobe lights that go off after every Bills touchdown (Let's go Tyrod Taylor!). We ordered drinks which took a while to be brought to us, but it was understandable given how busy they were. Our food arrived quickly once ordered.
