Sunday night football. Arrived at 6 for a 6:20 start has to go find a server at 6:20 after sitting for 20 minutes ordered wings immediately and two drinks. Drinks took 30 minutes and were not even what was ordered. Went to bar which admitted they weren't right. Twenty minutes to fix. At 7:15pm got the wings. They were ice cold. Inedible sent back made kids who were with us and starving eat cold ones while we waits for new ones. 24 minutes later received our wings. We ordered dinner when our wings came at 7:15 it is now 7:45 our kids still don't have their chicken tenders or burgers. They know they are a sports bar and they are not staffed? Don't have good staff? What is it. If I could give a negative stars I would. I receive restaurants and consider my self very fair and give many good reviews. Unfortunately if this was a one time event i would be less critical. This is not new and I am very disappointed. Received meal at 8:20. Kids meal was missing fruit for my daughter. My burger which i requested with a gluten free bun was delivered with a gluten bun which he then Informs me they don't have(asked him before i ordered I have celiacs). We asked for ranch for or fries and water refills. Received neither. Received the bill nothing taken off. I went to the manager manager said she would get with our server. She never did. He was by us the whole next 20 minutes. She offered me $25 off $100 meal that nothing was right at any point. Her response was the kitchen was not operating up to expectations. Worst service ever. My husband went in with his friends the other night and it took two hours to get their food. They had to continually ask the waitress to check on their food. Once the wings finally came out everyone had to wrap up their food and take it home to go since they had been there 3 hours already, a manager was requested and they were denied to get to speak with him. One of our friends had paid with cash and instead of bringing back the $7 in change that was owed the waitress decided to keep it for herself since they were not "giving out change" that night. When the manger was requested once again and suddenly the waitress was able to find the $7 in change that was owed? To make matters worse my husband tipped $3 on his card since he figured that this was the chefs fault and not the waitresses for the wait time of the food only to see on our bank statement she helped her self to a bigger tip than what was given. The title of this review is No Wings. Sorry Buffalo Wild Wings, I have been to locations all across the country and keep coming back but the Cottonwood location makes me question that support. I have never gotten great service or great food at this location but it has never been bad enough (or good enough) to review but tonight forced me into this. I understand being busy but tonight, after waiting a long time for help, were told that they were out of wings. Really no kidding. They had no more original wings. This place was less than favorable. I've been to a handful of BDubs in three different states and I'm sad that my own home had the worst one. Our waitress was tentative until she had a "family emergency" which, totally understandable. But we were there to have drinks and food and watch the football game. She didn't ask if there was anything else we wanted to order she said she had to leave and asked us if any of the tickets were to be separate. Then she cashed us out as we still sat at our table and said someone else was going to check up on us. We still wanted to order food. Got to BWW at 10pm for the "late night happy hour" after a night of shopping... put in our order as soon as we sat down and with a completely empty restaurant, didn't get our food until 10:47pm. The manager came to our table at 11pm not to ask us how everything was but to tell us "we are closed, so if you could hurry....take your time but try to hurry". Great food. The service sucked. It took about 40 minutes to get our wings. All we ordered was wings- you basically have to brush the sauce on. Anyway, we didn't get napkins when our wings came out. We had to go to the bar and get them. Then I finished my drink and our server was nowhere in sight. I waited for 15 minutes before I got up myself and got my own refill. This particular BWW has always had really good customer service & I've almost always got a good server. Even when they're really busy it's always been a good time. I come here quite often so it must be good! I absolutely love their margaritas & spinach artichoke dip! That's really all I ever get, their wings are pretty good nothing too special along with their other foods I mostly come for the drinks and the spinach dip. I'm not really a fan of anything else. But I'd still recommend it for snacks & drinks. read more

This BW3 is like most I've been too around the country; decent food, lots of tables, lots of TVs, young waitresses and open seating in the large bar area. To sit at the dining area, your name goes on a long list during sporting events, so I'd suggest getting there early or watching the bar area for a table to open up. Why I like BW3? They play all the sports games if you your team isn't nationally televised or you don't have NFL Ticket, NBA League Pass, etc. You are sure to see your team play and have fans at the next table. The energy during games is fun, making for a great place to hang out, have a beer, chomp on some boneless wings and cheer on your favorite team. da Bears! Don't expect a quiet, calm dining experience. You won't find that here. read more

You can go to the Bistro in Corrales and get at least a 1/2 pound chile cheeseburger, medium rare with hand cut fries and almost half that price! AND it isn't covered with Buffalo Wild Wings Salt. I walked in to an almost empty restraunt and had to wait 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge that I was standing there.. They had plenty of seating and was told that they had a waiting list of 30-45 minutes. The parking lot had about 10 vehicles which half were probably employees vehicles. This was literally the worst dining experience i have had in a while. We got to the restaurant an hour and a half before closing and were told a 20 minute wait for 6 people. But then the manager was telling us they could no longer seat us even though people were walking in to be sat. Had a word with the manager and had a table ready within a minute. While walking in heard 2 waitresses and a waited complaining that they had us come in so late. It was very rude if they didn't have time for a bigger party why tell us we could be sat when we arrived. Also the food was subpar and cold. Will not be returning in the future. read more

So just like the review I did yesterday for popeyes. this happened about a week ago as well and I didn't want to rage yelp. It was the day before the popeyes review, we used Door Dash this time as well. To be clear this time as well this is not geared towards Door Dash I don't really blame them. We had gotten our food that night and when we went to go serve everything my wife's food was missing, mind you I mean her whole meal. So we call the Door Dash driver and let her know what happened and ask her if she could please go back and get the food. She seemed reluctant but by the end she said she would. This part was the drivers fault because she lied and never ended up going back to get anything. We didn't know till about an hour after waiting which was when we gave up and said okay and called her back. It said that the number was disconnected. So the only other choice was to call buffalo wild wings. From the very moment they answered the phone they took a rude tone with me. I explained the situation and they said there was nothing they could do, they could give a credit or I could "come get it myself" as he put it. so after getting off the phone there was only one logical course of action, the food was expensive and my wife was hungry (as was I because like anyone with manners I let my food get cold because I didn't eat without my wife). So I arrive at buffalo wild wings and go inside. There is a few others in there with me and one of the employees running around in a leather jacket helping the people who were there. She never introduced her self or said she would be with me in a moment just kept running back and forth with the other people. She then finally looks at me and says "We can only have one person in here at a time you need to get out". I was pissed about this but I walked out and thought maybe her manager would be more helpful and explain why his associate was so rude. After waiting for some time she comes out and finally ask me what I need and I said I want to speak to your manager. She closes the door and walks back inside, so I wait a bit longer and he finally comes out. This would be great if he actually knew how to be a manager. Instead he comes out says whats the name on the order, I tell him and he closes the door and back inside he goes. He doesn't bother to ask why I asked for him or what the problem is, literally just does the same basic half wit job his associate could have done. After a while more of waiting he comes back out with the missing food from the ticket. I at this point am very angry but I hold it in and just ask is it at least made the exact way in the ticket (because if not and they had not made it properly I would be coming back again and far more upset). he rudely asked me for my receipt and says yup thats it, then right away looks at the next person and says whats the name on your order. This place received 2 stars from me because at least their service was not as bad before when dining in, but I would never accept food from them without checking it first. read more

1st time at this BWW. Greeted & we were seayed at a table that had just been wiped down. It was still wet. We ordered jalapeño poppers (which is filled with cheddar cheese, instead of cream cheese). I've probably been to at least a dozen different Buffalo Wild Wing restaurants and almost all of them have you wait up front until a waiter/waitress helps seat you. And that's great. This location however has a, "seat yourself" policy. Which in thought is fine. But this location should not be allowed to have this policy in place as time and time again during our visits we end up waiting 10 or more minutes before someone finally stops by and asks what we'd like to drink and gives us a menu. The service consistently lacks the ability to enforce the seat yourself policy. Our most recent visit today, with our 6 month old daughter just pushed the needle to far in the red however. After entering the restaurant we were told to seat ourselves. It was busy, but not over the top busy, maybe a little more than half the tables were filled. So we picked a table and sat down. And that's when the waiting began. Keep in mind we have a tiny daughter in our hands/lap the entire time. 5 minutes go by and it's an minimum annoying we dont have a high chair at this point to at least put our child in. I would have preferred someone at least took my drink order at this point but I give them the benefit of the doubt and think, "maybe they're understaffed". 10 minutes, no help, no high chair, no drinks. 15 minutes, tons of staff have walked right by us and passed us over. Still no help. We ended up having to get up and leave without food or drink. This location is a stain on BWW's image. read more
