I took care of the issue through DoorDash, but sometimes I don't trust that they actually follow up with the store when there are issues. I don't even know where to begin. This tragedy happened a couple of days ago. I was enjoying my wonderful dinner with my family which happened to be Buffalo Wild Wings. While an under utilized location, a recent snafu in my order proved it a solid choice for dinner. After picking up a to-go order, I noticed a side sauce + 6 traditional wings missing upon arriving home. After a phone call I was encouraged to come back, but living 15+ minutes from this location and dreading the 30 minute round trip return, I complained. Assistant General Manager Marty Rovner not only listened, but compensated their error. After explaining my experience he gladly offered $15 in BWW coupons which arrived three days later via mail. They've been suffering from substandard management for about a year now. I really looked forward to coming here on UFC Fight Nights, but the manager--at least from her officious and borderline bullying/frantic attitude, seemed like someone who was floundering in a position of power--was attempting to keep the restaurant at something like half-capacity because they're "having staffing issues." I feel like she ought to have let her servers have a say, because they recognize me and I'm a pretty generous tipper. She also would not allow us to sit at any of the MANY open seats in the bar. It wasn't personal, either. She was literally making people wait 45 minutes to an hour AT 9:30PM for a table. No thanks. Until the leadership there has been changed, I don't need to spend hundreds of bucks a month here. And they might not miss my business, but their servers' tips will, since this is situated in an area notorious for its poor tipping (according to friends who are servers near this geographic location). I hope they figure out a way to let me know when they revamp their leadership, because I can see this store being forced to merge its operation with Geneva, which also seems to be struggling. read more

I'll be honest I've had a few less than desirable experiences at this location, but bc of the way the manager took care of my most recent issue & with my experience today I'm comfortable giving them a 4 star rating. The service we received from Justin was exceptional, he mentioned that he was new but you could tell he was really putting his all into it. He was friendly, thorough and attentive. Oh and patient! It's a spectacular place to go watch a game with friends, not so much if you've got some quality time in mind. It is literally impossible to talk to people in this place, unless you somehow find a table in a corner I didn't know exists. My mom was sitting right across from me when we went to B-dubbs last night and she couldn't undersatnd a word I was saying. As far as the individuality of this restaurant, It's a much more square design than the one in the Geneva Commons and in Moline, IL that i've also visited. If you're new to the chain and don't know what sauce you want, they're real good about letting you mix and match. You could probably get a different sauce for each wing. As far as apetizers go, if you're up for something new and different you should try their fried pickles. I've had them at a number of steakhouses in the area and B-dubbs has the best. You can actually taste the pickle and it's not like a weird green french fry. They've also got really good daquaris etc... and beer. This restaurant in particular has a TV where you can see the people who have successfully finished the Blazin' wing challenge. Just in case the one billion other TV's aren't enough for you.
