Just picked up a buffalo chicken wrap on my way through town. (I don't live around this location) My wrap literally had not 1 piece of chicken in it, just lettuce, tomato, cheese and sauce. My side was also wrong. (I ordered fries and got stale chips.) When I called the manager, he told me there was nothing he could do unless I drove back to the store, but it had to be within 24 hours. A little league team filling half the bar area. We sat in the bar, and the a whole little league team or two were sat next to us for a post game meet I believe. I found it odd that they would be sat in the bar, and not the dining room. There was a whole dining room avalible. We asked to be moved to the do in room since I was out for lunch to be away from my own kids and didn't really want to sit in the middle of 30 14 year olds. There was confusion as to who would serve is or where to seat us since we had placed drink orders hut not food yet. I feel like no one was really taking care us us, everything took twice as long as it should have like the server was forgetting to come to the table. We ended up waiting for drunk refills and eating with a missing g sauce since the server failed to come back until 15 min after out food was delivered. The manager offered me a credit on our next bill and assured me that he had spoke to the staff. But this restaurant is almost directly in between my sister and I which I why we chose it. So I doubt I will make it back down there in the time frame to use said credit and even if I did I would be driving past many restaurants where I am almost sure I would get better service.. read more

It's always good to get good service n good food and the food was great. Got the sampler as an appetizer and there was plenty there that by the time we received our food we were stuffed lol. Worst service ever. As a former service industry employee, I try to overlook things, but this was ridiculous. In a nutshell, we waited wayyyyy too long for our food. The server never came to refill drinks or update us on her mistake. Food came out an hour later but it was the wrong order. Server hid in the kitchen the whole time. We sat for 15 more minutes with empty drinks. When food did come,(brought by apologetic manager) it was cold and nasty as if it was sitting there for an hour. Server still didn't ask about drinks or what she could do to help as things were still missing from our order. She may have tried to apologize but it was prefaced with some nonsense about one of our orders being the reason our food was late. I just went here for the first time with a large group of friends. Even though the place was busy the waitress made sure we weren't waiting around for things. Despite the volume of customers our food arrived quickly and accurately. Drinks were never left unfilled, as the waitress was quick to clear the empties and ask if we needed anything else. I didn't try any wings, which is probably a crime at a place with wings in their name, but my sandwich was tasty. The food was warm, the beer was cold, and the soda was fresh, all just like they should be. Sports were playing on all the big screen TV's positioned around the room, which I'm told is the theme of BW3. It seemed that everyone in our party was able to see any event they wanted to without having to turn around to see it over their shoulder. I did deduct one star because it was really loud. I'm not sure what they can do to deaden the ambient noise but it I couldn't hear people at the other end of the table over the music and other guests. Bdubs is always a classic to go to. The food is pretty average and the staff is friendly. There wings don't compare to some other places, such as Quaker Steak. They have way too much breading and not enough chicken. It is tasty and they have a great array of sauces to choose from. It's a place I would recommend and go to once again. read more

I've eaten here twice in my life and both times the service was excellent, the staff were friendly and the food was fresh and delicious. I went for the traditional wing special on Tuesday and got 20 wings for the price that 10 would normally cost and the quality was still excellent. The loaded potato wedges were flavorful and covered in cheese and bacon. My mom loves the soft pretzel appetizer and she commented they were the best soft pretzels she's eaten. I went back a second time for the boneless Thursday special and I got traditional wings once again but my mom got boneless wings in medium sauce and they looked great. Crispy yet saucy, just how boneless wings should be. This is one of my favorite places to eat when on a low carb diet due to there being so many varieties of low carb sauces for the traditional wings. read more

We sit in boots then ordered our food and my daughter feet was not reaching the ground. while she was playing with crayon her feet time to time hitting the wooden box at the bottom of the sitting place unintentional. People right behind us asked us to stop that and we took my daughter feet to sitting boot but then servant then manager start coming every 2 min to say same thing. When we got there, it was obvious most of the workers were ready to seat us or at least take our order. The hostess gladly accepted us and was preparing the menus to seat us when a taller gentlemen in a blue shirt came rushing out of the kitchen to stop the hostess from seating us. The hostess was confused at first, and more waiters crowded around obviously looking towards this gentlemen who stopped us. He said they close the restaurant 20 minutes before they actually close the restaurant which is obviously false. Nice place, good choices and the food is consistent. Music can be a bit loud sometimes. And the place is loud during sporting events (UFC, NFL, MLB, etc.). My family and I ordered a late dinner from this establishment through DoorDash. Most of the food was eatable, but my kids cheeseburger was torched to a crisp. While I understand that this establishment caters to sports fans, having the tv's so loud that you can't hear the person across from you in the booth talk is too much while you're in the dining room. I ordered the chicken street tacos, and I was disappointed in what I was brought. My tacos were drowned in the spicy ranch dressing , I didn't see a sprig of cilantro, the Pico de Gaillo was missing and my food was too spicy. The waitress asked if I liked my food and I said I didn't and she asked if I wanted to exchange it for something else. I selected the chicken quesadilla, which was actually pretty good, but when we got the bill both of the items were on it! To top it all off, she never came by with refills for our water and she clearly knew that I thought the tacos were extremely spicy.
