It's going down, I'm yelling timber! They had 1 waitress trying to take care of the entire restaurant, we saw 6 different tables just get up and leave, stop using COVID as an excuse and make it happen. We got there around 8 to watch NBA All Star game very nice hostess sat us - Almost empty. It was all downhill from there. Worst server I have ever encountered, she may have been high? I don't know. I do know she never approached our table, she just would peek her head around the corner or walk by and not completely stop when she took orders. It was weird. The wings were ok. No plates or napkins or silverware brought over. Totally felt like we were bothering her. Strange atmosphere- bad vibes. Not going back anytime soon. read more

My friend needed a quick bite and I was craving a beer, didn't expect to stay long, but the warm reception and pleasant banter with John had us both getting entrees, my friend signing up for the rewards program and me learning that I love cheese curds with garlic parmesan more than anything with a cold brew. May let him talk me into signing up next time. We both felt like John was an old college buddy, and the food exceeded expectations. Sat at a high top table & ordered Nashville Hot chicken sandwich with onion rings along with Buffalo Ranch Chicken wrap with fries. Waited almost 39 minutes & still no food. The kitchen forgot to do the Nashville Hot chicken sandwich. When the food finally arrived at our table, the onion rings were cold. Used the restroom & there was no paper towels to dry my hands after I washed them. I found out that they were out of paper towels since the afternoon. This was at 7PM on a Saturday evening. My Fantasy league met here to conduct our Draft Friday evening. We met around 4/4:30 & the restaurant was practically empty except for the 12 of us at our table. Our waitress was MIA for most of the evening which sucked because many of us wanted to order food & drinks off the Happy Hour menu but were literally just sitting waiting around. I ordered the $5 Bud Light Pitcher (about 2 1/2 beers), street tacos (no pico) & mozzarella sticks off the happy hour menu. The chicken inside of the street tacos was overcooked. So were the tortilla shells. The seasoning and sauce on the tacos made them slightly edible. I have no complaints about the mozzarella sticks other than they could have been hotter, or maybe mine just got cold really fast. Our waitress did come back around five minutes prior to happy hour ending to take orders again which helped catch anyone that was missed. I would patronize this establishment for bar drinks and sporting events but I'm over the food. read more

When you enter the place you think of a really cool sports bar. Everything is really clean modern and there are TVs everywhere. Once you order the food and you get really disappointed when you see did you pay for some french fries 4.50$ extra. We ordered boneless wings and regular wings. Both taste horrible. You couldn't taste the chicken anymore the sauces were so extreme and not tasty. You can save a lot of money and get better wings everywhere else. read more

this location never disappoints with a bad experience. They are open late, which most places in this area aren't, so that's one thing I appreciate. I made eye contact with four young ladies before finally being seated... by the manager. Very poor service from the second I walked into the store. I watched the manager ask his waitress to clean a table, after she did not listen.. he had no choice.. so he happily cleaned our table for us. That was the only good thing about our service here today. Our waitress wasn't pleasant and seemed very annoyed by her job. The food was warm and our main course came before our appetizers so that leads me to believe they gave us others food.. which then means it wasn't made to order. Very upsetting all together. Took 15 minutes to get a waitress. Ordered two appetizers. One came then another 10 minutes later. Asked for a refill and waitress said "yeah yeah" Refill never came. Had to ask someone else to get it. Then 30 minutes later we order 10 wings and a brisket sandwich. I ask for just the meat and bun. Waitress replied "be aware the kitchen is running behind still from lunch" (let me tell you it was 5:45pm and almost halftime in the football game !!! WHAT ????!!!!!! Brisket sandwich came out first. Not together with the wings. Brisket sandwich had everything in it that I asked not for. Took it back and then wings came out. Waited 10 minutes more for the brisket sandwich. Finally came I think with the same fries as before because we were cold and not many either. After all this I ask for the bill. It is 49.91 I give the girl $100 and she returns me $48 with 8 one dollar bills in there for the tip she is definitely not getting. I would not recommend this place even though BWW has been one of my favorites for years. This boynton beach store is lacking everything. It's dirty. Slow. And horrible customer service. New location but under terrible management. I am a fan of the BWW franchise, but I've been to much better locations. The building is huge and new, with plenty of seating and televisions for your sports fix. You also get a tablet for the table, which kids can play games or adults can play each other at trivia or poker. My party and I shared the mini corn dog appetizers and traditional wings. Corn dogs are great, and they come with a honey mustard dipping sauce. The wings are dressed with a lot of sauce, which I appreciate. They tend to be over cooked, so be sure to tell your server how you want your order prepared. While I did not have a bad experience, The service could have been better. I think it comes to inadequate training of the staff. I visited during a slower night where the restaurant was not very packed. Our server was not very attentive and I had to tell her EVERYTHING that our table needed: silverware, napkins, plates to eat on. I can't imagine how service would be during busy hours, but management should step their game up. read more

He said good cause they got their act together now. He was right. The server we had was on point big time. They have weeded out the bad ones, as far as we could see. The food was awsome. Depending who's behind the bar brace yourself. In terms of good never a negative. Service, some are OUTSTANDING and some are the weakest links. We had the shrimp appetizers and 17 boneless wings with a side of blazin hot sauce . We also washed it all down with a $10 pitcher of Mich ultra . I did not receive my order until 8:30 P.M. Several people were waiting for their food for hours. I understand mistakes happen, but you would think they would apologize or at least check on your order when it's almost an hour past the scheduled pick up time.
