Just moved here. First time I ordered by phone. There was no one around but one bartender. It took forever to get someone to attend to me . I brushed it off. Second time I ordered from Postmates. That took forever as they told the driver they didn't have the order. Third time I ordered no veggies or ranch in my order and cold cold onion rings. Absolutely terrible customer service. Went to eat here for dinner, stood in the front area where they take your party number/greet etc. and nobody is around. Still there with zero acknowledgement; no communication of any kind (verbal, eye, head nod). My husband walks all the way to the back of the restaurant to be told only the bar is open but short staff, which I guess would explain all the grimaces on the workers faces. I could deal with short staffed, or only the bar being open, sure it's a bit inconvenient, but the blatant ignoring of our arrival was what topped it off for writing this review. My husband took the all of 1 min to use their own clipboard paper at the front to write they are short staffed and sorry for the inconvenience. Came to see the baseball game with my whole family. There was a table we were seated at by the host but there were plates there a party had just left. She told us to have a seat the server would clean it. Great waited 20 min no server came. Finally I was able to get the attention of one. She told me to go back to the front and wait for the hostess to seat us and I let her know that she did she refused to clean the table or take or drink order. Now it's been 40 min of just staring at people. They were not packed they had more then enough workers im so disappointed with the service here! Never again. I remember when going to a B dubs was such a fun time. This was the opposite from the start. Another guest and I waited 10 minutes at the host stand for anyone to show up meanwhile employees who were on their break were sleeping, eating, and on their phones in the front area like they were at home. The front room is like an open storage room meets frat house with dirty carpet. Actually the whole restaurant looks like a frat house. Old and dirty. When we finally got seated they had to clean off the booths but there was not even a crowd. The booth seat was torn, the wall pick marked and peeling and the booth back was so loose that we basically were playing teeter totter with the couple behind us la night. Didn't see a server for 20 minutes but still got an order in for happy hour. Water didn't come for 10 more minutes, Food didn't come for 30. Got charged full price any way. And... got food poisoning. This week we decided to compare wings from three local restaurants (Wild Buffalo Wings, Inferno Eats and Fire Wings). Although I understand that most enjoy the sports bar atmosphere of Wild Wings, due to the CoVid restrictions this review is strictly based on flavor of the meal. Meh is the best way to describe the wings here. Not great yet not terrible either. Just something to fill the belly not enjoy. Our order was cold when picked up (who enjoys limp cold fries) and the sauces were minuscule. One bright point, their traditional buffalo wings were okay but also lacking in sauce. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! me and my family were utterly dissatisfied with our visit here... as soon as you step through the door, there was nobody to greet us at the front and lead us to our table. After a while of waiting, one of the employees brought us to our table, and the only available seating was in the "bar area" with little to no space. Once seated, the wait for somebody to take our order was about 25 minutes, this was completely unbelievable because there was almost nobody there at the restaurant to begin with. Once we placed our order we had to wait another 50 minutes for some wings and a burger. As soon as the food arrived, the chicken wings were cold, and had an enormous amount of sauce on them and the burger had too much grease and overall, the entire meal was horrible. Worst experience ever! I liked to go here; decent food, good drinks, nothing special. Not tonight! Came in about 5:15 and waited at the check in area for a good 10 minutes and finally walked to the bar to ask about seating at a table. We had three kids with us and didn't want to sit at a high top. After waiting at the bar a couple of minutes, I had to walk around where one of the bartenders were to ask for a table. They said they aren't seating people because there are no servers, but we could sit in the bar. So we did. Waited forever to be helped. Ordered a round of drinks and some appetizers. The apps came out pretty fast but the drinks took awhile. Then we waited forever to order food. Meanwhile our drinks were all empty, including the lemonades the kids got. I ordered another. As we were finishing, I ordered another drink... then nothing. We sat for at least 20 minutes waiting for more drinks and even the check, and all of this as three staff were behind the bar just chatting. Our one waitress was tired and felt very inconvenienced but us being there. This was supposed to be a fun birthday dinner of wings and drinks, but it was horrible. NEVER AGAIN! read more

This place needs new management. The servers were very polite and apologetic and the food was tasty as expected but the overall cleanliness and hostess service was not only lacking but non-existent. Everyone was waiting at least 10mins to be seated and only when they came to the bar to ask about (we were one of them). Right now there are 20 people waiting to be seated with absolutely no server. The only reason we got a table was because the bartender and other servers tag-teamed to get some tables cleared for us to sit down. I drove to downtown Brea to the Eddie Bauer Outlet only to find it had closed down. Looking around, the area had lots of empty storefronts but a few restaurants are still standing. Frustrated and not wanting to have driven all that way for nothing, I decided to go across the street for a snack at Buffalo Wild Wings. I like Buffalo Wild Wings. Good wings and a good selection of sauces. This location was very cool in that it had a second floor which is an outdoor covered patio. A perfect spot to relax, eat, and have a drink (although I opted not to have a beer today). Unfortunately my experience here was less than stellar due to sucky service. Once seated it took ten minutes to have my order taken and then nearly 40 minutes for my six wings to be brought to my table. It wasn't that busy - does it really take that long to do six wings??? I was never offered a refill on my iced tea and my waitress disappeared after my food was finally delivered so I couldn't even ask for one. I eventually asked another waitress to bring my bill which she was kind enough to do. I think I just got stuck with a waitress who was a nice person but sucked at her job. Where do I start it's Father's Day it's a tradition for my family to come to the Brea car show followed by buffaloes. The table that I was given was open for well over an hour we waited an hour and 30 minutes with a total of 25 people in the store ridiculous!!!!! I'm a local business owner who is frequently at this establishment with clients, vendors & family!!! Never really paid attention to the yelp reviews but today I understand why this store is a 2.5 star !!!honestly should be a 0 Managers do not provide decent customer service ! Assistant manager does not comment with each other !!! I had a party of 9 was first up but yet 12 other people were seated before us !!!management does not communicate as well with employees and lower management as being under staffed!! Regardless this is not my issue, but may consider new spot down the street YARD HOUSE!!! The manager Ryan is the worse manager I have ever met. I am not one to complain but to have just 1 waiter take care of 10 tables and the bar is ridiculous. She looked so stressed out , falling behind on all the tables while the manager was sitting at the bar with 3 other employees on their phones and eating. We asked the waiter are you working alone she said "yes, I asked for help but the manager ignored me" we said are you serious , then my wife asked are you cooking our food too she said "yes I also cooked some of your food" as a employee how can you work and represent for that guy. I was so shocked and upset .Not once did the manager check on us or have someone help her or clean the 2 tables that were near us that was dirty for 2 hours! I feel so bad for our waiter because she was working so hard. We(party of 6) then spoke to the manager and so did another table(party of 8) and explained how horrible our experience was seeing a poor young lady bust her butt while everyone is hanging out. And all the manager said was "ok I'm sorry , I didn't see that I was in the back cooking" then we all got upset and called him out saying he was lying and we saw him the whole time and for 2 hours he was hanging out and again he said "I'm sorry" then smiled and walked away. Came here, there was no people and it was a slow night for a Tuesday, primarily came for the Bogo deal and expected the usual 4 flavors, but server had said there was new management so we could only get two flavors. Spoke to management and they added two more per our request and tbh I would recommend talking to a manager if they come out with bullshit excuses and some of our wings had chicken feathers . I've been going to this place for a while and never had a problem until today I placed a online order for pick up , the onion rings looked burnt and old. It looks like they literally scooped whatever was left over , pieces of random fries when I didn't order fries to being with. I went back to return the food to get my money back I went in very nice and respectful but the manager or whatever he is was being rude and sarcastic, wasn't sorry for how the food was made didn't apologize once and looked at me like I was stupid. Didn't offer me to make me a new order or anything, I had to tell him I needed my money back. The guy looked like he was possibly drunk had a drink in his hand and kept repeating the word okay after everything i told him. I have never witnessed such horrible management. If I could leave this place a zero I would, just based on the manager Ryan alone. Our poor server was servicing the ENITRE restaurant by herself while the manager Ryan and other employees where sitting back on their phones at the bar. Our server was running around trying to do the best she could all while they did nothing to help. Multiple tables where left extremely dirty and unattended for HOURS! We where completely understanding with our server and our food taking over an hour to be given to us because we can see how incredibly overwhelmed she was. She maintained very friendly and was super apologetic which we appreciated but No employee deserves to be treated that way or work in an environment like that. Unacceptable! Tonight I turned to my girlfriend the other night and said "Hey, remember the time we walked out of Buffalo Wild Wings in Brea before we even ordered?" She replied "Which time." And we walked out hopefully never to return. This has sadly become a joke with this location, because three times we've gone in the last year and walked right out, and the reason was because of how filthy the place is. The bar was full of unbused empty tables so we couldn't sit down, so we went to get a dining room seat and the three hosts up front said yeah give us a moment. They got us a table a minute later in the dinning room next to several unbused tables. I would say they were under staffed, but they had three hosts upfront and it looked like several people working the bar. They weren't even busy, so I really don't understand why it was so dirty, and this is the third time this has happened... Why do we go back? Well we like their other locations, this one is just close to our house. We love the one in Orange, so always forget how different a location can be. read more

For a party of 5 at 730pm on a Friday it was a 45 minute wait. Then it took about 30 minutes for our order to come out. There's a nice big parking structure behind the building. Atmosphere can get very loud with games. The people sitting in the booth behind us kept moving causing our seat backs to move. Was getting annoying after awhile. Our server was friendly bringing extra napkins and water. Food: Desert heat: my favorite, although listed as very hot, I feel like the dry rub doesn't get as bad. Mango habanero: the sweet and spice pair nicely and balance each other. Blazin': we all shared this, and we didn't find it to be too hot overall. More of a ting on your tongue for a while after. Bacon cheese fries: okay overall, but cheese and bacon taste cheap. Not worth the almost $10 for it. My advice is try to get one dry rub and one regular when getting wings. And also try to get one sweet and one spicy. It's nice to have the variety. I also prefer the boneless fried pieces. A small basket was $13.29 and came with about 12 pieces, carrots, celery, and ranch. You could split the order into two flavors. read more

Absolutely the worst service ever. Coming from years of restaurant experience Buffalo Wild Wings is ALWAYS able to somehow one up my last experience with how horrible the service is. This specific location is probably the worst of them all. This time around we had ordered Togo, we were missing half of our order. We went back to get the rest of our order, HOWEVER they managed to still mess it up! They forgot the two order of fries. The employees were not at all apologetic for THEIR FAULT. They seemed to try and tell us that we were "abusing" them for their mistake. Also the management was not understanding of the issue at all and had his employee come out and talk to us. It is sad and disappointing to see such poor service come from a predominantly well known restaurant. And the service reflects no one other than Management. Fix that. It's embarrassing. So BWW is always hit or miss for me .... sometimes I get a great server and sometimes it's so busy I can't get anyone to pay attention to our table. Well lunch at the Downtown Brea Buffalo Wild Wings location during lunch is the place to be.... the fellas and I stopped by on a Thursday due to the wing special (boneless wings for 79 cents; I think) I was more interested in the lunch specials since boneless is not particularly my thing ... if you know what I mean .... lol I went for the lunch Specials !!!! Cause we on a budget !!! So I got an order of Traditional Honey BBQ and Spicy Garlic both flavors were good... also got an order of wedges which were great with the wings since it came with the order and a lemonade.... only $9.99 are you out of your mind ... lol food hot and came out fast from the kitchen ... overall the restaurant was not too busy when we visited Key Advise: know where your going for lunch ... BWW took us about 1 hour 20 mins to arrive at the restaurant and then get back to work ... service was prompt and great it just took time to sit down and eat and place orders and there was several discussions about the "Good Old College Days" lol so if you have the leisure of time and and looking for a great group lunch place .... BWW in Downtown Brea is Awesome. I'm sure my colleagues and I will be back soon to enjoy some more scrumptious wings. read more
