Ameer is one of the most genuine people I have ever met. You can tell he truly cares about his job and, more importantly, the people he serves. He took the time to make sure we were comfortable, checked in on us in a thoughtful way, and made us feel genuinely welcomed rather than just "another table." His positive attitude, professionalism, and warmth completely elevated our entire experience. Because of him, this was more than just a good meal--it was a great memory. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. Our server, McKayla, made us feel rushed from the middle of our meal until the moment we left. While we were still actively eating with food in our mouths, drinks not even halfway finished, and chips and salsa still on the table, she asked if we wanted dessert, more drinks, or if we were done with the chips and salsa. It was obvious we were nowhere near finished. About a minute later, she dropped off the check even though we had only been there for around 30 minutes, and it was only about 8:00 p.m., well before closing time. It made us feel like she was trying to rush us out instead of letting us enjoy our dinner. I understand servers are busy, but reading the table is an important part of good service. There is a time to offer dessert and bring the check, but it should not be while guests are still clearly in the middle of eating. Everything was just OK. Admittedly the servers were very friendly. That said I don't think I had a single portion of my meal that wasn't incorrect or needed correcting. Heard the same thing at other tables where they brought the wrong beverage. They forgot appetizers. So not quite sure what's going on between the kitchen and the servers, but don't know that any of it came out right Just like anytime, the drink menu pictures versus what came out were wildly different. My wife's cocktail looked somewhat disgusting versus what the picture showed. Somehow, my steak was both undercooked and my shrimp overcooked. They were out of most of their seasonal vegetables. Steak meal also described it as if you were getting a full baked potato. However, what came out was more like a mixed together mash of potatoes with some baked potato toppings. That was pretty quiet. They had some hockey games and other sports on the TVs. Prices for a family of four were OK. Come here for good deals and meals! :) Decided to go with my girls for the special margaritas of the month, conveniently themed like Wicked! I think the good witch (pink) margarita was better tasting than the bad witch margarita flavor-wise. The good witch drink has dragon fruit and the bad witch drink is green apple. Sadly they were out of the Glinda wands but I appreciate them giving me a little broomstick to make up for it! Their chips and salsa is fine, very mild not spicy at all salsa (for those who are worried about spice). Would love to see a slightly spicier version of the salsa. The chips are thin and break a little easy but they get the job done. They have 3 for me deals here and those are a good offer for price and amount of food! Their potato soup is good. The Reese's cheesecake was really tasty, if you love chocolate and peanut butter I highly recommend sharing it due to how rich it is! Our waiter Chet was kind, patient and did a good job! Placed an online order for to-go. Was ready within minutes of when I arrived, hot and fresh. The parking reserved for pickup was very convenient next to the separate door directly next to the to go counter. My first time having the bacon ranch quesadilla, and I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion. It was stuffed with chicken, and was very filling. More pico de gallo would have been nice than the small cup worth. The salad and soda that came with it in the 3 for me were also good. We sat in the bar area, not to drink because it's always faster service. Well this time the service went well and beyond what we expected! Our server, Charli, was so cheerful and attentive it made our experience even better. Now we go to many Chili's because of the 3 for $10.99 deal and always get the BEST burger (The Smash Buger, ofcourse))anywhere out there, including the expensive joins! So when Charli goes way and beyond it her service it makes a wonderful difference. We weren't sure at first it seemed really busy and that's usually when the wait staff is subpar. We have it a chance and say in Nero's section. My gosh we were greeted within the first 5 minutes of sitting down. We had never been here but he was very knowledgeable on the menu and made some recommendations. We ordered the southwest egg rolls, the text mix salad, and the triple BBQ combo. The ribs were delicious and were the sausage. My salad was amazing with multi layers of flavour. Nero was with us every step of the way and even convinced us to get their peanut butter pie :). Do yourself a favour and come see Nero for a wonderful dining experience. read more

I started seeing Chili's everywhere on TV and TikTok as well as hearing everyone around me talking about it. I hadn't been to a Chili's since high school and thought they all shut down, so I thought we might as well try it again for a date night especially with their 3 for $10.99 deal. We went here on a Saturday night and it was BUSYYYYY. Luckily we were able to be seated in the self-seating bar area right away. I liked that there were TVs streaming sports games all around the bar area, and our server was really good! We got the cajun pasta in the 3 for $10.99 deal and Triple Decker with the honey chipotle mozzarella sticks, nashville hot chicken tenders, and sliders. We were really underwhelmed by the honey chipotle mozzarella sticks - they were just a bit too thick and coated. We realized we prefer regular mozzarella sticks. The nashville hot chicken tenders and sliders were both mid, nothing special. We didn't like that we weren't able to customize the sauces that the Triple Decker came with - it just came with 3 ranches and when I asked prior to ordering, they said it just comes with ranches. The server was nice enough to recommend us his favorite sauce at Chili's - I think it was called the Santa Fe? It was spicy and creamy and just really needed with the Triple Decker and fries we got. The cajun pasta wasn't bad, but also nothing special. I feel like this was an easy dish to make at home. Whether you want a juicy hamburger, queso, and chips or the iconic mozzarella sticks, they have it all for a great deal. Let's start off with their triple dipper; you can order three appetizers for $17.99. It's a hefty amount of food and you most likely will bringing some home. It actually went viral on social media for their cheese pulls from the mozzarella sticks. I usually get the 3 for Me with the chicken crispers or smash burger with chips & queso and fries. The burger combo is $11, geez, that's a good deal right there, and it will fill you up. The chips also have unlimited refills. I also can't get enough of their strawberry lemonade, so get that too! THE TRIPLE DIPPER. You should always look to get this when you go to chilis. Just the shear amount of food you get for the value is absolutely insane. I got myself 9 CHICKEN CRISPERS!!! For only 18 dollars compared to the 6 crispers you normally get for 19 dollars. The crispers are so crispy and juicy that it's just absolute heaven if you like chicken tenders. If your friends are feeling a good American sit down resturant, then definitely put Chili's on your list. The service is amazing with the waitresses always attentive and visiting your table making sure everyone is satisfied. I don't think my water cup was empty for more than 5 seconds before it was refilled. The interior is nice, and has a bunch of TVs showing all kinds of sports games so there's always something to watch. read more

Although we came in to grab lunch, we ended up sitting in the bar. The area was pretty full today and with only the bartender manning the floor, I wasn't sure how she'd be able to manage it all. We were pleasantly surprised that she did an amazing job of staying on top of refilling our Diet Cokes and checking on us to see if we needed anything. AND she was upbeat and friendly. We started with the skillet queso with bottomless chips and salsa. The queso was great, as usual, but the portion size has definitely diminished over the years. The chips were fresh, warm and crisp and the salsa held its own. I chose the Triple Dipper for my entree, knowing I'd be bringing some home for later. The Triple Dipper is actually a mix & match appetizer. I chose the southwest egg rolls, big mouth bites, and honey chipotle crispers. All were tasty and hit the spot! My husband got the full rack of baby back ribs and he said they were better than what he'd had at a BBQ joint yesterday. It has been a while since we'd dined in at this location. There was a time when service had really gone downhill. Today's visit has brought them redemption and we're more likely to come back again on a regular basis. read more

The Smashburger was excellent. My wife had a chipotle chicken salad. She liked it a lot. It was a little hot, but it's chipotle. This chilis is actually one of the better ones in the area. The serving staff is always so nice and the food comes out pretty quickly, and it's always so clean inside. I've ordered a few different meals from here and I have to say they've all come out hot and deliciously prepared. Their alcoholic drinks are a bit too sweet for me. So now when I go I don't usually get that. Parking is always available, and even when they're packed they're very quick to get to you. I went to lunch with a friend over the weekend and I let him pick the place. He mentioned Chili's had a great lunch deal so that's where we met. We sat in the bar area and there was a lot of buzz in the room since the US Mens Olympic basketball game was on. Our server greeted us shortly after being seated and our drinks came out quickly. Food also came out quickly after ordering and she was back to check in on us frequently. We looked at the menu, and low and behold there is the "3 for Me" meal deal which comes with a drink, an appetizer, and an entree with a starting price of $10.99. For the appetizer, I just had the house salad with ranch dressing. I was actually surprised at how good it was with a bunch of croutons and shredded cheese and the ranch dressing was very creamy and flavorful. I had the Big Smash burger which has a big 8oz patty. It had tons of flavor and I was so full after eating it, I could barely even finish half of the french fries. All of this for a measly $11. For an additional charge, you can upgrade everything including a margarita for a drink, mac & cheese or their Texas Cheese fries for an appetizer, and steaks, carne asada, pasta & shrimp, etc for the entree. I had an uneasy feeling eating at Chili's in Yorba Linda yesterday, lunchtime. On 6/1/26 we ordered drinks and 2 Cajun Pastas. The waiter and her trainee took the order then walked away to another table and less than 5 min later (before drinks came) someone came out with 2 hot plates of Cajun Pasta. It was very very fast. This bothered me because it felt and looked like someone had placed 2 TV dinners on a dish, heated them up in a microwave and brought them right out for us to eat And it tasted like a TV dinner. The waitress came back pass my table and even she was surprised the food had gotten there so fast. I've been to Chili's many times before and never had this experience. I always thought that Chilis was dying out but I was surprised to see a full house when I came in the other day for dinner. I specifically came in to get the Triple Dipper with the Honey Chicken Crispers, the Mini Cheeseburgers, and the Mozzarella Sticks. They all taste super delicious when made to order. It does feel heavy over time though since there's no vegetables for this dish. Service is friendly, moderate speed for items to come in. Ambiance is clean and busy. We had a really bad experience at Chili's during our recent visit. Our server, Alyssa, completely ignored our table almost the entire time we were there. She never checked in with us once, didn't ask if we needed refills, and never made sure we were okay. What made it worse was that we watched her stop at every other table near us, checking in and offering refills, but she would skip right past us every time. It honestly felt like we were invisible, and it made what should've been a nice meal really uncomfortable. Great service. Great atmosphere. Good family restaurant. If you are on a budget the 3 for me on the back of your menu is great. They rotate their margaritas and have a decent beer menu. They have key ball games on their tv's. Just pop in and grab a drink and the appetizer platter and you are golden. The con: tap water. For some reason their filters or where they get their water from is horrible. I mention it every time I go there. About once a week. The taste of the water does not transfer to their cocktails. I feel like the value for your money goes a long way, from their "3 for me" to their cheap drink specials. The thing with Chilis is that it's got 1) very salty food, to where I feel bloated and sometimes sluggish after eating a lot from here, and 2) very sweet drinks, so if you prefer a stronger/classic margarita, be prepared for a lot of syrup. If you go in with your expectations adjusted and recognize what you're getting, it's great. It's Chilis, people! Easy, convenient, consistent. Stepping through the door, I was greeted by a host station flanked by armless booths upholstered in faux leather, the walls adorned with framed photos of sizzling fajitas and molten desserts, the lighting bright enough to read a menu yet lacking any real atmosphere. My server approached with a practiced smile within seconds, offering drink menus and water refills before I had settled into my seat, though she seemed hurried and distracted, glancing at her handheld for other table updates as she took my order. To start, I ordered the Loaded Potato Soup, which arrived lukewarm in a chipped bowl, heavy on the cheese and bacon but thin on seasoning, the potato chunks undercooked and the texture more watery than velvety. For my entrée, I chose the Classic Bacon Burger, which looked promising with its melted cheese and crisp lettuce, yet the patty was overcooked and dry, the bacon limp rather than crunchy, and the brioche bun soggy from dripping juices. I attempted to rescue the experience with a side of Southwestern Egg Rolls, but they arrived cold around the edges and the dipping sauce tasted overly sweet, lacking any hint of spice or cilantro to brighten the flavors. I ordered a margarita on the rocks to lift my spirits, but it arrived nearly undrinkable, weak on tequila and overpoweringly sour, the glass rim smeared with salt that crumbled at the slightest touch. Throughout the meal, the dining room buzzed with loud chatter and clattering dishes, the high ceiling echoing every laugh and shout, making conversation nearly impossible without leaning in close. When I asked for the check, the server delivered it promptly but without apology for the food's shortcomings, offering no suggestions for compensation or a do-over. I lingered for dessert, hoping the Molten Chocolate Cake might redeem the meal, but it arrived overbaked, the "molten" center barely warm and the vanilla ice cream already melted into a puddle on the plate. Despite Chili's convenient location near the Yorba Linda Town Center and ample parking, the overall experience felt rushed and underwhelming, as though the restaurant were coasting on name recognition rather than culinary passion.
