I love Buffalo Wild Wings. My fiancé used to be a bartender at one so we both have a lot of experience with the place. Last month we came to this one in Canton during the day. I don't remember the bartenders name but I remember she had blonde hair. We got there at 11:30 so it was still slow when we ordered our wings ( lunch rush had not hit yet). I ordered a large order of dry rub traditional wings, and they came out to the table almost instantly. Not only were the wings not cooked to order, they weren't even tossed in the rub and you could tell they were just sprinkled with a thick layer of it that wasn't even sticking to the wings because they were cold and not fresh. When we go out, I rarely ever complain but the wings were disgusting so when she came back, we nicely asked her for fresh wings (trust me, we KNOW the difference between fresh and not fresh). We also said that we don't mind how long we wait for fresh wings. She replied in the most rudest and sarcastic way and said, " All of our wings are fresh, so you're telling me you want another order of the same thing." She took the wings back and like 5 minutes later, like a slap in the face, the exact wings came back out. You could tell it was by the way the rub was just poured on top of them. Long story short, I don't Appreciate the way she had made it seem like we were idiots. We ended up keeping the wings To keep from any more controversy since the restaurant started getting a little busier. Our dogs didn't even want them! Super bowl sunday they cannot take orders for carry out 3 hours in advance, I called to get an order of 20 wings by 6:40 they said no that time is not available in the most unprofessional horrible way so,I understand its busy but really? Went here to watch college football for rivalry weekend and all they did was play Top 40 music. I asked the manager to play audio from any game and he refused. The only reason that I rate them 3 stars is because of management. It seems like a cluster f##k everytime I come in there (which is every week) and when you deal with management they are useless. They are running it into the ground. The wait staff is good but could be excellent under better management. Again the food is good and the wait staff too. Just so you don't think I'm a irate customer... Example we were waiting for a good 20 minutes for someone to ask us for anything and when the manager came over he asked ... Went to this Buffalo Wild Wings for a "quick" dinner. I don't know where to begin, the hour and a half wait for food or the rudeness of the wait staff. It took over an hour to get my burger and to my horror when I lifted the greasy bun laid a stiff piece of what they so call "meat" I don't know if the chef thought he would get away with this but good thing I lifted the bun or else I would have gotten a rude awakening. I tried shoving the thing down my throat (to not be wasteful) but the second I herd a crunch I knew something was not right. Not to mention the burger was in 3 prices held together by a melted cheese slice (the whole burger was also a half an inch thick and singed black) also I only saw the waitress twice to get out orders and to take the bill "excuse me I want to refill" I said repeatedly and got no response. Came here because my girlfriend was craving some buffalo chicken, let's go to "Buffalo Wild Wings" what could possibly go wrong? Everything. I've been to several different Buffalo Wild Wings across the country and this one was by far the worst. There was a wait upon arriving there but that's to be expected on a Sunday night? After we got sat, it took forever to get the order in but the servers were nice and overall pretty attentive. After a good 40 minutes of waiting on some buffalo chicken strips and a wrap (they got the order wrong, the remake took another 20 minutes to come out), I still wish i had never agreed to come to this place. The food was cold, fries were soggy obviously sitting for a while somehow, the chicken in my wrap was disgustingly crunchy. I took a few bites and just put it down. Every aspect of the food was disgusting, my girlfriend actually got SICK with the shits the rest of the night. Terrible experience, will never be coming here again. read more

Their draft beer line up has improved slightly over the past 6 months, but it had no where to go but up. Still greatly lacking Michigan crafts for the amount of offerings they have. Food is poor and overpriced, but that is to be expected at BWW. The saving grace is that they have gotten much better at actually having the right games on TV when they start and not making people ask to put them on. That is a huge improvement. The World of Beer coming down the road is going to rock their world if they don't improve the draft selection. Lame beers, overpriced food, and average service won't compete with them. I've come to this location a few times because the couple of times my food was made correctly it was good, but this last visit was the final straw. I placed my order online and arrived at the location at the time specified in the email. I paid at the counter and THEN was told that my food wasn't even in the oven yet. There were five people waiting ahead of me, none of them seem too pleased to be waiting, and they all had to ask for their orders. The place was completely dead, but I overheard the waitress tell the gentleman ahead of me that they were behind because of a rush (I've had to wait for my order every time I've come here whether or not they were busy), so that was B.S. I made sure I stood right at the counter so they wouldn't forget about me. When I finally got my food the wings were cold and dry (I asked for extra sauce) and my wife's salad was full of wilted lettuce and two scraps of chicken tenders. None of our sides were in the bag. The waitress went back and got some, but they weren't the ones we asked for, so I had to go back. This place has some of the worst service I've ever experienced in my life. The waitstaff moves at a snail's pace and are clearly disinterested in their jobs. I'm never coming back to this location again. read more

Came here for dinner since we were close and the Tigers were playing. We sat at the bar like usual and ordered drinks and food. Husband got wings. I got a sandwich. We waited over a half hour, mind you I have seen it much busier and have gotten my food faster. I was getting ready to ask the bartender about our food when she brought it out. The wings were barely warm and the chicken in my sandwich was cold. We sent it back to be re-made "on the fly". We got our food after another 15 minutes and guess what, this time my po boy had chicken tenders instead of pop corn chicken and it was even colder the second time out. My husbands wings were a little bit warmed but not much. He said screw it he wasn't sending his food back. I told the manager this is not the first time this has happened here. He looked at me and said oh I'm sorry. I told him at this point I didn't want to re-order. His comment was well we can take it off the bill. Um Yeah I would hope so! Super disappointed. This is probably the last time we will come here. The food is never consistent either good or bad. The wings are never done the same way sometimes they drown in sauce other times they are not even covered all the way. The really need to get it together and I think a few management classes might be helpful for their " managers." The bartender was more apologetic than the manager. Get it together canton. read more

I love the Wings. I usually go on Tuesdays for $0.35 Wings. My favorite sauce is Hot Sauce. My wife likes eating the naked tenders or the buffalitos. Her favorite sauce is Spicy Garlic. The only downside is that they don't use plates. read more

The food is great, I was just taken aback by the service. Our waitress was friendly but could not follow simple requests. I ALWAYS get honey bbq sauce whether it be on wings or in a wrap. I got the wrap this time, but for whatever reason the sauce was very spicy almost like a spicy buffalo sauce. I informed the waitress and she double checked the bill (which verified honey bbq) and asked the chef who claimed it was only honey bbq. I simply asked if they could remake it with honey bbq because I was sure extra sauce was added somehow. She suggested I try sweet bbq if honey bbq is too spicy... I requested honey bbq again and the wrap I received was sweet bbq. It may not seem like a big deal, but I feel disrespected. I'm not some one who sends food back. If the order isn't right, I just deal with it. I ordered a salad with chicken minus the crutons because I have celiac and cannot ingest gluten/wheat. I watched the waitress write it down AND circle it, the food came out, my salad loaded with crutons. Normally I would just pick the few off and go eat it anyways. Not only did it have a ton on it, but it looked like they sprinkled the salad with bread they blew through a food processor. I asked if she could take it back because I could not eat it. She said, and I quote: "I will have them make you a brand new one quick for you." She brought it back 5 seconds later. I grabbed my knife and fork to start cutting the chicken and noticed a few crutons. I then started looking and saw all they did was just pick off the large pieces. She came back, and I showed her all the crutons and dusting of it all over my salad. Now, I have worked customer service for over ten years and understand what happened in the back room. She looks at me with a oh shoot you caught us and goes, "I didn't know they did that. I wasn't even back there." I told her I couldn't eat it, Who ever "made me a new one" just picked off the big pieces. I told her I would get very sick and I asked for it to be taken off my bill. They did, but I'm disgusted at the laziness and the unbelievable attempt to pass off food that will knowingly make some one sick. Makes me wonder what else they don't take serious.
