So this is the second time we have been here. Awful. All the food comes out at different times no matter what you order. There moto is we bring it when it's ready. So everyone at the table has to eat at different times. We went in to watch the Broncos game and with 20 TV's with disgusting UFC with blood all over everyone we waited and waited for our food and drinks. Finally after asking 3 managers to put the game on they put the game on on 4 TV's. Had to clear our own table , ask for plates and silverware. Just basics. Have tried this twice not going back. Such a shame restaurant has a great set up but their focus is not the customers. I have worked in the restaurant business for so long . Again what s waste of a great atmosphere. read more

2 HOURS for water. Our party arrived at 6:30 PM and waited for 45 minutes to be sat and we were ONLY sat because we proposed a plan to the host. It was a simple plan - split our group of 8 into 2 of the four tables available. We finally sit. It took 30 min for someone to take our drink order. No sprite, no tea, no root beer, no ginger ale. NO RESTAURANT CUPS. So, water it was...in paper cups. Another hour passed before one chicken wrap was delivered to the table. After 2 hours of waiting, the kids were hungry - it was 8:30 pm. We decided it was time to cut our losses and have a respectful conversation with the manager. He did not comp a thing to show good faith, unfortunately. We'd like to return as patrons to give them another try but without leadership and structure, the staff is suffering the rightful frustration of their customers. read more

Tried this location for the first time last week. Our server was great, food came flying out of the kitchen quickly and HOT. I would say that if you want to enjoy your appetizers before your food, wait to place your entree order. We ordered our appetizers 10 minutes prior to our wing order and the wings still came out first. None of the food came out at the same time, so keep that in mind as well. Honestly though, it's a sports bar, as long as I can get some hot tasty wings and cold beer..I'm happy. read more

It was a nice day to try out the new BWW in Castle Rock! We wanted to sit on the patio but we're told no servers were working the patio. Boo We we're then seated at a high top and waited for 10 min for waitstaff. I looked around and there were maybe 15 tables full. I kept seeing wait staff come out of the kitchen and look around the dining room and then go back to the kitchen. I finally told the Host no one has come to our table. He apologized and put our drink order in. About 10 more minutes passed before our waitress arrived. She did apologize and said it was very busy. She took our order and we finally got our drinks... but no straws. I usually wouldn't care but our drinks needed stirring. I went and got them myself because she didn't come back for another 10 minutes. The food was good, and the people were nice-- I think they just have a few kinks to iron out. read more

there were 4 of us for dinner. Each person's dinner was brought out at different times, sequentially. I asked about this and the waitress said Buffalo Wild Wings has a policy of not allowing food to be under a heat lamps so they bring it out as soon as its ready (which is not true, as my wings were ice cold). So we all ended up eating basically separately! BBW, if your policy is to bring out the food as soon as its ready, then make sure the food for a whole tables is done around the same time! we go out to dinner together to eat together, not sit and watch one another eat because their food was brought out 30 minutes before someone else's! The food was good, but the service was very bad and if they can't get it together enough to serve everyone's food at a table at once, then i wont' be going back! this is restauranteering 101! read more

We have gotten takeout here several times since opening and unfortunately our order has not been right one of those times. We keep going back because the food is decent when you're craving wings. You cannot DoorDash food here because your order will never be right and you will end up driving back to get what they've forgotten or eating the cost of whatever they didn't include from your order. Your food is never done on time. You can always count on it taking twice as long as the projected time given. Unfortunately, there is always a room full of people waiting for takeout and not very many staff members that can help with that. Once you get your order and let them know what's missing then you have to wait an other 10 or 20 minutes for them to bring it out to you and that's after you've been lucky enough to flag someone down. Overall staffing seems to be the biggest issue at this location. They are either shortstaffed and or not trained correctly. Either way we will be taking a long overdue break from this location until they can get their systems and service better in place. read more

Yesterday I was planning to get something to eat, really fries and cheese dip since so much of the food in Colorado is getting very expensive, and when I walked in and asked to see a menu of all the prices of the food in the walk-in area where two servers where present the two girls whispered to each other away from me like I was suspicious, and like they weren't easy around me. After I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt and continued on looking at the prices on the menu one of the girls walked away to tell the one of the managers on me and the manager walked up to me and asked in a very aggressive tone if I was going to eat or not and I asked what the problem was, and she told me that if I asked that then that meant I wasn't going to eat but I told her that I was going to eat and she left me alone by then but it felt very rude to say that and basically try to cause a scene when you are struggling financially at some times especially in the third most expensive state in the US. Afterwards, I was sat down by a waitress and after I told her that the fries were dry after I first recieved them she managed to get me a new set of fries and was nice about the whole thing, but after I ate and was walking out the same two girls who whispered and told on me gathered in the entrance-way like they wanted to make sure I wasn't going to steal anything and one of them asked if I paid and all I responded in a very frustrated and slightly angry manner was yes I did pay and have a good day. It's disappointing to see all the new reviews and this is not a good look for this Buffalo Wild Wings location and for it to recently open and for many people feeling very unhappy after being at this Buffalo Wild Wings is not a good look. I don't mean to talk disrespectfully to the ones who do serve good customer service but I feel that maybe it wasn't a good idea to open another fast-food restaurant when this city should have used another bowling alley and it was said that the people of castle rock voted in a bowling alley, but it was torn down and never brought back again because I was told that kids were smoking weed and doing drugs in the bowling alley and the city wanted to bring it down. At 4:30p I submitted an order thru the BWW app for delivery at 615p. According to the receipt, the ticket was initiated at 5:58p. The delivery time came and went and I kept monitoring the status of my order thru a third party delivery service that was tasked by BWW to deliver my food. I watched as four different delivery divers attempted to pick up my food only to abandon the delivery because my food "wasn't ready." After calling the store, I was told they couldn't find my order. Keep in mind, the ticket was initiated at 5:58p. After remaining on-hold for quite some time, I was told they found my order. I asked if it had been sitting there getting cold and I was told "no" and then hung up on. Nearly an hour after the requested delivery time, my food arrived... cold. According to the receipt, the processing time was 48 minutes; whatever that means. All I know is that my order was lost, an hour late and cold. I understand this location is new (trust me, a I've been anxiously awaiting its opening), but to receive such sub-par service without as much as an apology is extremely disappointing and quite the deterrent to try this place again. read more
