    Ranch dipping cups
    Daniel S.

Ordered BOGO boneless for Thursday night pickup. Added 2 ranch dipping cups to the order for $0.99 each, and they were comically empty when I got home...each cup wasn't even filled to the halfway mark. I could have gotten a whole bottle of ranch next door at king Soopers for the same price.

    Lots of TV

The service was very attentive and friendly. The restaurant appeared new and was clean. Pricing is very fair in this economy. The whole table ordered the same thing, Triple Bacon Burger. It was bit too salty for my liking. My son thought the same. They do use high quality bacon, though, which is great!

A new Buffalo Wild Wings opened in Castle Rock recently. This location isn't too far from the Outlet Mall. Keep this in mind if you're considering shopping and grabbing a bite. There are plenty of food options in this area. However, this adds another food option. The location is great as you can finish up shopping, grab a bite here then hop on the highway (I-25) nearby and head home. I loved that the building is brand new so the interior is very clean. As usual, there are plenty of flat screen televisions at Buffalo Wild Wings. There are plenty of high top and standard top tables here. I dined here with a friend last week. We ordered Onion Rings for an appetizer. It comes with a delicious dipping sauce. I was very impressed with the Onion Rings. For my entree, I ordered the Southern Chicken Sandwich and a side salad. I opted for the fries as well. The sandwich comes with fries. I was VERY impressed with the chicken sandwich. It actually exceeded my expectations. I loved the slaw on it. They nailed this. Food was fantastic. However, service wasn't good. Our waiter was very busy, practically fast walking to various tables throughout the restaurant. I could tell he was very new as well. One thing I want to stress to anyone dining here is, you will need to ask for everything. Don't expect silverware and napkins to be given to you. They give you plenty of napkins which is great. However, I didn't like that I had to ask for everything. We had to ask for refills on our drinks as well. I also don't remember if the waiter stopped at our table to check and see how our food was. Management, please address the service issue here and ensure that you're training staff well. Since this is a new location, management should be visiting various tables and asking patrons how their food is. This didn't happen during my visit. I believe a manager walked by our table and my friend had to get his attention to get us something. This person seemed caught off guard and a bit perplexed. Overall, great food but lousy service. I will probably return to get takeout.

We tried hear for NBA game 2. beautiful brand new building, mountain view's, great decorations and sports memorabilia, especially the jersey's. Excellent Televisions, anywhere you sit, you have a good game view. Amazing how much better new TV's are, hey sports bars of the world time to upgrade! Food was just ok, wings are good, Cheese curds are good, this is not the best place for a fine dining experience, but a really good place to enjoy a game. Was strange, they were out of Coors light, out of Bud Light, and out of Tall Goose, in fact only had 2 tap beers left. Staff was friendly and fun, service was slow, but the place was packed, and we were in no hurry, so even though Nuggets lost, we had a goooood time!

Wings that sat in the kitchen so long that the sauce began to dry up.

The only thing worthwhile about this BWWs was our server Jack. He was working pretty hard in the dining area. Ordered mild 20 flats (wet). My wife ordered 20 Asian zing (wet). Her order came out 15-20 minutes before my order. Hers looked as desired. Mine were cold and had been sitting so long in the kitchen that the sauce started to dry up. Frankly, this is a kitchen, expediter, and manager issue. Recommend to anybody considering BWWs to find somewhere else because this place was sad. Like mentioned before though. If you do go there, and Jack waits on you, at least he works hard and does his best. The back of the house took money out of his pocket today, as well as out of the company's pocket. Manager should be replaced because the failure of that location is square on the manager.

The location is convenient and the decor is attractive. We were seated quickly. One huge set of TV's was already broken. Our server seemed like he was new. It was pretty busy and appeared to be under staffed. Our beer was cold, but the drink refills on water was nonexistent. Our fry's came out first, they were supposed to be large. Clearly by the picture, they were lacking is size and not very warm. They tasted like they had sent someone to McDonalds and they got coke on the way back to the BWW's. He forgot about our onion rings, we had to ask. Fortunately, they would hot and we enjoyed them. The wings we hit and seasoned and sauced properly. It was clear that the poor server was stressed and over worked/improperly trained. Sad as this could be a great option if management can add staff and provide some additional trading. The 3 stars was being very generous.

Inside is nice! Perfect to watch tv as well!

I agree with what others have said about this place. It's clear the building wasn't built to be a…read moresports bar, but I commend owners for at least trying. There are TVs everywhere, and the sound is loud and even pumped into the bathrooms. That said, it's an odd setup all the way around. We showed up on a Saturday night during the NFL playoffs and found the first-floor bar area to be packed. As others have mentioned, it feels very tight and cramped downstairs. Nobody greeted us, and honestly, we couldn't find anyone who wasn't running around crazy, so after taking a pass around the bar, we took the stairs to the second-floor game room, which was also packed. Nobody to ask there either, so we continued to wander. We found a little side room with four tables and two TVs that was empty. I found someone walking by, asked if the section was open, they said it was, so we sat down. A little while later, a waitress came by to take our orders. We each tried a house lager but decided on a pint each of the Avalanche. Not starving, we ordered the $10 nachos so we'd have something to nibble on while drinking and watching football. Beers came out a little while later, and then we waited. Eventually, a group of four Bears fans came in and sat down at a table near us. A little while they ordered. Not long after that, their food came. They noticed the surprise in that theirs came out before ours did. We mentioned to the server, and he went to go check. Then our waitress (who we didn't see too often) swung by. Then a guy who may have been the manager, swung by. Eventually, our nachos came out. The manager came back by, apologized again, and offered a free dessert to make up for it. I will say, the nachos were really large and quite good. A good deal for $10. Would definitely get them again. We finished our food, the manager came by again, and talked about the dessert options. My wife went with the hot brownie sundae. Looking forward to that, we were then disappointed again when the manager came by a little while later to let us know they were out of both brownies AND vanilla ice cream. How does that happen? He offered an alternate dessert, and after my wife declined, he said he'd take the $10 nachos off the bill. At least that's what she thought he said. When we got the bill, it showed only a $5 credit. Oh well. I wasn't going to make a big deal about it, but again, disappointment. I'm guessing we'll give them another shot at some point, as we did see a few things on the menu that looked good. I heard there's a third floor restaurant that will open at some point. I never found stairs to get up there, but they're around somewhere. It wasn't a particularly relaxing experience, and as of now, it doesn't have that cozy, neighborhood sports bar vibe. We'll see how it gets broken in during years to come.

It definitely had a kick to it, even without using much of the sauce on the side. Vegetables were good, but when they put the chicken on top of the fries, those end up getting a little soggy. Wanting to try something different, one daughter had the grilled chicken sandwich. While she wasn't terribly impressed at the start, the more she ate, the more she approved, deeming it to be "fine" and something she'd likely get again. The other daughter, also wanting something different, had the green chili burrito. She wasn't as impressed with the dish, saying it didn't have much taste, even after adding good amounts of salt and pepper. The burrito was described as "mid", which I guess means 'not very good.' Doubtful she orders this again. Service was fine at the start, but somewhat sporadic as the meal progressed. We needed to flag the waiter down for refills and to get our check...which sometimes happens when sitting in the bar area.

The night started fun, but things quickly took a turn. From where we were sitting (not part of the group involved), I noticed a man becoming aggressive toward another nearby group--yelling at them and eventually shoving someone, which led to a fight. As someone simply watching it unfold, it was pretty clear who escalated the situation. What was most surprising, though, was how it was handled. The owner appeared to side with the individual who initiated the confrontation and ultimately removed the group instead. Later, we heard that the man involved was actually a friend of the owner. From an outside perspective, the group that was asked to leave seemed calm and was minding their business before things escalated. Watching everything unfold--and seeing how it was handled--left a really negative impression. Unfortunately, that experience made the environment feel uncomfortable and biased, which is disappointing because the night had started on such a positive note.

First let's talk about their wings: their Cajun wings were BOMB! Cooked perfectly, seasoned heavily like I like it and the flavor was great! I think they may be the best wings I have found in Castle Rock. The pizza was one with prosciutto & pickled onions. So good! The crust is on point. Cooked beautifully. Just trust me on that. The server took our order but never put it in so while our friends ate and drank we got nothing. Once we were able to track down the server, she blamed the kitchen which left a bad taste in my mouth (I'd prefer she just admit she forgot to put in the order) and when my friend's pizza came out 12-15 mins later, it was the wrong pizza altogether. She got pepperoni. So they had to remake it. They still get 4 stars because the food was awesome. I would definitely go there for takeout and plan to soon!
