I've been a few times for multiple different reasons. The latest being for a Fantasy Football Draft party. BW's some an awesome kit if you're ever thinking about hosting one. They give you a chart (and will hang it up if needed) with stickers for all the players, and everyone gets a numbered coaster, bottle opener, and coupons off food on the next visit! Our waitress was awesome and never interrupted. I've also been here for games, and they even went out of their way to try to find a game for me. There's tons of seating and the outside patio area is huge as well! The only downside is it can be slow sometimes, especially for lunch. And it seems to be a bit TOO loud sometimes. But this location has a tv literally everywhere you look. I think they might have the most of any location I've seen. read more

Not sure why this place is rated so low... My fiancée and I come here once a week and we've never had a problem! Initially we came in to do some work as they do have free WiFi and a booth with an outlet. I've ordered fries, onion rings, crispy chicken tenders, mozzarella sticks, the stacked potato chips, and I love it all! You MUST try the Southwest Ranch - I dip everything in it. I will complain about the temperature though - when it's warm outside they blast on the AC and it is FREEZING! If you're sensitive to cold like me be sure to wear long pants and layer up. read more

We walked in with a group of 24 adults and girls. We had a short amount of time before our next game in a tournament and needed to refuel. The staff here was amazing! They were quick, friendly, organized and courteous. From the host to the waiter to the manager, everything was smooth. The food was delicious also. They checked in on us and kept us on schedule. This is my spot for UFC. They re-modeled several months ago and the result is much more room and seating. They also upgraded every TV to flatscreen (yay!). Spicy garlic is my favorite sauce, but I know tastes vary. The boneless wings are good, the buffalo chicken wrap is awesome, and the chicken parmesan sandwich is tasty (but messy). Enjoy! read more

My Uber eats order was wrong, and missing items. I called the location and received zero support. My family is now eating what's available. Hopefully some will be left over for me. This property is run down. It's dirty and not kept well, trash and cigarette butts at the front door disgusting. We sat at the bar and ordered draught beers and placed an order for Spicy Garlic Wings. The wings took 19 minutes to get and were cold. We paid for our two beers and left. What a joke. read more

I go to this location from time to time. My husband and our adult children will meet his father and mother who live out this way for some football games, good food and drinks. Everything is always good however today 3 out of the 6 of us we're told we could have no more to drink, there was a 5 drink ( beer ) limit. ?? We have met our limit? The server said that was their policy. LOL This is the first time I have ever heard of this. It was fine we just cashed out and left back to my in-laws. I was just confused and disappointed. We were there to watch the Ohio state and UC football games but didn't get to finish watching them. We were not drunk at all, loud or rude in anyway. We even had a DD. I could understand if we were not being responsible but it was a group of 6 , two grandparents, two parents, and my 2 of age adult children. We could have spent more money at this location and the server could have gotten an even bigger tip but that's there loss and I don't think we will return again. So be aware that there is only a 5 drink limit. read more

We went in to this location today after a long day at the children's museum so our kids were kind of worn out and so were my husband and I for that matter....the location was packed but they got us in right away! After we were promptly seated out waitress Stacey came by to begin our ticket. She was awesome!!! I am so thankful that there are still sincere happy people out there she was SO kind to all of us and paid so much attention to our kiddos (which they loved showing off). The entire staff while we were there were so nice it was very refreshing! We love Buffalo wild wings and it's always a crowd favorite. Some places get annoyed with little kids (especially establishments that are not intended for kids) but it was nice to not worry about if they were bothering anyone. This is a pretty standard Bdubs. Our waitress was nice and attentive and we all ordered the same thing we always order. My mother's fries were cold when our food came out, and our waitress happily brought her out some new ones. I usually only come here as a last resort. Very discouraged with this location. We order the same appetizer and this locations portion was 1/2 the size as the Harrison Ohio location. Then my husband and I ordered wings and 2 tables next to us order 10-15 minutes after us got their wings before us. We didn't say anything until our waitress realized finally. She went looking for our order and came back with it. The bones were real cold and meat was hit and tough...so basically sat and got Cole and was warmed up in microwave before served. We're big bww fans, but we walked in and saw how disgusting this place was and turned around and walked out. Food and garbage all over the floor. Tried to find a somewhat clean child chair....couldn't after checking five. Had the server wipe one down with a rag, but the rag was so dirty I think it made it worse. I had a really poor experience today at Buffalo Wild Wings today. My business colleagues and I went for lunch and left extremely unsatisfied. The appetizer came out cold, 3 of 4 entrees came out wrong and the remaining came out cold. The manager stopped by our table several times, often assisting in replacing the incorrect food, so she was well aware the numerous issues. When we received our bills, we flagged over the manager to discuss the experience and she responded with attitude. She fought discounting our bill despite the terrible experience her staff and location provided us. In the end, she discounted our bill $3.19, assuming the bare minimum possible. I don't recommend this place, they do not value patrons and do not intend on providing an above average (or even, average) experience. Our business is close by and frequently ate at this location, but after today we will not be visiting again. read more

Had a group of 30 for my husbands promotion, half were drinking Captain Morgan. They ran out of it after the first drink and o asked the manager if there was anything she could do( knowing a liquor store was 5 mins away). She said she could do anything and that was it. I do like chicken wings and BW3's is a classic bar, wing, burger, and sports place. It's great to watch a game here as they have multiple TVs and different sporting events showing. I go to the Buffalo Wild Wings in New York and Florida all the time and its one of my favorite places to get a bite, have a beer and watch sports so when I saw this was near the hotel I was staying at I thought I'd be spending my entire food budget here for the week. Wrong. I sat at the bar and noticed the sound system was EXTREMELY loud...so much so that when a friend called me I couldn't take the call. When my wings came I had a few but decided that the loudness was too much, so I decided to take my remaining wings back to the hotel where I could eat in peace. I was in Cincinnati, OH and I wanted to watch my beloved NY Jets play so I went to this place to watch the game. They put on the Jets game for me and I the wings were good. I got the Parmesan garlic wings and they were so damn good. I also got the Mango Haberno and boy was it spicy (they did warn me). I'm visiting from the Boston area. We don't have one of these places there. I 've been travelling a lot for work, so I've been eating out a lot. I tried this place twice. Both times I ordered some sort of chicken wing meal, since the place is called "Buffalo Wild Wings" I thought their Buffalo chicken would be at least somewhat good. WRONG! This place is the absolute worst restaurant bar (or an excuse for one) I've seen. Somehow though, the place has a nice and fun atmosphere and there are always a lot of people there. They must be giving away free sex or something, I can't think of any other reason it would be popular. Their boneless buffalo chicken is a close second to McDonalds Chicken McNuggets to give you some idea. read more

I have visited multiple Buffalo Wild Wings in my lifetime, in many different states. This is by far the worst one I've ever been to. The service was terrible, I am not a huge fan of people but even I can manage to crack a smile here and there. The place wasn't busy and it still took an hour to get our food. When our food finally arrived it wasn't cooked all the way and was cold from sitting for so long. Our server did nothing but chat on the phone when she wasn't walking around looking lost with that disdain look on her face. The whole experience was just ridiculous, 10/10 would not recommend. Travel a little further and visit another establishment. Shame on you BDubs lol. read more

I'm a big lover of Bdubs, so it pains me to write this review, but I had an extremely poor experience at this location. We popped in here for a late dinner on the way home from a road trip, and from start to finish, our time spent in this location was pretty unfortunate. First, we stood waiting for a table for far too long when the restaurant was basically empty and employees were freely milling around. Then we got a server who, despite being nice, was extremely unfocused and inattentive. And then it turns out that this location randomly doesn't have some of the standard Bdubs sauces (not the special ones from the Sauce Lab) for reasons that are unfathomable to me. Basically, if it weren't for the fact that the food was ultimately good, there would be no redeeming qualities about this location for me. read more

We surprise attacked them on game day Saturday with 18 people. Our wait was about 10-15 minutes which I thought was fast given how busy they were. All they kids sat at one end of the table and parents at the other. Waitress was great. She kept all the orders straight, bills were correct, drinks were refilled promptly. My boneless came out missing some sauce and they gave me a couple free side sauces for dipping. My buddy's boneless were dry and hard though. Chain bar food. The Sunday ticket is not always a good thing when it is the only place around that has it. Hard to find a seat for Sunday afternoon football, but easy for the late game. Regular to bdws but in the Dayton area. this location had slow service. the waitress did not give us napkins and had to ask twice for ranch. The new blt had a good taste but it was very dry.
